Muy buena ubicación y bien equipado. Todo muy limpio

Helpful Imeda staff on the telephone. Good and complete equipment. Easy access to the ski lift.
No access to the appartment box to store the skis after skiing. Appartment had a close door to the neighbourhood appartment without any noise isolation, so we lived with a lot of noise from the neighbour families, especially from small children.

Convenience, price and parking space
Super cramped up parking space access (for an SUV), old and noisy fridge, some lack of cutlery

The location of the property was excellent and the apartment was clean. It was also close to a supermarket and a reasonable restaurant and about ten minutes walk to the centre of the town. Parking was a main selling point for us as well.
Access to the property was a bit of a nightmare when we first arrived. Access to the garage was not obvious. For anyone booking this, you go past the main entrance and immediately take a sharp left to go down a ramp. You must use a key to open the door of the garage using a lock located at the top of the ramp. Parking itself is extremely tight and you would have difficulty if you met another vehicle going in the opposite direction. The TV did not work in the apartment and the remote battery was held in place with tape. The swimming pool is closed from April - December and although it says this in the information, it is not clear so if you want a pool this is not the accommodation for you. Glasses and mugs were very mismatched and there wasn't even one wine glass! Seats were shabby, broken and some had cigarette burns on them. The sofa was easily the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on. Bedrooms were very small and the double bed was against a wall so could only be accessed by one side. There was no kettle or coffee machine despite this being listed on the facilities. The key issue was that this felt like budget, student accommodation at premium prices.

the room size was ok
the chairs in the living room were terribly cheap and unconfortable. The bed in the main room was actually a bunk-bed without much headspace, not confortable and that was not what was shown in the photos

Great location, close to the Parador pedestrian chair lift. Black out blinds.
Plenty of hot water.
No ice box.
No kettle.

Location. Parking space. WiFi. Cooking appliances and fridge.
The apartment building smelled really bad.
The apartment was super hot, even after turning off all heaters. We thought there were some hidden heaters somewhere.
The mattresses were too soft. The beds had plastic guards which, coupled with a super hot house, led to bed sheets becoming wet with sweat. It could barely sleep because of this.
We skied during the day and when we arrived the apartment, we wanted to dry our clothes. The apartment had a dehumidifier but it didn't work properly as it didn't remove any water from the air.

good apartment for 4 people, very functional. relatively close to everywhere you want to be close to on a ski trip.
communication could have been better, i was first told i could arrive after 21, then i was told it wasn't possible, until i came up with a solution myself, and then it was possible again.. Also pictures had 2 bedrooms (1 bunk bed, 1 with double). In the end this isn't what we got, we were two couples and the privacy of each having their own room would've been nice. Instead, we got 1 bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. None of these were deal breakers, the apartment was still great value for money. we got <50per night per person, pretty good for a ski trip.

I liked the fully equipped kitchen and extra bedding available for the couch.
We had to pick up the keys at a location far from the apartment and having to pay for extra parking. There was no directions of how to enter the garage, there was a separate key for the garage door as well as the parking space, the apartment front door and the room door, not too much of a hassle. The apartment was comfortable and had all the things we needed, but had a very heavy musty smell and had to leave the windows open when we were gone. Additional to this we booked to use the spa and were told there was sauna. When we go to enter we were told we had to spend additional money for a swim cap and only were allowed to stay in the spa for 1 hour including only 15 minutes max in the hot tub and the sauna wasn't accessible (out of service). None of this we were told and it was disappointing. There was a confusion with where to leave the keys and was charged with an late checkout fee despite not being contacted as the person who booked the room. The listing shows that there is rentals on site, but in reality you have to walk down (or take the lift) 10 minutes and 3 flights of steep stairs to reach the shop for rentals. Lots of miscommunication on their part but we enjoyed the trip overall.
