4 adults and 1 toddler stayed at SeaRose for 6 nights. The location of the house was perfect for us. The neighborhood was very nice with manicured lawns, it was quiet and seemed quite safe. We loved the decor of the house, it was like stepping into an updated version of my parents house in the 60s. There was more than enough space for the 5 of us. It was clean, the kitchen had just about everything we needed. The showers were good, we did have a problem with the faucet in the bathtub. It was stuck in shower mode so giving a bath to a child required some creative thinking. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was free of clutter, there were just a few things we had to move to keep out of reach of toddler's hands which was a plus. We spent a lot of time in the backyard patio area which was perfect for a child to play in. I did have to clean the patio table and chairs, it looked like they hadn't been used recently. Communicating with the manager was easy and response time was immediate. Overall, we had a great stay at SeaRose and would recommend it to friends and relatives, we would certainly go back again.

The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. The only complaint, need better cooking utensils. Sone if the pans were too small for the oven and the iron skillet was beveled in the bottom and did no lay flat on the stove. I very much recommend this home and plan to stay again, the next time I'm in LA

Our family of 5 stayed at this location - we all loved the place. Very spacious, very well maintained and very well equipped. We had separate bedrooms and bathrooms for the members of the family. Home is very close to the airport and the neighborhood is nice and safe. Great places to eat within 4-5 miles radius. Management team was super responsive. We strongly recommend this home to all travelers without reservations.

We had a wonderful stay, and really enjoyed the uniqueness and charm of the interior. Our only recommendations would be to add a dish rack for hand-washed dishes, and to look into the smart tv network connectivity issues. We feel that the pictures in the listing could stand to be updated because the house looked even nicer in person! Maybe with brighter lighting?

The owners gave good instructions on how to get in and take care of the place during our stay. My wife and 10-month-old son stayed at SeaRose and we loved it. When we entered the property, our son's face lit up. The house has a charming, old California feel (grand piano, giant stone fireplace, blue bath tub, mirrors, chandeliers, big sofas) and is meticulously clean and maintained. Everything you need is there, including a high chair for the baby. When our son went to bed, we sat on the back patio looking out at the lovely, very private lawn. Our host Kate was accessible before, during, and after check-in via email. She was very responsive. The house is close to LAX (but not too close), in a safe neighborhood convenient for seeing all the sites in LA. We hope to stay there again.

The house was fantastic. My sister and I had a wonderful L.A. vacation. We had our kids, ages 8, 9, 11, and 14 with us. There was enough space for the six of us. The back yard feels secluded and peaceful even though you are in the second largest city in the U.S. We were super close to the beach and had easy access to the highway to get to all the other touristy things one does in Los Angeles. Our hosts were communicative and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Location was great. Home was clean. Backyard space was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. The only minor issues we ran into were the master bedroom toilet didn't flush (we did it manually) and the food processor didn't work. We also wish there would have been games to use. We found one puzzle but it had pieces missing. Overall we loved our stay and the property manager was very communicative. We would stay here again!

SeaRose was the perfect house for our trip for our child's graduation, with good access to the college, beach and LAX, groceries and restaurants. The big house was comfortable, well appointed, and with bedrooms and bathrooms for extra space and privacy. We appreciated using the well-stocked kitchen and dining room, and even the piano room for an evening sing-a-long. The yard and landscaping, and neighborhood was green and beautifully manicured. All the family agreed it was a great home away from home.

Lovely house, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, easily accessible to LAX and all other L.A. sights. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 to stretch out and relax. The house was nicely stocked with towels, linens and kitchen items. Beds are very comfy and having a washing machine/dryer on site was so helpful. The roses in front yard are gorgeous. The back yard is nicely landscaped and comfortable for visiting or just lounging in the sun with a good book. Communication with mgmt was easy and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we travel back to L.A.

One of my daughters vacuumed the carpets and ended up with approximately 4 inches of dirt and dust in the canister. The blinds leading out to the patio are in need of repair. Too many slats missing. I had to work on the large grill to get it to work (cleaned the burners and replaced the dead AAA battery in the ignitor). After all the work on the grill, we didn't get the chance to use it. Bummer! The bedroom next to the half bath needs a nightstand.

We are all from Texas and Louisiana, but his beautiful bride to be has older family members unable to travel plus many extended family here so the groom's family came here. We absolutely loved the home. It was so beautiful and very convenient to everything we wanted and needed to was close to LAX AIRPORT which we wanted because of early flights out. The Sea Rose was so much better for us than a motel, cost wise and we were all together for family time. I most definitely will share my experience with with company and how wonderful everything was.
