Beautiful Unit and Excellent Location - Directly on the Beach
Spectaculaire propriété en bord de mer 2BR / 2BA. Situé au 4ème étage et offre une vue imprenable sur le lever du soleil. Ce condo a été entièrement rénové avec de nouveaux meubles dans chaque pièce ainsi que de nouveaux appareils. Vous trouverez un téléviseur 55 pouces suspendu dans le salon principal et deux téléviseurs 40 pouces montés dans les deux chambres.
La chambre principale a un nouveau lit king confortable, 2 grandes commodes, tables de nuit et une chaise pour s'asseoir si nécessaire. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits jumeaux confortables et d'une grande commode. Remodelez magnifiquement les salles de bains ainsi qu'une baignoire dans la salle de bains principale pour baigner vos enfants si nécessaire. Et n'oubliez pas de nouveaux meubles de patio avec une table de pub et quatre chaises pour profiter du lever du soleil du matin avec votre tasse de café!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful decor. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. Both my husband and I relaxed at the large pool and enjoyed easy beach access several times a day. We would highly recommend.

Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Pool was refreshing and still a great view of the ocean. Accommodations were very clean and well kept. We chose to stay in what was the most humid week in August so naturally the AC had difficulty in keeping up. Host provided a dehumidifier. Accommodations was well equipped with at least for fans and two ceiling fans. Would definitely recommend.

My family has been vacationing in New Smyrna Beach for 45 years, but this was the first time staying in this unit. We absolutely loved it!
It is beautifully furnished and decorated. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen and bathroom necessities.
Linda in the office was very nice and a small maintenance request was handled very quickly.
I would absolutely recommend this place for your next vacation!

Very clean property. Condo was very clean and up to date on all amenities. Comfortable master bedroom bed. Easy access to the pool and beach. Host was very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. We will be back!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean with great amenities, and great location. Parking is easy, access to the pool and beach is easy. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely look to book again.

This was our first time at NSB and will not be our last! This unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The close proximity of the grocery store was a plus. Although the weather was cold and kept us from the beach we enjoyed drinking coffee each morning on the balcony and watching the waves! So many fabulous restaurants and shops! A great visit!

Perfect for 2 teenagers and 2 adults. We enjoyed catching live music across the street and felt comfortable leaving the kids since we were close by.

This condo was just as said. It was perfect in every way. Lovely location and right on the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the waves. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

This beautifully renovated beach front condo was a perfect spot for our family. We had several families staying in the area for an holiday vacation and enjoyed the beach access and central location in New Smyrna. All the amenities and more!

This property was in a great location, very clean and nice condo for our family trip. The balcony view of the ocean and pool was great, especially for our morning coffee, and you can't beat being right on the beach. We didn't hear any noise from the neighbors and overall would recommend this stay to anyone!

Coming back to New Symyra and staying on the beach was a wonderful way to celebrate!
The condo was just perfect for my best friend and I who spent many years getting together while I dedicated a month to be with my dad. Dad is gone, but his spirit was felt!

My daughter and I stayed 5 nights and we loved our beds the view of Ocean and pool was Amazing. The condo had beautiful sofa's nice and firm so were the beds, it was decorated with a touch from a Mermaid I swear! the washer & dryer made if convenient. Next time I visit NSB this is my choice to stay. Linda the manager was very polite the property was very well kept. Thank you!!

We had a great time. Condo is great, had everything we needed and then some. Beds were comfortable and condo was very clean. The grounds were well kept and really nice. Pool is saltwater which was a nice bonus. If you like Italian food be sure to check out "The Garlic" restaurant just down the street. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Stayed for a week. Fishing trip other couple stayed elsewhere but we used this unit for our main getting together. Not really in the room a lot since it is so well located the women walked the beach, laid by the pool was able to walk to many many nice places to eat, shop. Everything close and easy to get to. The unit manager Linda, was really knowledgeable about where to go and things to do. Unit clean and well equipped Had absolutely everything from beach chairs, towels, insulated bags for food and refreshments. Cooler. Oh u name it and it was available. Kitchen dishes oots pans etc all laid out nicely. . Very well done comfortable to.

My son and I decided to spend a week in New Smyrna Beach and found this property and it was as described. Everything we needed was supplied and all the comforts of home were provided. I would definately rent again.

We had a grate time and every thing was so nice. The only thing we did not like was the elevator. It was not always working, and being on the forth floor was though. Over all it is a grate place will defiantly be back again.

This condo was in a great location. You can walk on the beach to restaurants and shops, and a large grocery store is also within walking distance. Flagler Avenue is a short walk away, so you have all the benefits without the crowds. The condo is very clean and one of the most well-equipped VRBO's that I've ever stayed in. The hosts and on-site property manager are very responsive and accommodating. The pool area is also very clean and welcoming, and access to the beach is very easy. We will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, close to several restaurants, grocery store. The beach was nice, the pool was refreshing. We had to walk a bit because no stairs to the beach because of hurricane Ian... (But I know that will be replaced soon). The pictures don't show how amazing this place is. We will definitely be back.

This is a perfect getaway destination. It is close to the airport with a great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach, pool, and restaurants. This was our second stay and we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The AC was lacking we feel it could use a service or something. It was a little warm at night. When we woke it was 70 degrees by the end day the temperature was 80 degrees. With the thermostat set to 70. With out the ceiling fans and fans going we feel it probably would have been uncomfortable.
The lower star rating for the property manager was due to the hrs. We arrived at 4 pm and the office hrs were till 5pm. The office manager was backing out as we got the office. She did go back to the office and our parking pass and answered all questions.

Great Summer Vacation
We absolutely loved staying at Ocean Reef Villa #402! It was everything and more than what we wanted and needed for two weeks. Booking and owners were very responsive to all of our questions! Already booked for next summer!! We love NSB!!!

Fishing trip
The condo was very nicely decorated and I have always loved that location. The only problem was that the air does not keep the condo cool enough to be comfortable in summer heat. Hard to sleep.

Love the beach access and the space was perfect for four adults. Kitchen and baths felt clean and new and beach accessories were a nice amenity.
