Perfect little beach house. Only annoying thing was mailing of physical keys and having to plan out your own sheets and towels. Owner was up front about this in the listing though, so we were able to plan accordingly.

We had a great long weekend here the last weekend of the summer. We loved hanging out on the porch with our coffee in the morning and with snacks and cocktails in the afternoon in the rocking chairs. The convenience of being one block from the beach was awesome. Cozy couches in the livingroom for chilling out. Walking distance to mini-golf and shopping was nice. My family of 8 had a wonderful stay.

If the these are your top 3 priorities for a beach rental this is a great pick. An incredibly short walk to the beach with a 2nd and 3rd floor view of the beach made this a great rental for our family.

The house is 1 block to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We loved the house and its location. We plan on going back..

Loved the property. Spent our days on the beach and our evenings on the giant porch looking at the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed for some big seafood dinners. Off street parking was perfect as we just left our car there and walked everywhere we needed to go.

If you are looking for a brand new home to rent, this wouldn’t be for you; however, if you are in search of a true Cape May home with plenty of space to spread out and an unbeatable location, then this is your place.

Owner was EXTREMELY responsive both before and during our stay. The house was exactly as described and a pleasure to inhabit. Thank you for allowing 3 families to enjoy a week together under one roof!

Spent the week with another family of 5 with plenty of room. The location cannot get much better!!!

No complaints! House accommodated 8 adults (two different families) very comfortably. Indoor furniture seemed new and was very comfortable. Gas grill in the back was put to good use.

Stayed in this quaint house with 3 other couples. Such a perfect location. Simple walk to Washington St. Mall, the beach, and breakfast at the local diner (one block away). Had some confusion when we arrived, but was resolved that evening by the owner, without issue. Thanks.

We loved our stay here! Nine of us had plenty of room and didn't feel crowded. Our daughter was married on the beach one block away and the reception was held at the Hotel Alcott next door to the house. Perfect location for us!! Beautiful porch for relaxing on with plenty of chairs too!

Right by the beach and short walk to town

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for us. Plenty of space and all the amenities you would need. Great front and side porch for wonderful views! And the location is ideal. Close to the center of town and only a 1/2 block from the beach!

My family which included 3 generations, stayed here and had a wonderful time together. House is very comfortable. The large dining room table enabled us to sit together when we ate in. The wrap-around porch is large with lots of chairs. There is also a settee long enough to lay down on. You can see the ocean from the porch and get a wonderful ocean breeze. The beach is just a block away and the mall is just a short walk. The space under the porch was convenient to store our beach chairs, bikes, etc.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my best friends bachelorette party! Everything from start to finish was easy. The house was perfect for 8 of us and located in the middle of everything. It was walking distance to bars and restaurants and you could see the beach from the house. We had a wonderful weekend and it's definitely one we'll never forget!!!

A great rental experience in a home across the street from the beach. House was sparkling clean and inviting, amenities (even those not included, ie: Charcoal for grill, paper towels) were stocked and ready for use. Owner is highly responsive to questions/concerns/logistics and made every step of the rental process a breeze. A lot of common space in the house was nice as our party had a pair of infants in rockers, and the wraparound porch was probably the most popular part of the house. Would gladly rent this home again next season.

My extended family stayed at the location to attend my son's wedding. The kitchen was great and had plenty of dishes and pans to utilize. Having bathrooms on each floor made it convenient for everyone to get ready at any time. It was 90 every day, but the AC worked great. The location was close to the beach and to the activities downtown. We would stay here again!
