Newly remodeled unit with west views of sunsets
Bien entretenu condo par les propriétaires qui vivent à 5 minutes de cette propriété sur Marco Island long de l'année. L'appareil est livré avec tous les draps et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont dans l'unité. La salle de bain principale dispose d'un jacuzzi et le bain sont dotées d'une douche. Il y a un lit king size dans la chambre principale, un lit king size dans la chambre d'amis et un lit escamotable dans le salon. Un sèche-cheveux est fourni dans les deux salles de bains. Il y a des téléviseurs haute définition dans les deux chambres et dans le salon. Le salon est un 70 ', le maître est un 39' la chambre d'amis est un 42 '. Le salon a un lecteur de disque Blue Ray. Le système de son à travers est Sonos.

We stayed at this wonderful condo in July 2024. The pictures are true to what you get which is a wonderful condo which is right on the beach. You will have access to 2 pools, and a breathtaking view of the ocean. A stroll to the ocean is only steps away. The owners are great that you have access to a beach locker which has every beach chair, umbrella, beach toy you can think of. My 11 year old loved using the beach toys and the boogie board on the ocean.
The balcony is great to watch the sunset and enjoy a meal outside when it is not to hot.
We loved the condo, especially the shower which was great to rinse off after a day at the pool or the beach.
Overall, a great place to stay when looking for a beach vacation.
Bonus, you get to park in the shade in an assigned parking spot!

This property is lovely. Check in/out was very simple and easy. Kurt, the property manager, was resposive and helpful. The condo itself is quite clean. We take our shoes off at home and do the same when we use a vacation rental. Even the floors in this unit are very clean, which is unusual. We were impressed by the cleanliness since it's very important to us. We have often spent our first couple hours of vacation cleaning. It was unneeded in this beautiful rental. It was just two of us so we only used one bedroom but we did use both bathrooms. The unit is very spacious and would easily hold more people and is well appointed with supplies for your stay. The somerset itself is very well kept and has pretty grounds. Of course one cannot say enough about the amazing beach. It's not our thing but we saw many people gathering gorgeous shells. The location is easy walking distance to great restaurants. Our favorites are probably Marco Prime and Fin Bistro. We don't have a single negative thing to say about this condominium. We would return without hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay in Marco Island. This condo is quite large with a separate seating area for the guest room. We did not need the murphy bed but it is nice for additional guests when needed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful sunsets!

Property is as depicted. The highlight is the west facing balcony directly overlooking the beach and ocean. The beach is wide and gorgeous. Dolphins spotted playing almost every day!
The kitchen was well stocked, and the Murphy bed was a comfortable solution to the extra bed needed to accommodate a fifth guest. Plenty of towels and blankets.
The location is good, near the south end of the island- pretty quiet but still convenient. Great to have pickleball courts available to play.
The cleanliness of the unit was average. We made use of the available cleaning supplies like vacuum and broom every couple days.
Most supplies were provided with the exception of shampoo and body wash- just an fyi for future guests.
Easy check in and check out, would stay again.

Impressive upscale condo. We have rented 25+ Marco beachfront properties and this unit is our new favorite. Nice building, excellent location, steps to the ocean, well organized check in and check out. Thanks, we will be back.

This is a great condo with great views. Owners were very responsive and helpful. They were doing some renovations at the complex during our visit but not too noisy. They were repairing on of the walkways to beach so only one walkway was available but not out of the way. Pool was refreshing. Condo was nice and had all the supplies needed for a great stay. It did not have an ice maker which would have been nice but did have some ice trays. Both king beds we’re comfortable and showers were nice and roomy with great water pressure.

We had a great stay at the Somerset condos on Marco. The condo was beautiful inside and provided everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach. Nice pools, a well stocked beach locker, easy access to the beach and great views from the balcony. The property managers were very nice and easy to work with from check-in to check-out. The covered parking was a great benefit, especially during the summer months.

The condo and the property were very nice. We did have an issue while there but it was taken care of immediately. Condo has towels and beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Beach is beautiful. Short walk from condo to get to the beach. Covered parking spot which was great in the heat. Close to restaurants and stores. Overall great vacation.

This condo was very nice. The property is well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are updated with high-end equipment. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property.

Enjoy drinking our morning coffee from the veranda. Wish beach chairs and umbrellas could be rented and set up. Hard to do the older you get. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful week!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. It is very clean, it has been recently renovated and it is immaculate. Everything works perfectly. All the beds and pillows are comfortable. Views of the Gulf and sunsets are awesome. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys, etc. are included. The pool is heated and is very well kept. Covered garage. I cannot think of a single item that is missing or should be changed. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone. You will not be sorry.

Excellent Unit and a Great Stay on Marco Island!
We love the Somerset and this unit was excellent as it was very updated, convenient, and comfortable. The checkin and checkout process was seamless. The unit has everything a family needs to enjoy their stay and what beautiful views you have every single day! The master shower setup is a true gem! Both king beds were very comfortable! The pools are amazing and most of the time hardly anyone else was around! And of course the Marco beach and Gulf of Mexico are steps away and are amazing!! The only small issues we had was that the unit needed additional attention to detail from a cleaning perspective (perhaps a deep clean ie inside drawers, cabinets, walls), the couch is not very comfortable, the beach equipment is inadequate as almost every chair was broken upon arrival, and the entry lock was almost impossible to turn at times. Thanks for being a great host and allowing us to enjoy your slice of heaven!!

Perfect Condo!
We had the best vacation. Located in the gated Somerset condos, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for adults- king size beds in BOTH bedrooms, and a teenager (pull out Murphy bed.) The living room and kitchen were big enough for everyone in the family to sit comfortably. We loved the large comfy couch and the high top dining table. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful… with ample space to sit, dine and relax. We ordered in and ate supper on the balcony while watching the fireworks on the 4th. Great communication from the owner / manager. This place was clean and had all of the comforts of home. We will definitely be back!!!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful condo with breathtaking views & incredible sunsets! Plenty of room for our family of four. Very comfortable beds & couch! Huge TV’s! The condo had everything we needed - from kitchen supplies to blankets & towels, plus everything needed for the beach including chairs, boogie board, noodles, & sand toys. We had the best time ever & highly recommend!!!

Absolutely beautifully appointed unit. You will want for nothing. The view of the golf is absolutely spectacular. The building in and of itself is so clean and easy to get around. Most important, the security aspect on the property is unbelievable. I’ve never felt so secure on a property in the island.

The property/condo was very nice. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t in the condo. The only thing we saw that might have helped is not having to use keys to get in and out of the gates and instead using a fob system as we always had our hands full.
