L'un des 2 appartements qui perchent au-dessus d'une maison de 1902 au cœur du quartier historique du boulevard.
Une chambre avec lit queen size et TV / salon avec futon qui se replie pour accueillir 2 adultes. Une cuisine urbaine complète s'ouvre sur le salon. Télévision par câble et Wifi fournis. Parking gratuit en bordure de rue sur une rue large. Entrée privée, escalier couvert.
Des trottoirs bordent le quartier, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville, Bottleworks sur Prince Avenue, Normaltown et Sanford Stadium.
Ma famille et moi vivons en dessous de l'appartement. Nous supposons que vous souhaitez votre vie privée, mais nous sommes également très heureux de vous aider avec des conseils et des instructions.
Une partie de la prime qui vous attend à pied ou à très court trajet: café Thousand Faces et Jittery Joe's Roasters, White Tiger BBQ et Heirloom cafe, Normaltown (avec Automatic Pizza, Agua Linda, Normal Bar, Hi-Lo, Old Pal, Ike et Jane's cafe, et Marti's at Midday) et Bottleworks on Prince (avec SeaBear Oyster Bar, Taqueria Del Sol, Hendershot's Coffee & Bar, Siri Thai et Viva Argentine Cuisine). There were so many extras at this rental. We had snacks. They provided shampoo and body wash. The owner was amazing very attentive. It was overall a wonderful stay.

This was our second time staying at Cardinals Roost VirginIa Apartment. It’s perfect for our needs and I love the location. Very cute and comfortable place-we much prefer staying here rather than a hotel!

Beautiful apartment in a quaint historic district - very comfortable and clean. Plenty of options for coffee, food, shopping within walking distance or a quick Uber ride. Excellent access to downtown. Hosts were wonderful. Excellent communication and responded quickly to questions.

Property owner is gracious and wants you to enjoy your stay. However, the property is probably more suitable for students or younger folks. It is clean but dated and very small. If you are accustomed to certain standards as far as comfort, quality, and convenience you might be disappointed. In addition, there is 20 steps up to deal with so if you’ve had knee issues beware.

My husband and I were in town for a Georgia game and really enjoyed our stay at the Cardinal Roost. The host communicated clearly and the place was perfect. Also within walking distance to several Athens favorites. Will definitely stay again when in town!

Location is amazing. Space is perfect for two people. Everything about the stay was easy. Quiet neighborhood. Apartment was well equipped. Host is easy to communicate with. He has everything you need written in a book which was very helpful. (TV, heating, air conditioning controls. Clear check out instructions, where to eat, things to do) Highly recommend. Made a chaotic out of state parents UGA graduation a lot easier. ❤️🖤

The location is perfect for walking into downtown Athens, and I felt perfectly safe doing so. The neighborhood and home are beautiful. The property had everything I could possibly need and was comfortable. The host provided great reference material on the town which insured I could find the best restaurants and places to visit. Perfect stay in Normaltown!
I can only say that I truly enjoyed my stay at the property. It was perfect. Comfortably outfitted, simplicity for one guest in the heart of an amazing neighborhood! My hots were kind and genuinely happy for my visit at their home and their other tenant was just a nice. I highly recommend their rental to anyone who’s wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but be.a stones throw away!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cardinals Roost. The neighborhood was beautiful, so many friendly people, and so close to restaurants. Our host Jason was very helpful, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
