Truckee Retreat Close to Town, Trails, Slopes - Ski, hike, bike!
3BR, 2BA, 1700 pieds carrés maison est un endroit parfait pour l'été ou pour le plaisir de l'hiver!
Sur un terrain de 0,5 acre, la maison est située à 25 mètres de la route pour une sensation isolée - idéale pour les enfants à jouer à l’avant ou à l’arrière. Backyard est clôturé pour votre chien à jouer en toute sécurité (supplément requis). Pont arrière a gril à gaz avec marches descendant à la cour avec un grand patio en pierre (nouveau pour 2018).
Parking pour 4-5 voitures (garage est utilisé pour le stockage propriétaire). Poêle central à gaz et à chaleur dans le salon pour une chaleur rapide en hiver. 50 "TV LED, télévision par câble, WiFi. TV 46" avec DVD et Roku dans la chambre principale.
Cal King dans Master, King dans la chambre 1. Chambre 2 a un lit complet et des lits superposés. Compliment plein d'ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, argenterie. Il suffit de vérifier et vous imprégner de l'air de la montagne!
Super emplacement central: 10 minutes à pied du golf, des restaurants locaux et une brasserie, 5 min. conduire à l'aéroport ou au centre historique de Truckee, à 10 minutes en voiture de Northstar en Californie. Cyclisme la région? Nous sommes quelques coups de pédale de la course de vélo Tahoe Ironman et le sentier de randonnée / vélo Sawtooth. C'est une pédale de 5 minutes au centre-ville!

Best location for walking to local restaurants. Private yards with a private driveway. The house was surprisingly stocked with everything we needed. Dog friendly, which was a plus for our family. Would stay again!

This house was really amazing! It was very comfortable with a beautiful kitchen that was well-stocked with everything we needed. The dog loved the huge fenced yard. We would totally recommend this house!

Great house!!!
My family stayed in Ponderosa Palisades for 10 days! Very nice, spacious for 9 people house, well equiped with all you need (we cooked everything from scratch), in great and queit neighborhood, close to Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe. Easy communication with owneres. We would definitely come again! Thank you!

Awesome home. Great neighborhood, quiet and close to all. Super clean and well stocked, not overly so. Big backyard for relaand room for the dog.

Father’s Day weekend
Chris’ place was great! Beds were super comfortable and the layout of the house is perfect. Enough space for everyone in your group and you won’t ever feel crowded.
We had a fantastic weekend! Chris was very accommodating and communicative. Even with a mix up/miscommunication he just rolled with it and made adjustments!
We would definitely love to stay here again!

Fantastic Home away from Home
I love staying at this house. This is our second time staying here and we just love it. The neighborhood is quiet and very conveniently located. The house is comfortable, well stocked with everything you need and we love the huge fenced in yard for our kids and dog. Beds are super comfy and house was spotless! Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful cabin again.

Ample supply of plush towels. Very quiet neighbor that is also centrally located for exploration of the North Tahoe area.

We loved staying at this house, located in a quiet neighborhood in the woods only a 5 minute drive from Truckee. The house was large and very comfortable. The fenced-in backyard was huge! It was well-equipped and had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Pet Friendly Place
It is very clear that the owners of this property love dogs. I appreciated knowing I could bring my dogs and not worry about them. This property is clean and the check-in/out was very easy.
My only suggestion for clarification is one informational email said check out was at 2pm and the second email said 11am. It didn't really matter because we had to be out early. But if we didn't I would have wanted to enjoy the house to the very last moment I could.

Top Notch Truckee Spot
We loved Chris's house for our weekend ski trip. The home is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and a very large living/dining/kitchen area. The house's location is also great - only a ~15 min drive to Northstar and less than 10 min drive into downtown Truckee. Fifty Fifty brewing is also only half a mile away which was a highlight. Would definitely stay here again!

Newly renovated, hardwood living room, everything is very clean and new. Breville espresso machine, tons of utensils and dishes. Huge fenced backyard made the dogs merrier than ever! Chris is very responsive and brought us a giant shovel in 30 min after we asked for. It was very pleasant and memorable trip for my family.

The house itself is beautiful, with updated rooms and great style. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking equipment you'll need - even a waffle maker! We had no trouble cooking our meals while looking out at the snow. We were also so grateful that the backyard was fenced! Our dogs enjoyed running in the snow unencumbered by leashes. The owner is very quick to respond to questions and was very helpful. We can't wait to come back next year!

John is such an amazing person- I was evacuated from my home due to a wildfire creeping close, and John was so generous and allowed myself, my father and our two dogs to stay there during the entirety of our evacuation. The yard is amazing- huge and fully fenced in and the interior is absolutely beautiful! The beds are comfortable and everything you need is stocked. Ample parking and the home is tucked away from the street for added privacy. Can't go wrong here! Thank you again for your hospitality and generosity!!

John is such an amazing person- I was evacuated from my home due to a wildfire creeping close, and John was so generous and allowed myself, my father and our two dogs to stay there during the entirety of our evacuation. The yard is amazing- huge and fully fenced in and the interior is absolutely beautiful! The beds are comfortable and everything you need is stocked. Ample parking and the home is tucked away from the street for added privacy. Can't go wrong here! Thank you again for your hospitality and generosity!!

This house was perfect for our family of five! Plenty of space for everyone to eat, sleep and relax. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed including beach towels for a dip in Lake Tahoe. We loved the yard space- coffee in the fresh mountain air in the morning, star gazing at night. And the kids live relaxing in the hammock. It’s a quiet, friendly neighborhood and seeing as my sister lives a three minute walk from this home, we will definitely be staying here again!

Due to Covid, only my husband and I stayed in this 3 BR house . We frequently have some friends with 4 kids join us when we stay in Truckee and they would have fit just fine. The kitchen was better equipped then any other rental we have used and there was a great comfortable couch and chair in front of a beautiful gas fireplace.

Nicely remodeled house with plenty of space. Great location for ski trip, right in between Squaw and Northstar. Price was very reasonable compared to Donner area.

Walking into the house, I knew we were going to have a good time. My family and I planned for some fun in the snow and being able to come back to a beautiful house was very nice. Everything was clean and stocked with the essentials for a nice vacation. We didn't want to leave thats for sure. Thanks Chris!
