Oceanfront Condo - Beautiful Setting For a Memorable Vacation
Une image vaut mille mots, alors imaginez votre famille en vacances sur le balcon de votre condo face à l'océan en prenant son petit-déjeuner tout en regardant le soleil se lever sur l'océan. Profitez de la brise fraîche de l'océan et des vues dégagées en vous détendant de la plate-forme surélevée sur le balcon. Nagez dans la piscine ou promenez-vous le long des plages immaculées au sein du complexe exclusif Wild Dunes Resort. Ce condo a été entièrement rénové en 2007 et dispose d'une cuisine mise à jour et d'un éclairage encastré partout. La salle de bain principale a une grande douche à l'italienne carrelée avec portes vitrées pour un accès facile et une baignoire carrelée complète supplémentaire pour la deuxième chambre. Depuis mars 2012, les nouveaux propriétaires ont amélioré le condo avec de nouveaux appareils de cuisine, 3 grands téléviseurs à écran plat HD, remplacé les lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre par un lit king-size et ont ajouté un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Pour votre plaisir de divertissement, des plats en porcelaine fine, de l'argenterie et de la verrerie ont été ajoutés pour lui donner cette touche spéciale. Le condo nouvellement décoré et meublé a été créé pour votre confort, dans l'espoir de vous donner un sentiment de maison à la minute où vous ouvrez la porte. Vous ne trouverez pas un endroit plus confortable, relaxant et magnifique pour vos vacances. Pour couronner le tout, nous avons même un petit buggy de plage (wagon) à utiliser pendant votre séjour, ce qui permet aux familles d'obtenir plus facilement tout ce dont elles ont besoin jusqu'à la plage en un seul voyage. We love staying at 303 Summerhouse! Everything is clean and comfortable. We love the two master bedrooms as we travel with adults. We love the outdoor balcony space and spend lots of time out there enjoying the views! One of our favorites places to stay in the Dunes!

The online listing exceeded our expectations. The location is superb, quiet, and relaxing. Just a short walk and your at the beach or the pool. Our family of four had the perfect week wrapping up summer before school started. On a side note, one of my favorite things is that all the light switches were labeled :).

The condo was fantastic and had a very well stocked kitchen with great dishes, pots and pans; as well as, a blender and slow cooker if needed.

The place was very clean and everything was as expected. All bedding and bath towels were provided as well as enough basic essentials such as tp and hand soap to get you started. They had both a small Keurig and traditional coffee maker which was something I hadn’t seen noted in original listing. Good to know if you prefer the ease of Keurig capsules! The deck furniture was a very nice touch. You could see the pool and the beach from this location. The only problem with this area is at the beach-beach chair/umbrella companies come and set up so many extra spots that it can be difficult to find room in the first row along the beach if you aren’t renting from them. There is still plenty of beach space to set up another row behind them but based on how many chairs are not in use, they need to scale it back.

The property was wonderful, but I left a toiletries bag in the master bath and when I called to have it sent to me, no one could locate it. It was left hanging on a towel rack, so obviously, someone cleaning decided to take it for their own. It is too bad that dishonest people are cleaning for you and don't have the decency to take it to lost and found so it could be returned to me. I have a big problem with this

First time’s a charm
This place was fantastic!!! Parking great, pool great, quick walk to the beach, beautiful view from the balcony!! Couldn’t have asked for better! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need making cooking meals and preparing beach snacks a breeze. Kids had a blast on the beach, met plenty of other families and their children…. everybody was so nice……we will definitely be back!! Can I give it 6 stars??? Thank you!!!

This unit in Summerhouse Villas was very nice! Great view from balcony. Nice furniture on balcony. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. This is one of the top three nicest and cleanest condos we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot!! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your beach home with us!

Beautiful condo. You can see the sunrise from the balcony as well as see and hear the ocean. Loved that it's all on one floor. Very well stocked for anything you may need. Owner is very helpful and easy to work with. Easy check in. Can't go wrong staying here.

The condo was exactly as pictured and was super clean. The two king bedrooms with baths would make it perfect for two couples. We had an issue while we were there but the manager and owner were very quick to respond and take care of it as quickly as possible. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo has a great location and is clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are comfy! It's perfect for 2 couples to enjoy some time at the beach!

Perfect Beach Vacation
The condo was perfectly situated, views of the ocean from both bedrooms. It was large and roomy with comfortable furnishings. We were relieved to see the elevator and luggage carts as our last rental was also on the third floor and the stairs became quite a chore.
The beach was large and right on our doorstep, we couldn’t have had a better time!

Relaxing three night stay!
Never have we ever stayed in a cleaner vacation rental! It was stocked with everything we could have needed down to coffee and coffee filters. It was our first fall beach trip and I have to say we truly enjoyed the cooler temperatures. The area is not commercialized so that kept traffic at a pleasant rate but any of that you need or want is a short drive away. The only tip I would like to leave is GPS will lead you to the wrong gate to the community and the gate attendants there were not helpful or happy about that. The correct entrance is just after 45th Street. Our condo was great but the remote to TV in main master is not programmed to the TV could only watch Hallmark channel. Not a big deal just a note for owners. Thanks for the nice accommodations, we would highly recommend and would return.

Isle of Palms Charmer
We spent 3 nights in this beautiful condo with family and it did not disappoint!!! The beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets were spot on and we even witnessed a wedding on the beach while here. We loved the easy access to everything Charleston but also gave us the opportunity to unwind and relax. Enjoyed the atmosphere of a small town feel but still had adequate services. Access to a washer/dryer was fantastic as we were vacationing for a lengthy period of time. You will not want to miss the opportunity to rent this beautiful condo!!!

This is our second stay at this condo and could not have been better! Being away from the super crowded resort area in Wild Dunes is a plus. This was a very private beach and pool area. Beautiful and relaxing thank you!
