Our family of 6 (husband, 4 teenagers, and myself) stayed for one week at this lovely home/villa in Jimmy Hill. This was a perfect place for us, providing plenty of space, bedrooms, and lovely outdoor access to the pool and beach. Jimmy Hill is a great location and the beach is beautiful and peaceful. Our kids loved being able to move back and forth between the beach, pool, hot tub and the comfortable patio all day long when we were not out exploring the island or on an excursion. This property provided us the perfect home base for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of those Exuma blues in the water and a comfortable, well-appointed place to enjoy meals and games together in the evening. The kids also loved swimming and hanging out in the hot tub at night. We were able to grill a couple nights, and made most of our breakfasts and dinners at the house. A fun highlight was having Bubble Waffles come to the house one evening and make us fresh waffle cones filled with ice cream and toppings. The location of the house made it easier for us to get deliveries (from Mike's Pizza Plus, Exuma Market, Exuma Connect) and for us to make a quick grocery run when needed (about 8 min drive to Prime Island Meats and Deli).
Tom was a great host, and very responsive. We appreciated being able to ask many questions and to receive quick responses. Tom and his family have done a wonderful job making the magic of Exuma accessible, comfortable and fun for families to experience in their lovely home.

Everything about this place was fantastic!
- Owner provided detailed information about travel, amenities, things to know about and do on the island - so helpful!
- Groundskeeper was so kind and helpful - our kids were dying to try a fresh coconut, he brought them some and opened them up for them - made their day!
- Location was great - centrally located on the island, just a couple min from the airport and easy to get to excursions or head into Georgetown.
- Property outside is perfection - pool and hot tub were great, grassy area for the kids to run and play, beautiful vegetation and ocean view, little lizards everywhere (our kids loved this). Great patio on the unit - we spent so much time out here. Lots of pool/yard toys in the cubby down by the beach shower. Commercial ice machine on property for filling coolers and stocking the house.
- Property inside was great - plenty of sleeping areas, tons of seating in the dining/living area that was open where it was easy for us to all be together. Kitchen was very well stocked with cookware as well as seasonings - better than any place I’ve ever stayed. Thoughtful about the little things - tote bags that you’ll need for shopping at the store, closet with misc little things you may have forgotten, plenty of beach towels, coolers. WiFi only worked on the first floor but wasn’t a big deal for us.

Though the property is close to the airport, it sits back from the main road and was very quiet. We never minded the drive into Georgetown, considering the quiet and beautiful location we had. Once you enter the condo, you are struck by the incredible view over the pool area/ocean. Morning sunrise and coffee on the patio, the sound of the stunning blue surf, sunsets in the evenings ... it never got old! The condo was clean, well stocked, plenty of room for our party of 7, and the owner was very responsive to any questions. Most of the week we felt as though we had the whole condo area to ourselves, which was a bonus!

House is fabulous! Kitchen and spaces are great, and the location is perfect near everything you might want in town, and is just 4 minutes from the airport. The beach is beautiful walkable. The pool and hot tub are fantastic to have on site as well. Would love to stay here again soon if we can!

This property was amazing. Clean. Comfortabke. Stunning views. Outdoor amenities are well taken care off. The location is perfect. Easy to get to all points of the island when you rent a car.

This property is absolutely perfect. It has the best beach on the island, imo. The house has everything you need, location is close to everything, pool is wonderful. Tom is an amazing host. This was our second time staying here amd we loved it just as much as the first time. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay-the location is really close the the airport and convenient to the grocery stores and pizza. The house is clean and the view and pool are fantastic. Not pictured, but we really enjoyed swimming at night as the pool is well lit. Would definitely visit again.

Wonderful stay for extended family of 9. Nephew broke his foot a week prior to vacation so it was nice to have a downstairs bedroom and full bath and a pool (not just the beach). Hung out every night on porch playing card games- no bugs and perfectly pleasant. Porch was also used for morning coffee. Enjoyed nice long walks on the beach and jumping in the waves in the ocean.
Well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach towels for everyone.

The property was well maintained and clean. We really enjoyed the beach and having the pool after a long day of boating. Tom is quick to respond to any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Highly recommend this VRBO!! Beautiful location, right on the beach with a bonus of a pool/hot tub. Two families stayed together, and there was more than enough room. Four separate bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Can’t imagine a better place!

The property was amazing! Beautiful beach, pool and grounds. Owner was responsive and helpful in planning. Beds were very comfortable and amenities beyond our needs! Local grounds keeper and property manager were helpful with activity questions and collected coconuts for us to enjoy. Could not have had a better place to stay.

This condo was perfect for our stay! Amazing location, central to everything and so close to the airport. The beach is beautiful - not super calm while we were there, but clean, beautiful blue water, and you can walk forever. The pool, hot tub and grounds are immaculately kept up. Norm, the property manager, is there to help with anything you need. Plenty of space for our group of 6. We were worried about the lack of privacy and considered renting a private home instead, but it was honestly never an issue. There were only a few other condos occupied during our stay and everyone we met was very nice. It was like having a very small hotel almost entirely to yourself. Would definitely recommend.

We have rented with Tom in the past and this is our go-to place in the Bahamas. The combination of the beautiful interior, space, yard, pool, hot tub all well maintained. Wonderful beach with very little traffic. Close to the airport and George Town and the smaller enclaves make it very convenient. Top notch! Thank you so much for the great memories. Our other VRBO ended up double booked, we found this last minute and worked out perfect. This is a stellar location, right on the beach, well equipped, nice pool, nice hot tub, nothing to complain about at all! 100% recommendation.

This was our 4th trip to this Villa. We love the place and location. Only issue we had one of the Air Conditoning not working very well. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

I have no words for how amazing this property was! My family of 8 was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach/pool towels for everybody. When not on the beach, I’d spend a lot of time in the infinity pool overlooking the gorgeous ocean. Tom was quick to respond to all of my questions and Norm was always on site and very helpful with island questions. We’ll definitely be returning and I’ve already sent a few friends the information after I’ve told them what an incredible vacation it was. Highly recommend!!

We could not have been happier with this property. The location is simply amazing. Our family of four basically had our own private beach. The beach itself is beautiful with soft white sand, turquoise water and nice waves. Having the pool and hot tub to also relax in was an appreciated bonus. The house is very spacious and stocked with everything you could need. Communications with Tom were great. Norm on site was incredibly helpful and friendly when we had questions. We definitely plan to return!!

Best Value on the island!
We originally booked this property in 2019 for a trip in the summer of 2020. Tom was so gracious to quickly cancel and refund the trip immediately once Covid hit. We rebooked and stayed at Tom's place 6/27-7/6 and it lived up to every expectation. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was well appointed and came stocked with more than a dozen beach towels! Huge plus for our group! When we arrived, the property manager, Norm, met us and told us the microwave was broken, but he replaced it with a new one the very next day! The 10th bed was a mattress pulled out from the guest room closet, but our kids slept in that room and didn't mind! Tom was super responsive, sent us his cell number and immediately called back to answer our questions! Super nice guy! The beach here is beautiful, we rarely saw other people, but it doesn't have the calmest waters on the island! The pool and grounds can't be beat! The landscaping was impeccable and we enjoyed the views from the porch! We loved that we could see the entire pool and watch the kids swim while we cooked dinner! It was fabulous! We drove all over the island and couldn't find another property for the price that came close to comparing! We will definitely be booking here again! Thanks for a wonderful 10 days in paradise!

Amazing property and our favorite vacation to date!!
We had a fantastic stay at this property. Tom was very flexible with us, answered any questions we had prior to arrival, and made sure we were able to connect to the property managers on site. Norm gave us the warmest welcome when we arrived and Tina had beautiful flowers for us waiting as well. The villa is on a beautiful beach and the pool and views are spectacular. The villa is well stocked with towels, beach towels, coolers, and has a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed a few beach/pool days, were out on the water on boats for a few days, and enjoyed other sites and beaches on the island. We were able to make breakfast and lunches in the villa, and enjoyed fantastic meals at the restaurants. Could not have asked for a nicer accommodation where we could all spread out and have space of our own when needed, but at the same time gather to have meals and play games at night. We would 1000% recommend this property to our friends and family, and would love to come stay in this villa again. We loved our vacation and would absolutely return. Thank you Tom and Nan for sharing your wonderful home with us!!!

AMAZING View with a Spacious Room!
We had the most amazing and relaxing time! The views are breathtaking! The condo is well equipped with cooking items, plates, cups, etc. Lots of beach towels which is a bonus! Highly recommend taking an all day excursion of Exuma Cays with Robert’s Island Adventures! It is a must thing to do! The owners are extremely responsive and friendly! You won’t find a better place than this! Thank you so much!!

Best Vacation EVER!!!
Hands down the best vacation our family of 5 has EVER had!!! The location is perfect and the property is even better. The pool is fantastic and the beach is gorgeous. The house has literally everything you need. The beach towels provided saved us a ton of space in our luggage and not having to pack those items. The beds are comfy and there was so much space for our family of 5. This was our 2nd time visiting Exuma and we just can't get enough of it. We pack a large suitcase just for non perishable food because the groceries are more expensive on the island. I would recommend bringing a bag to carry towels, sunscreen and other items if you plan on leaving the house for any day trips. The mosquitos are terrible everywhere so make sure you bring bug spray. Amazing vacation, can't wait to go back.

Awesome place!
This location at Jimmy Hill Exuma is perfect! The condo is spectacular and just like the pictures. The pool area and grounds are beautiful and well cared for by the property manager. The best part of this place though is the beach! Staying steps from this beautiful beach was heaven on earth for me and my family! We will definitely be back

Absolutely beautiful!
Thank you Tom for providing such a beautiful home. The location is 5 minutes at the most from the airport and the beach could not have been more beautiful. We had everything thing we needed in the condo and just needed to pick up a few groceries at the market. This condo is located at the center location of the complex and we just walk straight out from the patio and in a few feet, at the pool or on the beach.

Paradise!
We have been coming to Exuma for over 15 years and done quite a lot of exploring during that time - from hotel stays, to rentals, even a sailboat excursion. This was one of the best stays we had - the unit is beautiful and clean, the space is open and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were pristine and the location is very convenient. The beach is great for long walks, the unit is set back from the main road, and the view is jaw dropping. The kitchen was well equipped, and bedding and towels were in like new condition - we have nothing bad to say! Most importantly, Tom was awesome to work with, easy to communicate with and made the process so easy and accommodating. We would- and will - recommend this property to anyone without hesitation! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely Beautiful!!!
Our stay was amazing! The house/villa is beautiful, the view was incredible! The location is great! We were a family of 7 and had more than enough room. The house is very well equipped! Kiah an on the grounds worker was the sweetest. We loved EVERTHING about our stay! Would recommend 10/10 (plus). You have everything here…pool, hot tub, amazing views, beautiful beach, well equipped house (even beach towels). We loved every minute!
