This was paradise! The absolute hands down most beautiful, peaceful, clean, coziest most quiet place to stay in Eureka Springs Arkansas

We were very pleased with the cabin at the lake. We were not lakefront but the view was spectacular and it was just what we needed! The hot tub was great in the mornings. We have already talked about renting this property again and including our adult children for a vacation.

Everything was good clean and tidy wish it was closer to water. We all had a really good time.

The cabin was nice, clean and had spacious full kitchen. It has a beautiful view of the lake, which can be enjoyed from an amazing back deck. I might of misread the description when booking but I thought it was a 3 bedroom. But was actually a 2 bedroom with an extra queen size bed in the living room. Which was fine, I was just surprised by it. I would use caution if pulling a boat. We had Crew cab Diesel pulling a 30 ft tri-toon. It was an extremely tight fit in the drive way. Over all we enjoyed the cabin very much.

Wonderful stay in beautiful Eureka Springs. View of the lake is amazing. Comfortable cabin. No real living room area is the only drawback.

This home has a beautiful deck overlooking the lake with a breathtaking view. The hot tub was magical and much needed. We loved how close we were to beaver lake to go swimming, as well as eureka springs!

Had a great 3 night stay. Beautiful location. Exceptionally clean, hot tub was perfect. WiFi was a little spotty and dropped frequently. Definitely would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this cabin! Views from the deck where amazing! Enjoyed all meals on the deck. Very clean and quite. Nice place for families to get away and relax.

Amazing views, clean property, and close to Eureka Springs business districts.

I paid the hot tub fee then couldn't use it. No yard. Cabin is super close to the road. The queen bed in in the living room and the other beds are down stairs. Just to much trouble having privacy with the bed in the living space.

From booking to completing our stay, Jack was very accommodating. The house, property and lake views were even better than expected! The photos on the add don’t do the property justice. It’s more amazing in person!
Thanks for everything Jack😃

Wonderful cabin with postcard views. Many miles down winding roads from eureka springs. Excellent place if you want to relax and get away from it all. Bring your own toiletries. Hosts are very nice.

Gorgeous property with an amazing view of the lake. When my dad walked in he was complimenting me on choosing such a wonderful place. It's pretty much out in the middle of nowhere so if you're looking to get away from hustle and bustle, it's perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We decided last minute to get away for our anniversary. We found and booked last minute, we weren’t expecting much. Before we arrived the host called and was extremely friendly. He gave us instructions on how to check in and offered us to contact him if we had any questions. We arrived at the property it was clean and very welcoming. The hot tub was top of the line and very relaxing. The kitchen was nicely upgraded and the bed was comfortable. The view was to die for!! The host left information on places to eat and brochures on things to do.
We will definitely be back next time we will be bring the whole family!! Thank you for an anniversary we will never forget!!

The property was extremely clean and the rental and checkin process was easy. The cabin had everything that we needed (could use a new coffee pot ) The weather turned out to be freezing however we enjoyed our time looking out the window at the incredible views, visiting town which is about 20 minutes away, and hiking. The hot-tub malfunctioned but the owner worked on it all day even though it was freezing outside despite our objections. She fixed it! But it didn’t heat in time for us to use it. The outdoor area is beautiful and would be nice to use in warmer weather. The cabin would easily sleep 7. Despite it being just the two of us we slept downstairs. It was quieter. The cabin sits very close to the street and you could hear some street traffic upstairs. We enjoyed all the deer and the spectacular view. Beautiful part of the state. Make sure to drive down to the damn and look at the river.

This is a great time of the year to stay on Beaver Lake, the lake scenery driving on Mundell road not to mention the views from this Cozy Cabin are fabulous! If I get a chance, I’ll be back!

Beautiful location. Great views from the deck and the house. Extremely helpful host. Hot tub and fire pit are a plus. Close enough to Eureka Springs to go in for dinner, lunch etc. We liked not staying in town as the town is great to look at but looking at the lake and the forest was a much better choice.

This property was exactly what we were looking for, for our 1st Annual Girls Reading Retreat! Three of us stayed for two nights. The seating was super comfortable and absolutely perfect for reading the day away - and plenty for the 3 of us! The view was AMAZING! We met some of the local deer families soon after arriving and sitting on the deck and watching them was an added bonus to the trip, along with the wonderful hot tub we used each evening!

It was perfect! A beautiful place to walk the dog, hike, and just hang out. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. The house was very clean when we arrived and we tried to leave it in the same condition when we left. Exactly what we were looking for to relax with a wonderful view.

This property is in "brand new" condition. Everything is super clean and meticulously maintained. The view of the lake is fantastic. We will definitely be back. It is clear that this property owner takes pride in this place.

Property as advertised. Quiet, away from town. Beautiful drive to/from property. Enjoyed the back deck every evening as the sun went down and in the mornings as well. Would stay here again.

Check in process was clear and concise. Jack was very friendly and helpful with suggestions as to where to eat and what to see. The cabin was cute and tidy and the deck and view was killer. Beds were great. We slept well every night. We had a couple of maintenance issues that the owners were Johnny on the spot to rectify (broken microwave and burned out light bulbs). There was a little mouse problem that owners were quick to address as well. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice house well kept and clean.
1st complaint is the tvs downstairs didn't work .
2nd complaint the coffeemaker required a trip to town to get white vinegar to clean the unit.
3rd we never used the hottub .

We enjoyed our stay so much. Jack is a wonderful host….great communicator and had everything we could possibly need. The view is incredible, the inside is so cozy and the distance from town was perfect. Wildlife, lakefront beauty, all the things needed for a peaceful getaway!! We will be back!!!

This place is much larger than it looks when you drive up. It has a great view, all the amenities you expect and the host was provided a great suggestion when boating on the lake.

The veiw was amaizing. Jack was very friendly and easy to reach.
Jasper (our dog) had a great time chasing leaves on the back deck. It was a very, very hot week, so we were not able to get out a whole lot, but it was very relaxing just staying in and enjoying our view.

We had a wonderful experience. Jack was so helpful. Some of our friends weren’t able to make it at the last minute and he refunded the money. The place was amazingly beautiful. It was clean everything that we needed was there to cook with. The Jacuzzi was out of this world Little to say we hope to book with them again someday.

Mr. Cross was very helpful in initially communicating with me and my daughter in law as I don't do stairs well. The home is built on the side of a mountain with a great view of the lake below which makes for a great place for your first cup of coffee in the morning. Since it is built on the side of the mountain, it has two levels with a bedroom/living area, the kitchen and a full bath on the top level along with the wonderful patio. The lower level has two bedrooms and the stairs are steep so I never ventured down there personally but my son and DIL said the accomodations were clean and bed slept very comfortably. I did use the outdoor stairs to go down to soak in the hot tub under the stars and it was very enjoyable for all of us. Again, the owners are very helpful they had all the essentials to help enjoy the cabin and area.
