Première maison depuis la promenade avec plus de 400 pieds carrés de terrasse privée face à l'océan. Asseyez-vous avec vue sur le surf de sable et les couchers de soleil spectaculaires. Endormez-vous et réveillez-vous au son des vagues. 5 couchages, plus il y a un canapé-lit queen size en mousse à mémoire dans le salon. La chambre principale à l'étage a un lit Queen et des portes françaises qui s'ouvrent sur un patio ensoleillé spacieux et délicieux. Le patio est très privé et protégé avec une vue panoramique sur l'océan. Il est agréable de s'asseoir là-bas pour le café du matin, les bains de soleil et les soirées privés avec les sons relaxants du surf. Chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec lit double + lit double. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, y compris la cafetière et le mélangeur essentiels. Vue sur l'océan à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Vous avez un barbecue au propane de bonne taille sur le pont avant.
La salle de bain a une baignoire à griffes romantique pour une soirée relaxante + une douche séparée.
Le garage attaché à une voiture s'ouvre manuellement et convient à la plupart des voitures et VUS. Cuisine, fenêtres et revêtements de sol neufs partout.

Également situé en face de l'hôtel Catamaran sur la baie de Mission Beach qui propose toutes sortes de locations de sports nautiques et le plus fabuleux brunch du dimanche sur la plage. We loved our stay here. Perfect location with a huge deck to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The private balcony off the second floor bedroom was amazing. We would definitely stay again

Cindy was terrific to work with. This property is located right on the beach. If you plan to stay here, it is important to know that the property could use a great deal of TLC. But again, Cindy was very responsive and very easy to work with.

Wonderful house with amazing views of the ocean. Nothing better than coffee on the front porch watching the waves. Even saw dolphins from the house one morning. Close to restaurants and activities.

What a cute cottage! This was the perfect location at Mission Beach for our getaway. The location was ideal, just steps away from the boardwalk and sand. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

We had a very nice week at this location. If you like the idea of staying at one of the original beach cottages (many have been torn down and replaced with multi units) with a vintage feel, you will enjoy this location. The two outdoor spaces where both very nice.
There are some things that need updating including the upstairs mattress and the shower drain is very slow to empty.
All in all a great location.

Close to the beach
The property was great. The location was next to lifeguard tower 22. Which you should know that you can’t boogie board there. You will need to walk to station 21 which isn’t that far.
Bring Tupperware or storage containers for left over food. Ice packs if you bring a cooler to the beach. There were Plenty of blankets and pillows. The patio was very accommodating with plenty of chairs and a table to eat outside. Kitchen had a drip coffee maker and filters. Plenty of dishes both plastic and ceramic. Had a toaster and blender as well. Pantry space was limited if you want to bring a lot of food. One bathroom was hard at times with 4 adults and 2 kids but we made it work. Boogie boards and sand toys in the garage.
The upstairs bedroom was awesome because it had its own private patio but also got hot at times.
I would stay here again. The owner Cindy was amazing and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

So happy that there are still charming and cozy beach cottages available. The ones being replaced by mega modern boxes are lost gems! All of the special touches in decor so appreciated... everywhere...even in garage...framed pictures and origami! Our very favorite place we have stayed so far, since son and daughter in law moved to SD 2 years ago. Thank you!

We absolutely loved the close proximity to the beach and upstairs balcony/patio that was protected from the coastal winds and had ~all~ the sun. The house itself is really adorable and the perfect size for my husband and three-year-old son. We would absolutely stay here again!

What an amazing weekend in April [six girlfriends for 3 nights to celebrate a birthday]. The location is perfect: we were the penultimate house before the strand, so we had a great view of the beach but we're not facing the strand (avoided the awkward onlookers] and were protected from the wind. We went out to dinner once [lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance) and took turns cooking meals the rest of the vacation. You might want to be prepared for cooking on an electric stove (I prefer gas) and, if you need cofee, bring coffee grounds (no Keurig). Our host Cindy was wonderful, just a phone call away when we needed help. THANKS CINDY 💋💗💞 Parking: while the 1 car garage is only 15 x 10, I was able to park my Toyota Rav4 and close the garage door. We arrived mid-day on Friday and found street parking for our 2nd car on Strandway road and did not move it all weekend. The cottage was stocked: plenty of bedding, blankets, pots, pans, plates, cups, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. Thanks for leaving extra toilet paper too 💕💕 WE LOVED IT and definitely will come back!

Highly recommend! Steps from Mission Beach, Cindy’s house was perfect for our family of four. The kids had their own room on the main floor, and the parents had a nice room upstairs with a walk-out veranda to hang out in the evening.

What a wonderful little original beach house tucked in among newer construction that does not come close to the charm of this little house! It has an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean! Wonderful locally owned restaurants are within a couple blocks. It’s close to downtown as well as close to the airport. We loved it. The owner was extremely nice and very accommodating. Very charming beach cottage in a fantastic location. Met all of our needs.

I couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect, charming, well-appointed house! Every book and cranny is decorated beautifully. The space is so airy and relaxing.
I loved having coffee at the kitchen table while watching the waves. Seeing the sunset right out the door was glorious!
The patio just off the bedroom upstairs is a reader’s paradise. There is a massive geranium plant that’s gorgeous!
We didn’t want for anything whatsoever. Easy to find, easy to find essentials. The owner responds immediately to questions and has thought of everything.
I cannot wait to return again and again!
