Clean and comfortable

On outer edge of town vs being in town.

Although the building is older, the room was very clean and smelled fresh (many older buildings have an unpleasant "old" smell). It was a spacious room, with a table and two chairs. The bathroom was the largest of any lodging we'd stayed in on this road trip. We also enjoyed having two chairs and small table outside on the upper deck to sit on in the evening. We appreciated that the owner permitted us to make a last-minute change to our reservation without a fee. We found that to be very thoughtful. It meant a lot to us.

Due to the size of the bathroom, it could easily have a small table inside it in order to set things on since there is very little counter space around the sink.

Key entrance is by a touchpad lock. They sent me the combination in advance, so all I had to do was enter it and I was in. I did no check-in. Note: the door does not lock itself! I liked the refrigerator with a good freezer on top. He beds had different hardness, so I had choice.

No hair dryer or iron. The soap holder in the shower holds water, so the soap is gooey the next day (Enlarge the drain holes, please).

Easy, fast check-in and check out. Spacious, quite with necessary facilities.
