Cette maison a été dans ma famille depuis de nombreuses années et est maintenant disponible à la location tous les soirs, hebdomadaire et mensuelle! Il est dans la belle ville de Silverton, Colorado. Si vous êtes un skieur extrême / snowboarder, Silverton Mountain est votre prochain arrêt! Si vous êtes un randonneur, profiter de la montagne autour de cette charmante petite ville! Si vous êtes un coureur de OHV, nous sommes situés sur la route des OHV! Vous pouvez monter votre rasoir, les motos, 4-roues et motoneiges droit de la maison! Vraiment il ya quelque chose pour tout le monde ici!
Cette maison à deux niveaux a tout ce dont vous avez besoin! Il est un endroit idéal pour venir en famille ou entre amis pour de grands moments et de souvenirs. Le premier étage a 1 chambre à coucher, salle de bain complète avec une baignoire Old fashion Griffe-pied, cuisine complète, salle à manger et salon. A l'étage 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et vue sur les montagnes de chaque pièce.
La cour est grande, belle herbe verte et clôturé pour votre vie privée, enfants, animaux de compagnie. Il est un pique-nique table chaises et un barbecue pour barbecue en plein air de. Fers à cheval et une allée complète pour vos jouets de plein air !!!

Very well set up with plenty of room and beds. Very cute house and yard. We were in town for daughters wedding, and it was perfect for us and those staying with us. Property owners super easy to communicate with and were so accommodating.

Enjoyed it
Not sure if they’ve changed the posting yet or not but you can no longer drive your side x sides in Silverton. That makes staying in Silverton a little less convenient if trail riding is your reason for visiting. However, that in no way made the stay in the house less enjoyable. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for 10 people. Had a great time!

Really Loved it
Really really Loved and enjoy our stay . But could use a DVD or something in master bedroom couldn't watch TV and the spa tub in the master bedroom didn't work also when given the address they need to say Blair St not Empire St . Empire St does not show up on the GPS Blair St show up . Thank U ! Other then that Really Really Loved my time there wish I could've stayed a little longer there .

This was the perfect house to gather in with my family , plenty of room for all of us.
Overall we would definitely stay here again! The old charm and history in this home added to the experience in staying in this perfect town surrounded by mountains. Walking for coffee in the mornings at the local coffee shop and dinner in the evening was a bonus!

Great Experience
Beautiful old house. Amply stocked. Within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. Large fenced in yard was big enough for 3 trailers and utv's and still room to sit out in the afternoons.

Awesome place on OHV route in Silverton (home away from home)
We love this place! This is our 4th time we have stayed here. Huge fenced in yard, new bbq, on OHV route can ride out form the house. Walk to all stores, restaurants, etc.

Great House & Location
The house is great, authentic for it's time and quaint. It was very clean and comfortable for our stay. Right on the OHV route so we unloaded our UTVs when we arrived & our trucks stayed parked for the week. We were able to head straight to/from the amazing trails around Silverton every day.
As a side note, it could use a few fixes - mattress upstairs bedroom (w/twin beds) sinks alot on one side, add a shower extension to faucet & a circular curtain to bath downstairs so it's not just a tub (thankfully my aunt enjoys a bath so she stayed downstairs), finish the sheetrock/plaster work on the ceiling in that bath.

Great place that is close to everything.
This is a great place for riding. Close to the trails and shops and restaurants. However, the yard needs some work. Lots of tall weeds and trash in the yard.

OHV route location
While it was listed to be on the OHV route the reality of what that means hit as ATVs constantly went loudly up and down the road as we settled in. They also park their rigs in front of your house and unload their OHV and leave the trailer there for the day. The house itself is very dated and much in need of updating. For the price the house was not worth the high dollar. The number of things that need fixed or remodeled are many. The dripping shower, half of the master with bare walls the other half with wallpaper. The list goes on. All that said, there is an old miner town charm to the old house. Nice wood floors in the front and nice woodwork in those rooms as well. The carpets need cleaning in the rest of the house. Basically the house would be alright for half the price they charge. We enjoyed Silverton as we always do, we just expected a nicer house for the cost.

Perfect location
The house is located in a perfect spot for riding the Alpine Loop. It is Within walking distance of restaurants and shops in town. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, and nice gas stove for cooking. It was great to have a washer and dryer too.

Powder House is great and on OHV route
This is our 4th time staying at the Powder House. It’s on the OHV Trail. It’s a great large home with a huge back yard. It’s great for families, groups of friends or even couples who want more space. It’s been our home away from home in Silverton. The owners are wonderful and very accommodating.
