The condo is absolutely amazing! Jeffrey is a wonderful host and was very responsive when I reached out to him! This is a very clean and well kept unit that we really enjoyed. Beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Will definitely book again when back in the area!

First time renting a condo for vacation and it was off the chart unbelievably awesome!! Spectacular views, A+ cleanliness and great communication with the owner. Lots to do in the area and the beach and boardwalk are spectacular!!

This is an awesome condo. It is not new, but was probably the best equipped of any we had stayed in anywhere. Great stove, fridge and microwave, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Beds were comfy. Access to beach was great. If you are wanting a beach experience with lots of waves, Biloxi beach is not for you. It was very calm and uncrowded. We loved it. Jeffrey was very accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. The only thing I would suggest is that you bring extra bath towels and wash cloths if you don't want to wash clothes often. Also, need kitchen towels and dishcloths. Otherwise it was great. Awesome that it had a covered garage. It is located close to restaurants and casinos. Woodys, Salt Grass and Shaggy's are all restaurants we would definitely suggest you try. We will be back!

This was our first family trip to a beach with our small grandchildren, and we also went to the Gulf Coast Big Truck Show. It was perfect, and we had everything we needed. It was right on the beach and had two different pools. Jeffrey was excellent and quick to respond to any questions!

The property has an amazing view from the bedroom and living room. It was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Jeffrey was responsive to all questions. It’s an hour away from Dauphin Island, which I would highly recommend.

Everything was as described in the listing, and then some. We lucked out on the weather in December and had beautiful 65-70 degrees during the day and in the upper 50s at night. The balcony view is awesome! There was a full moon while we were there and the night view was beautiful. It’s on the beach, close to eats, a store nearby with the boardwalk going to all of these so you don’t have to get close to the Highway. The interior of the condo is very clean and well kept. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t bring that it didn’t have. Thumbs way up for this property. We’re going to have to come back here!

Wanted a beach for Christmas. I use VRBO and found this gem. The home is exactly as advertised and clean. The home had everything needed for our two night stay.. We had one of the most beautiful sunrises on Christmas day, walked the beach and even spent a few hours at Treasure Bay Casino. I would recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom condo. The view was amazing and the condo was directly on the beach. A short walk to restaurants.

We planned a last minute get away after our out of the country vacation was cancelled due to COVID restrictions. There was 4 adults over the age of 45 travelling together. My husband and I had never been to Mississippi. Jeffrey communicated with us from the time we booked our trip and answered all of our questions regarding things to do. While we planned just to relax and take a mental break we found ourselves enjoying the unusual warm weather relaxing on the beach with the chairs provided in the condo. It was very relaxing to listen to the water and get a little sunkissed before heading back to Central Illinois. The beach in front of the condo is hidden so while it was November I believe it doesn't get a ton of people action. Very peaceful. Walmart, Dollar Tree, Shopping is all very close. Sitting on the patio of the Condo enjoying our coffee was a great surprise. The Condo is well supplied with amenities. While we cooked a few meals, we enjoyed the Treasure Bay Crab Leg Buffett twice (located right across the street). We strictly ate the Crab Legs and gambled a bit, cheap $3.00 tables, but the casino is not well ventilated so you will end up smelling like smoke. We drove into New Orleans for a 1/2 day trip since my husband and I had never been and ate Beignets at Cafe Du Monde which were hot and delicious. We ate at Shaggy's right down from the Condo, food was good. If you are a Casino hopper, we visited quite a few. Beau Rivage Resort & Casino is like visiting Las Vegas, it is a must see. If you are a high roller, this casino is for you! The Hard Rock was very spacious and I was happy we went although it was FREEZING as well as Harrah's where we had the most luck. Island View has a non smoking and smoking part, they offered a good first time member bonus. Which ever Casino you visit, take a sweater or wear pants. We met a few residents by the pool who filled our afternoon with laughter, they recommended Patio 44 where my husband ordered the Red Snapper and it was delicious. It is also where I feel in love with Debris Fries!!!! BUT it gets even better - we stumbled upon a Local Joint named Ole Biloxi Fillin Station , now this joint gave a whole new meaning to Debris Fries!! I was waiting for Guy Fieri from Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives to show up while eating here. The Roast Beef is really really good and the Crawfish Nachos, if we would have stayed another day, we would have gone back to explore more of the menu. Jeffrey was a awesome host!

Not our first time here and it won't be the last! Jeffrey is so easy to work with and very communicative! The condo is super clean and has everything you could need for a beach vacation. The views are amazing and there are plenty of restaurants within beach walking distance.

Easy rental, pain free, everything went smooth, was accurate and check in was a breeze.

We loved our stay in Seabreeze 804! The condo was clean, comfortable and stocked with extras we don't usually find in other condos (plenty of salt, pepper, tupperware, glasses, plastic ware for balcony, pool or kids, cooking essentials, cleaning supplies, and the list could continue). Also, not sure it is listed, but there is a Keurig coffee maker in addition to regular one. We really liked the location and view. Very quiet area and never felt crowded-had the pools to ourselves several days-and the beach was almost empty. The new boardwalk is wonderful-easy walk to several restaurants. Jeffrey was very prompt to respond to any questions we had and very helpful with recommendations. This condo checked all the boxes I research when looking for a place to stay: CLEAN, EASY to check-in/out, COMMUNICATION with owner, WiFi works well, TV's have remotes that work and things are labeled, ALL appliances are in working order, CLEAN, comfortable balcony and view, well stocked kitchen. Thank you again for sharing your place with us. We hope to return again next year.

Everything was great about the condo and the location! Only thing was that it looked like a camera on top of the tv in the master bedroom.

The host left a comment that we left the condo "dirty". From my understanding I paid a cleaning fee in which should have covered the cleaning. We really enjoyed our stay but was rushed to leave due to family emergency. However under the circumstance we may not have picked up as we should have. Apologies. Barnard and Rita

My adult daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our little getaway in mid August to this Biloxi beach condo. It is RIGHT on the beach, which is very rare and special and we enjoyed the private pool area with amazing views of the gulf....the condo itself had fantastic views as well...it makes the vacay! The condo is very sound proof and we all slept very well. We will return!

I first visited Biloxi the summer after I was in first grade. Now I am 71 years old. Biloxi has kept its quality of life all these years, handing it on to the next generations. My experience here was excellent as always.

Condo was perfect. Kitchen was so well equipped and literally had everything we needed to cook several meals and even bake a cake! Host provided so many extras. Seasonings, foil, wraps, and even laundry soap although we didn’t do any laundry. So impressed with the security, underground parking, private beach with palm trees and future boardwalk to restaurants and new casino that we looked at purchasing one as an investment. Tracy and the owner were so helpful and informative. They really care about their guests and go the extra effort to make your stay amazing.

Loved the direct beach access as well as the pools. The unit has awesome views! The water at the beach is very shallow for a very far distance (which has pros and cons). Little ones can walk out very far but there are no waves for them to jump and you can’t just relax in the water because it’s only knee-deep. Even so, would definitely come back.

Condo is beautifully decorated, well stocked, spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the attention to the little details while we enjoyed the panoramic views of the Gulf. My family rented several condos and I would not trade ours for any of them. Thank you Jeffrey...we will be back next year!

We had the opportunity to stay at 2 different condos because we added a couple of days, and both were different from one another and both beautiful! Both had spectacular views from master bedrooms and livingroom. Also ocean view from kitchen sink. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The well stocked kitchens had almost every appliance you could need. Jeffrey and his family were kind and accomidating and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely call on them on our next trip to Bilioxi!!
