Great experience

The home is gorgeous! Very roomy. We had enough room for everyone. We did encounter a problem with live roaches on the kitchen island! Owner was contacted he responded immediately, first telling us that it is a common problem in Florida, we assured him that we are Floridians and we do not have roaches in our homes, we do get quarterly pest control. After a little back and forth which seemed to have been caused by a language barrier. The owner did send out pest control, which made us feel better,, but we have been coming to different houses in Kissimmee for 13 years and a few times at Terre Verde and have never encountered a roach problem. The owner did all that could be done and graciously gave us a couple of concessions. I would stay there again as I'm sure the owner will keep at the problem until it is thoroughly resolved.. At Check-in, key deposit cash-only $20 was not mentioned in ad- key returned at checkout only $10 returned. This should be mentioned up front, as we always use our debit/credit cards on vacation.

Great location. Easy access to everything

The property suited us perfectly with our third stay at Terra Verde, which I think is the best resort in Kissimmee. With grown up children the en-suites in three bedrooms upstairs was especially nice. The house was big enough for all 8 adults and two children. The outside area was very nice with pool/spa heat and a BBQ to grill on. The owner, Eduardo, was truly amazing and attended to anything we wanted from extra towels to replacement pool cues. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he responded to my WhatsApp messages immediately.

Overall, our stay was great, welcoming, and just what we needed. Everything was so great and comfortable that we didn't leave the house much. I would definitely recommend this house!

We have been visiting the area for 20+ years and this was by far the easiest and nicest place and owner. We plan to stay here again next time! There are always issues that are inevitable but the home owner was available and willing to check into the situation quickly.

The house was very clean, and spacious for our group of 12. We had plenty of space for everyone to get ready in mornings, and to enjoy the time spent at the house. The kitchen is well stocked so that we could eat some meals at the house. This is an excellent property that I would definitely stay at again.

The host was amazing with communication, helpful and flexible. The house was extremely spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The decor was very modern. The house needs a little maintenance done but nothing that impacted our stay. It was not the cleanest which was disappointing and we had to deal with a bug issue in the kitchen and bathrooms. But made it work and enjoyed a Thanksgiving away from home.

Hi, Other than getting responses ( Not resolutions) from the owner, nothing was good about this property. To start with check in at the house, owner provided lock box key which was incorrect. Just before 5 mins of our arrival at property, he provided correct key in VRBO message which I did not check ( I was on vacation and not checking my emails every min!!!). When we checked property on arrival, sports room ( garage) was complete junk. Most of the space covered with their junk items. Pool table and foosball tables were dirty beyond your imagination. I will post the picture if I am allowed here. ZERO bath supplies. We were told that we will have supplies but not in extra stock which was OK. But, there were NONE. When I asked, I was told that I can buy from Walmart! Window curtains were broken which ruined our privacy. Even after complaining, Noone came to fix it!! In the listing, it was advertised that there were 2 single foldable beds. When we arrived, those were not there. Owner kept saying they were there. After lot of back & forth and sending the photos of each room, he said that housekeeper will be there in few mins. He mentioned that She (housekeeper) making another house in the community and will come soon. We waited and waited. Then he started giving wrong reasons that she had accident and can't come.. that was complete lie. And I was offered to pick real cheap $8 bed from Walmart by myself and he would pay me later for that!!! I guess I was on my vacation and he wanted to do his housekeeping job for him!! I had plans to go out on that evening, but we couldn't as we kept waiting for housekeeper and he kept saying they will be there shortly. Finally, they came at 10:45 PM to drop off the foldable beds!! When housekeeper came to drop by, you could not see any signs of accident or anything!!! For heating the pool, we wanted to heat only for a day, but he said that we have to pay for all the days as he has to turn in advance and have to keep it turned ON. So, we paid for all days in advance. Itwas NOT heated with the temperatures advertised by him earlier. When we informed him, he changed remotely through app. Also, he was turning OFF whenever we were out from the pool. So, it was complete lie to just rip for all days for heating. Pool condition was horrible. Day before our checkout, they applied chemicals in the pool which caused skins problems to us and burning of eyes!! He supposed to put chemicals AFTER we leave!!!

Excellent choice for multiple couples who want their own private bath. We traveled with four couples and their kiss who stayed in twin rooms! I will definitely book again!

This property is one of the best we have stayed at. The cleanness of this property went beyond our expectations. When you walk in you are amazed how beautiful the open space from the entryway to the kitchen. The rooms were very spacious. Each master bedroom had it's own bathroom which was a huge plus. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was so nicely organized with plenty of cups, plates, utensils etc We payed extra for the pool to be heated and it was perfect. Spent most of our days in it. The space by the pool was perfect as well. Plenty of room everywhere. Eduardo was great at responding with anything that came up. This was by far a great experience. We definitely will book again if we decide to vacation in Florida again.

The house is very modern, very clean and great location, the host was always available to answer any questions we had and very helpful. Only one setback. The pool was not working the heat in the pool did not work. We came from a cold state looking forward to have a private pool because of Covid 19, my family was very disappointed about the pool, but that’s the only complaint. I would only come back to this house if the pool works.

Our renting experience was great. The rental process was easy, and if we had any concerns, the property manager was easily accessible. Terra Verde is a nice community with a fabulous club house.

I love this house. Every room feels like home. It is such a comfortable home. Love the fact that it has a bathroom in four of the bedrooms. Looking forward to staying there next year.

I booked the villa based on previous reviews and the photo's that were available and I wasn't disappointed, especially as this was our first trip to Florida. The villa was large, very clean with almost every convenience we needed. On walking in all my family (9 of us) were saying "wow" constantly. Every room was well furnished and decorated - nothing was run down. The kitchen was well stocked with every implement you could need to cook with and the fridge was huge, with an ice maker as well. It was easy to relax in such a lovely house and the heated pool / spa are a must if you go - it costs extra but is well worth it. We had two young children with us and the security netting that stopped them getting into the pool without an adult was great. Before we travelled I was in contact with Giovana who answered any questions I had promptly and politely and that continued whilst we were there. You can't ask for more than that. As to it's location, we got to Disney and Universal easily and quickly and there is a Walmart 5 minutes up the road, which is convenient. Plus an Ihop and Denny's for quick meals. There was some work on the gates to the resort but we had no problems getting in and out and even though we only visited the clubhouse once, we saw staff daily and they were always polite and happy to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so that we are trying to arrange going back in 2 years time. I would thoroughly recommend both the resort and specifically this villa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The home was very, very clean!! That is a huge deal for me. The beds and linen were top quality. The home is an easy drive to everything you want to do in the Orlando area. We used the pool and the hot tub daily and the screened enclosure made drinking our morning coffee on the patio a daily occurrence as well. Since the resort is gated and secured, it felt extremely safe. There were only 4 of us so the house was much larger than we actually needed but we loved having en-suite bedrooms. Giovanna and Eduardo were super easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would stay here again without question if we were to return to the area.

Wir haben einen tollen Kurzaufenthalt in einem wunderbaren Haus verbracht. Die Villa ist außerordentlich schön und modern möbliert. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass alle Duschen mit Glaswänden und nicht mit diesen unhygienischen Duschvorhängen versehen waren. Super!! Danke auch an Giovana und Eduardo für die freundliche Kommunikation. Einziger Negativpunkt war die sehr laute Poolheizung des Nachbarhauses, welche direkt neben dem Aussensitzplatz rattert und dröhnt. Vielleicht wäre es nicht schlecht, den Sitzplatz seitlich zuzumauern und gegen den Lärm zu isolieren. So wie es jetzt ist, wird der gemütliche Hock vor dem Haus zur Tortur. Schade.

Property owners are very nice, and responded to issues. Kitchen faucet did not work for 2 days of our trip, actually blew apart every time we attempted to use it. Property owner stated it was a known issue? Bathroom door knob was hanging loose, someone got locked inside and had difficulty getting out? Front door was wide open when we got there, did not know if someone was inside, or if was safe? There were no wash cloths to use, had to purchase at nearby store. It is a nice neighborhood, and the house is nice.....but needs some maintenance and repairs.

This is the best homeaway rental I have ever had. Everything is well maintained like new or maybe it is new. All the beds are memory foam and very comfortable. All the bed linens are very soft. Owners Eduardo & Giovanna kept in touch constantly to make sure everything is okay. They are also very accommodating to our needs. Honestly, I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thanks for the great accommodation.

The house is beautiful. From the pool to the newly remodeled kitchen and floors. A great place to come back to after a long day at the parks. The community center and pool are very nice as well with friendly staff and very secure. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for nice accommodations in the Orlando area. The hosts have thought of everything you could need for your stay. We will definitely be coming back!!!!
