Nice little apartment in a convenient location

Very convenient location, close to the cathedral, the city and the main train station

- It was unbearably hot inside and there is no air conditioning or fans in the flat. The only way to get some air is to open the big window which is about a metre above ground facing a road. People walking by can step over the window and get inside the flat, literally. - The bed was very small and not comfortable. - There is no window or ventilation in the bedroom, nor the bathroom. - The host was incredibly rude and showed no attempt to help me when I had a problem with checking in. I booked the flat and prepaid the full price in advance, but 4 hours before checking in I received a message that I need to go to a 3rd portal and pay a deposit of €400. The message in the link did not work. I sent the host a message saying that I can’t access the link and that I am already in front of the door, which is on a road with a narrow footpath and cars driving behind me, with several suitcases, and that I need to get inside. It took me over an hour to get the response with a functional link, then I had to fix the deposit, and only then did I receive the code that allowed me to get inside the flat. A total of about 90 minutes me standing on the road, not being able to even use the bathroom in a flat I paid for. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place, the great location is not worth the conditions.

Apartment bedroom didn't have a window. But overall the apartment was sufficient for two or three nights.

Impeccably clean apartment on the ground floor in a brilliant location in Reims - a short walk to restaurants but not noisy at night. The perfect stopover for us (couple with young baby). The apartment is small but perfectly formed and the communication with the hosts was great, easy check in etc.

It was very nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well equipped for cups, coffee machine and other goods. Hotel wifi connection is also stable, enough strong to search for restaurants and so on on the Internet. The location is good, close to the main tourist points such as cathedral, winery and old town.

Particularly liked the location and great communication with host. Flat has great facilities and in a good place - hot when we were there but there is a bigger fan tower provided. Thank you for a nice stay!
