It was a party of 12. There was enough space for everyone. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. We made two meals. Plenty of towels were provided. The lighting in the bedrooms are dim so prepare to put makeup on early or do it in the restrooms. I would highly recommend this house to others.

We came in for a football game up in Baton Rouge but wanted the fun of New Orleans. This place is perfect. Plenty of sleeping spaces, safe parking and walking distance to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. I will say if you are a light sleeper there is late night street noise here especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Overall highly recommend.

We stayed here for a long weekend for a bachelorette party (group of 10 women) and the space was exactly what we were looking for. Pros: - 10 beds and plenty of bedrooms, so we each got to sleep in our own bed and no one had to share a room with more than 1 other person - Lots of mirrors so getting ready was pretty easy - Very responsive and helpful host/property manager - Location is easily walkable to the French Quarter without being right in the middle of it - Clean - Good price - Plenty of space Cons: - Basic furnishing/decor- this isn't the place to stay if you're picky about aesthetic - This unit is up a single flight of stairs- if you have mobility problems you might want to look elsewhere - Can be noisy. There is a unit downstairs with basically nothing preventing noise from traveling up and they also have access to the outdoor area right outside this unit. We were able to connect with the property manager and he did a great job getting the group below us to quiet down late at night. The windows are also thin and let in street noise, but nothing that someone used to city noises isn't accustomed to. Would recommend packing ear plugs!

Place was a great size! Plenty of beds for everyone. Walking distance to all the popular spots in the French quarter and a quick Uber to other parts of the city.

This property was in a great location and in great condition with rooms much bigger than the photos. We were all pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The many bed options are crucial so that no one has to bunk up. 10/10 would stay again

This property was very clean, well maintained and the proximity to Bourbon Street/French quarter was great. The communication was timely and responsive. Be aware that the property is on a major thoroughfare. It is low frills with respect to appliances and kitchen equipment. Although it has plenty of bedrooms the kitchen has a small four person table. It is a great location with plenty of bedrooms if your focus is on enjoying the French Quarter.

The space was clean with 10 separate beds. Right outside French Quarter, quick walk to Bourbon, not too far from Frenchman. Small balcony overlooking Rampart. Mike was good with communication prior to arrival and accommodating to our various arrival and departure times. Thanks Mike! Only 2 bathrooms, which was a minor inconvenience. No space for group dining, kitchen was not equipped to handle meal prep for all; not a problem for us because we planned to eat out.

We booked this VRBO for my bachelorette and it was absolutely perfect! We had 16 people and everyone had their own beds. The house is in a great location, easy to walk to the French quarter and Frenchmen street, without dealing with the noises. Mike is very friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the process and helped us check in. He even got us an HDMI cord for us to do games on the TV. I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything went smooth from booking to checkout. Mike was wonderful! Our flight landed early and he allowed us to check in early and checkout late. Definitely would recommend.

I booked two properties from this owner for a large group trip to New Orleans. The location is very convenient to the French quarter and accommodated our groups comfortably. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend.

Very good central location within the French Quarter made accessibility easy. Kitchen had all the things we needed and beds were comfy!

Myself and a group of friends stayed here over Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. Mike was extremely accommodating and made sure the property was cleaned and ready for us earlier than expected. The house was well stocked with the necessities and the location was perfect. Short walk to the quarter and a gated parking area were a huge plus. Would recommend anyone with a large party to stay here- plenty of beds and space to be comfortable.

We had a big group of guys come down for the weekend. The property was perfect, fit everyone nicely! We were close to nightlife and entertainment areas, and felt secure in the house! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelor party, and the spot was absolutely amazing. You absolutely cannot beat the location, being right outside the French Quarter (5-10 minute walk tops to Bourbon Street; 2 blocks away from the oldest bar in the US). The apartment was very clean, well laid out, and had everything you needed to enjoy the weekend with a large group (a lot of towels, toiletries, plates, dishes, etc.). Also, the balcony overlooking the FQ is just a huge added bonus. Mike and Patrick were awesome hosts, clearly communicating everything before, during, and after our stay. Additionally, the locking mechanism that is used for the apartment is A+, as it allows everyone to easily return home when they are ready. Would absolutely, 110% stay here again. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a great stay here. It’s no-frills but we had everything we needed and the proximity to the action just a few blocks away is what we were looking for. The property manager, Mike, was super friendly and responsive, and let some of our guests who arrived early access to the property with no issue. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience Bourbon Street and other nearby locations in New Orleans with a group!

A group of friends and I came down for Mardi Gras and this place was a dream! Great location - walking distance from the French Quarter, Marigny and Downtown. Mike was a communicative, flexible and gracious host. Gated parking was a huge plus. This property is on the corner of a pretty large street that is loud at all hours of the night, so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall couldn’t recommend enough - thanks for everything Mike!

You really can't beat this location if you're looking to be near the French Quarter. We felt safe and comfortable. There was ample space and it was clean and well equipped. Mike was communicative and even left us some bubbles for our weekend! I definitely recommend.

Perfect location 5 min walk to Bourbon St. Reserved and secured (fenced and combo-lock gated) parking lot is huge bonus (y’all should promote that added value).

Fantastic host, easy communication and check in process. Didn't need an uber other than to/from the airport. The majority of spots are easily walkable. Can get a little loud at night, but that may also just have been Halloween weekend. May not be the best option if you want a quiet weekend but was amazing for our expectations.
