Stayed here with my adult family - we mostly stayed in the house and hung out but also enjoyed walking around the area and skied one day at Schweitzer. We love it! Comfortably hosted 11 of us with extra space. Hope to be able to return in the summer sometime. Thank Jordan!

The house was perfect for our family. Layout allowed for privacy while having 11 people at the house. Property was awesome! Very quite and peaceful, with the most spectacular views. We were able to spot lots of wildlife and having the private beach and dock was fantastic. Owner was friendly with great communication. I would definitely stay again.

Despite some smoky weather in the area, we had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful and the view can’t be beat. We can’t wait to come back!

Jordan is a wonderful host! The house has an amazing view of the lake and an awesome deck for dinner and sunset watching. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of bedrooms for a large family. The dock is very nice and the house comes with paddle boards. The house is about 25 min from downtown Sandpoint and makes for a wonderful rural Idaho getaway!

Family enjoyed all the area had to offer, fun on lake with kayaking, pontoon boat and jetski, float trip on Kootenai River and day at Silverwood Park, and bike riding and horseback ride on Schweitzer Mt...

The new deck is outstanding and where we literally spent all our time when at the house. Close to great grocery in Ponderay so didn't have to go into Sandpoint for that. Huge kitchen a plus.

We loved the beautiful, unique house and gorgeous views. It was a restful retreat for our whole family. Thoughtful and responsive communication with Jordan. Highly recommend this treasure of a home.

This property was fantastic for our group, we loved the remote feel of the place. The views of the lake are top notch and because of where the property is, it feels like you're alone on the lake! Pretty much only positive things to say. Jordan is a great property manager. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room is comfy. We did not get to take advantage of the private beach but that would be nice in the summer. Overall would stay here again in a heart beat. The only disclaimer is that in the winter time, the road up to the cabin can get icy, so it's definitely recommended that you have a 4WD. We had one car that did not and it made it without problems, BUT it could be sketchy so be careful. Jordan was super helpful in prepping us, so we knew what to expect. It wouldnt be an issue in the summer, but wintertime just be careful with the drive at the end! You'll be glad once you reach the house :)

We loved our stay in Sandpoint! Jordan was great to work with. The roads were snowy and icy when we arrived and he worked quickly to get a sand truck to make the driveway safer. The house is beautiful! The views of Lake Pend Oreille are amazing. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms had essentials and the kitchen was very well stocked. We traveled with ages 75-14. We all enjoyed the ping pong table! I took the path to the lake a couple of times and stopped by the little library on the way. Do not hesitate to book with Jordan.

We loved this wintery lake house stay and were delighted to have snow for Christmas. The house held our big group well and provided ample space to spread out. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. The views can’t be beat and we enjoyed walking down to the lake (or sledding down as the snow allowed). Jordan was a great communicator and was helpful for our random questions. This is a special home!

This property was perfectly set up for our party of 8 (4 adults, 4 children). Plenty of space for everyone and the entry area was ideal for hanging up all that winter gear. Very well-stocked kitchen - I could have left my immersion blender at home instead of dragging it with :) The view of the lake was spectacular. Jordan could not have been any easier to communicate with.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to take your family or friends, this is it! The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, bakeware, and cookware. The dishwasher works well. The washing machine and dryer are practically new. The family room has a nice TV. It even has a corner stocked with games to play. My adult children with their significant others all had their own bedrooms (8 people total). We loved how cozy the house felt. Jason even had fresh flowers on the counter! We took walks every day. Thank you, Jason, for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely return.

This home had everything we needed to host our small group. Spectacular views, excellent communication with the host, and the house was very clean.

Property was just what we wanted. It was equipped with everything we needed. There where 11 older people from some place other than Idaho and everyone enjoyed the place, the beach and toys, and the area. I was the host for the event and was very pleased with my choice.

We had a great family reunion at the Sunnyside House! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room to visit and play games. The view is gorgeous and the best part was the well appointed lakeside dock! Highly recommend it!

We want to stay forever! Our stay was perfect. The house fit all 15 of us wonderfully and all our needs were met and more. The week started out with pure joy at the dock with the clean, gorgeous lake. The private beach access with all of the fun lake toys could not have been more perfect. We loved cooking and being a family in the fantastic kitchen/family room. Sitting outside enjoying the view could not have been better morning or night! Everything that was great about the property and was topped off with an amazing host who was incredibly welcoming and available whenever we needed him, which was not often.

Wonderful house for our large family group. Had planned the vacation for 2020 and you know how that worked out. Jordan was great to work with and we rescheduled for 2021. The house worked out well for all, the lake is absolutely beautiful and everything was there for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything else.

What a great place. The house was beautiful and the lake area fantastic with Great Lake toys. Jordan was so helpful and accommodating. The pack River’s lunch was brilliant. This house has 3 floors and is even nicer than the pictures. There were 15 of us ranging from 3 months -61 and so much space. Dinner on the deck was a dream. Loved the welcome bottle of wine as well. It was so good. Would highly recommend staying here. If I could rate it higher I would. We even saw a beautiful bald Eagle and a moose. Thank you Jordan.

We spent a lovey week with a 3 generation family. The private dock is loaded with fun lake toys and we used them all! It was a heat wave but Jordan thought of extra fans and coolers so that wasn’t much of an issue - plus the lake was warm!

Jordon was one of the best hosts I have experienced with many VBRO stays. He is an excellent communicator and took care of ALL our family needs. He truly wanted you to enjoy his large beautiful home ( we had 16 people) and it was very comfortable. We talked before the trip and during and he went out of his way to deliver anything we required. I would never hesitate to return to the area with all it’s activities and would certainly stay in Jordan's home again. Could not have been any better even at 100 degrees in Idaho. John Riley

Very nice property, really enjoyed our stay here.

Originally we had planned to to have about 15 of us but only 12 of us could make it. There was plenty of space in the whole house & each floor has its own character. The kitchen was well stacked with more than adequate crockery. The boathouse was a real surprise with 3 kayaks and some fishing lines. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spent two nights at this great property. Northern Idaho is beautiful. This property on Lake Pend Oreille is wonderful. Plenty of space for all of us to have our own space. The owner kindly had a bottle of wine waiting on us when we checked in. The home is well appointed. The beds are comfortable and plentiful. A short walk down the hill to the private beach was great. My family enjoyed the kayaks and knee boards in the beautiful lake. We were about 20 min to town for grocery store, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is the perfect spot to get away from it all. Sitting on the porch in the mornings, drinking coffee and listening to the birds all with a spectacular view of the lake can’t be beat. The house was clean and well stocked. None of us wanted to leave!

Great place to stay! We all enjoyed ourselves. If you can. go on the deck about 2am and stargaze....it was absolutely amazing! We hit a really warm day and used the beach area/canoe. That was lot's of fun! Really clean area...it's a bit of a hike, but worth the walk/ride. Plenty of chairs. With covid....we ate in most of the time. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a really nice meal. The grill worked great. Nice and well seasoned! We stopped in Bluebird Bakery. They have really great croissants and other pastries. The internet worked fine for us, no issues. Bed's were comfy, plenty of pillows and good sheets. We had a great time! Thanks Jordan!

Jordan’s place is a dream. Open, spacious living with a view to die for. We spent a week here and only left the house for walks or to play in the snow. Jordan is a consummate host. So many thoughtful details to name. The mattresses were super comfy, high thread count linens, a gorgeous kitchen to cook in...the list goes on and on. He even made a bon fire for us one night since he happened to be in town while we were there. We really enjoyed getting to know him. His place is 5 star lodging at its best. It’s worthy of repeat visits!

We so enjoyed our family weekend at Jordan's property! We were celebrating my mother in laws 60th birthday, and it was the perfect place to gather with all of my husband's family for the occasion. We had 4 families with 8 adults and 5 small children, and there was plenty of room for all of the adults to have their own room, and a great bunk room and another room with two beds for all of the kids. Plus, every family had their own bathroom! The main floor with its huge kitchen, large mud room, living room, and dining room was so perfect for congregating together. The upstairs family room and play loft were great for the kids to spread out and play or watch cartoons. The views from the lake side of the house out of all of the gorgeous big windows were wonderful, as was the deck off the main floor. The beach area was a short walk/hike away. We thoroughly enjoyed Bumpy's Library along the path! All of the beach area amenities provided were wonderful, and the weather even got nice enough for us to pull out the kayaks and do some lake time with the kids. The provided life jackets were much appreciated as well! All in all, we had an amazing family weekend at this great Pond Oreille lake property! We would definitely consider renting again from Jordan!
