Great little house in a central location. The house was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a family such as a washing machine, dryer, a stove and a microwave. The location was prefect and the enclosed parking is a plus.

Just some minor repairs that needed to be done, but nothing that got in the way of enjoying the stay. dining room chairs seemed to be too low for the table height.

this was a great property, both the location and the home itself. it had a fresh clean smell as soon as you walked in the door, and was clearly very thoroughly cleaned! it is walking distant from Hollywood boulevard and only a short drive from paramount studios.

not much to complain about at all. parking was kind of difficult with the other car in the small parking space, but we also were informed that we could park parallel to the house rather than under the covering, which would have made parking much easier. 10/10 recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

the flat is centrally located and has all the amenities you could wish for. it was perfect for our family stay in LA. perfect with private & free off road parking. having good working airconditioning was also great.

The kitchen and master bedroom and bath were really nice! The towels and bedding were good, and the kitchen had all the dishes, cups, wine glasses and conveniences that we needed. There was a big dining room table. The owner even left us coffee and chocolates. The house was in a busy area, which I liked, but the tall locking fence for the driveway (which opened with a garage door opener) and entry (a smaller gate with an electronic door lock) and high shrubbery made it feel safe and private. All the doors and entries used electronic door locks which were actually simple to use, and the owner gave us the codes the day before. It was pretty quiet, and the wifi worked (the owner supplied the password). The location was pretty close to the event we were attending downtown, and there was a nearby deli. Uber drivers had no trouble finding it.

We thought the place was really nice but had a few comments. The second bedroom and bath were much less nice than the master. The closet in the 2d bedroom was full of stuff so I couldn't hang up my clothes, and there was no place for my suitcase. I either couldn't figure out how to turn on the overhead lights in the 2d bedroom or they didn't work. There was no place to put any stuff (e.g., make up, make up bag, moisturizers, etc.) in the 2d bathroom. I was traveling with my elderly mother, and she mentioned that the shower in the master bathroom needed a handrail. She ended up using the 2d bathroom because the tub was easier to get into and had a level bottom. She also had a little trouble getting through the gate because the door was hard to push open and didn't open all the way. The TV was kind of hard to watch when sitting on the sofa and chairs. We couldn't find a cork screw, but didn't look too much harder after we figured out that our wine bottle had a twist-off cap. It would have been nice to know where to buy a few groceries.

Pocket-sized remodeled 1920’s bungalow with excellent, efficient use of space. Modern kitchen with all the accoutrements, convenient on-site parking, two full baths and good space for family meals and board games. Conveniently located for all LA adventures.

Location is fantastic for parking your car and exploring Hollywood by foot. Off street and gated parking is great (but compact). Accommodations aren't fancy, but get the job done!

Off street parking area is very tight and the entrance gate is difficult to close. Check in time was listed as both 3pm and 4pm. Not stated in listing that off street parking is only available for one car until day before check in, that said owner was able to accommodate 2 cars for our stay.

Thank you so much Eddy for the accommodation! We had a great time and were close enough to everything that we needed. Grocery store is just a short walk away and there's a cute little convenience store right next door on the corner.

Honestly, the bathtub was amazing in the main bedroom but it is a little difficult to get out of when its slippery. Other than that, the house is perfectly quaint. We did have a little trouble pulling the car out of the car port so we parked diagonally into both spots. The gate is a little tight and be sure to back out slow onto the main street. Would probably advise to back the car into the garage to make exiting easier.

The best equipped flat we stayed in USA. We could live there without missing anything! The location is great for Hollywood and Beverly Hills and the house is very confortable and modern. Eddie is a great host and was very helpful all the time.
