Lorsque vous entrez dans la porte d'entrée, vous serez `` impressionné '' par les beaux sols en béton teinté des Caraïbes avec une sensation d'île tout au long.
Avant d'arriver à la salle de jeux à l'arrière de la maison, vous passerez par la buanderie, votre maître au premier étage, la chambre secondaire et la salle de bain avec baignoire / douche.
La kitchenette comprend un réfrigérateur pleine grandeur avec machine à glaçons, évier, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière, mixeur et une table de jeu 3 en 1 pour jouer à Bumper Pool, Poker ou Dine.
La salle de jeux propose des sièges confortables en cuir, une télévision SMART de 55 pouces et un lecteur DVD.
La salle de jeux entière donne sur le patio et la piscine privée à l'arrière, d'où les «O'Aces» en notre nom (un jeu de mots pour désigner la piscine à l'arrière et les multiples tables de cartes). Il y a une douche extérieure pour se rincer avant d'entrer dans la piscine.
Le deuxième étage offre 2 maîtres privés à l'avant de la maison et de la salle d'eau. Le milieu et l'arrière de cet étage sont grands ouverts et de grande taille!

Our group had grandparents, three adult children with their three spouses and four cousins ages 6-8. The four primary bedrooms were great for adults and the upstairs with two bedrooms furnished with two queen beds worked for the four children. We enjoyed the beach access and our pool. Gold carts were not needed!! The house was very well furnished and worked well for meals and games. We hope to book it again!

Very nice location wish the pool would have been cleaned when we got there put took care of the issue within 48 hours so missed really using the pool all of Sunday and most of Monday. We had several generations of family stay in this beautiful home for a beach vacation. It was much larger than it appears in the pictures. We loved the pool and used it nightly. We will definitely stay here again next year for our family trips to Port A.

We had plenty of space for five couples. The main floor with kitchen, living and dining areas was very roomy. Kitchen was well-stocked. Everything was clean. Super close to the beach boardwalk. We did walk into "town" to eat one night, but it was ~45 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was awesome. Biggest downside was parking and the first floor had broken chair. Freezer downstairs did not work. I put an ice cream cake in their when we arrived and woke up next day to melted ice cream. Owner was great but I didn’t compare to her at all.

This was our favorite house we have rented in our 6 years of visiting Port A. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need for cooking. Plenty of room for everyone to have space. We loved being by the board walk for easy beach access. The door to the pool has an alarm which made everyone rest easy knowing a little kid can't fall in the pool unknown. This was our second year to stay at Island Oasis. It is perfect for our family of 12 as everyone has their own space. Check in was a little dicey as the code we were given didn't work. The owner gave us a new temporary code that worked and said she would get us a code the next day. We never did hear back from her and the temporary code stopped working. We ended up leaving the pool door unlocked when we left, which wasn't great but better than pushing one of the teens up to the balcony floor to let us in - which we had to do once! Overall it was a wonderful stay and we love being so close to the beach. We would definitely recommend this home!

I’m leaving a review months later because it seems I forgot at the time, but the house in Port Aransas could truly have not been any better. We had a gathering there for Sandfest and my neighbor’s birthday. The house is brand new and so sparkling clean. They had everything one needed for cookwear and all of the amenities for a relaxing stay- games and comfy furniture - sooooo much seating everywhere - it was awesome there was so much lovely natural light in the rooms, but you could also really rest there. The porches were great and the pool was incredible under shade so no sunburns for our neighbors teenager, who basically lived there when not at the beach :). It was quiet while we were there - no partying like mentioned in other reviews. We wouldn’t have cared, but everyone was respectful. Pretty much all the other houses are rentals, so you never know what neighbors will show up, but we had very friendly ones. So close to the beach and just the perfect spot to stay. No complaints and we will be back! Memorable weekend all around. Thanks to our host!

Perfect house for a large family
We were so pleased with this house! There are 11 in our family and this house allowed everyone to have a comfortable bed and much more access to bathrooms. We loved the long table in the dining area where we could all sit comfortably at one table to eat and play games. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Chantal Smith was very responsive to us when I was unable to successfully use the entry key pad. There was no waiting for her to respond and she solved my problem. When we saw one other problem with the house, she had a repairman over to fix it within a very short time. Our whole family agrees that this house was the most large family friendly house we have ever rented. We will certainly stay here the next time we come down to Port Aransas.

Great location, amazing owner & awesome weekend
Once a year, my girlfriends and I plan a trip for the weekend to just enjoy the beach and each other. We have tried a few other houses but came back to this one- and we were not disappointed at all. The home is well stocked, well laid out, had every amenity we could ask for and for real was exactly what we needed. I am sure we will come back again soon!

Pretty, clean and fantastic location
We had four families - 8 adults and 8 young children - and this home was a great fit. We stayed on a Saturday through Tuesday, (not summer) and the entire community was really rather quiet, which was lovely, and of course the beach was great. We really loved the proximity to the beach with the walkway, AND a very close access road when we wanted to take the golf carts. The pool was perfect for our kids and the pool door has an alarm which was fantastic. The house itself is lovely, very clean, and comfortable. We loved the second story porch - you can even see the beautiful ocean! We didn’t have time to play, but there were plenty of fun games. The kitchen was great to work in and extremely well stocked. It was just wonderful for our group! Chantel was easy to communicate with and responsive. We truly had a great trip and enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful house
House is beautiful and the pictures don’t show how big and well kept it is. One of the best stocked kitchens we’ve seen. Very clean. Everything is labeled, even light switches, so you know where everything goes. Plenty of hooks for hanging wet stuff (this is great as most places have no where to hang anything!). Plenty of storage for food. There’s soap, travel sized toiletries, and face wipes in all the 6 bathrooms. Plenty of bath and dish towels (no beach or pool towels though). A few pool toys. Many games puzzles, and movies. A smart tv in every room. Two spacious living areas and huge table for 14 in kitchen. The onlynegatives are the pillows are not great (beds are just fine though), and the homes are very close together (a hair’s width apart) so there is no outdoor privacy. The beach is a two minute walk across the pedestrian bridge- very convenient. Note that there is not much at all to do in the immediate area other than hang on the beach- so be aware of that. If you want to simply hang at a great house close to a beach this is a really great house.

Best Place in Port A
We've been coming to Port A for many years, often times, more than once a year. We always do short term rentals and we've had both good and bad. Let me tell you, this place was the absolute best. The pool is super nice, the walk to the beach is very short, and the overall cleanliness and modernity of the place is well done! Thanks for having us over!

Great house for a large group!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Chantal was wonderful to work with and very communicative. The house was super comfortable for our group of 15 people (6 adults and 9 kids) - we never felt crowded for a second! The house is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The beds are very comfortable and it was wonderful having so many bathrooms! The kitchenette downstairs was perfect for storing drinks & snacks for us to enjoy during pool time. The pool is constantly shaded, which made it the kids' favorite hangout spot throughout the trip - especially after hours of hot sun at the beach! I feel it's really important to note that THERE IS A BUILT-IN DOOR ALARM at the door that goes out to the pool! SO AWESOME! It's easy to set and very loud! I was very worried about the proximity of the pool with 2 preschoolers in our group, but the alarm provided such peace of mind. We absolutely loved this house and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thanks for everything!!

Perfect Place for a multi-generational vacation!
Our family of 12 fit perfectly in this house! Everyone had their space and privacy with all couples having their own bedrooms/bathrooms. This kids were happy to have their own space on the 3rd floor and their own bathroom. Getting back and forth to the beach was a breeze with the walkway so close. The kitchen was big and so well organized. We had friends join us twice for dinner and it was very easy to accommodate them. We loved having our own pool and used it everyday. Parking was not a problem as we put 2 cars in the garage and easily fit the other 3 cars in the driveway. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely stay there again.
