Cette maison moderne sur mesure a été achevée en 2018 et est aménagée comme un musée avec près de 40 photographies d'artistes locaux. Chaque photo a une description écrite par l'artiste et offre une expérience vraiment unique pour ceux qui recherchent un séjour de qualité hôtel avec charme. This property is as advertised. Very clean and modern. The neighborhood is well maintained and very quiet. A great location to relax unwind with easy access to Dallas/Fort Worth. Jason is a great host and made checkin easy. I would book again when in the area.

This house was perfect for our needs. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was ideal, and the seating good. We enjoyed the pool table more than I even thought we would. It was perfect for us to have two bedrooms downstairs - ea h with their own bath. I would come back to this quiet house/ neighborhood!!!! The host was so responsive and kind. I really appreciate great communication.

This home was fantastic and ideal for my family. The spacious layout was perfect for kids to play, and the location couldn’t have been better. The host was wonderful and always available when we needed assistance. Home was very clean. The garage comfortably fit our rental car, and we felt very safe in the area. What stood out most was the individual AC units on each level, ensuring the entire home stayed cool. We also enjoyed the photography and the history behind each piece.

The place was amazing and perfectly suited to our needs! We had 12 adults and everything was wonderful! The only reason I gave four stars for the accuracy of the listing is because it initially said there was a hot tub which is why we picked the property. But it turns out there is not a hot tub. Truth be told we probably wouldn't have had much time to use it anyway because we were there for a conference. The host was very responsive and check-in / check-out was super easy!

We had a great time at this house. House was very comfortable and clean and up to date. We came in a for a Dallas Cowboys game, and the location was fantastic. Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood that was close to the stadium and DFW. Jason made everything easy and seamless. Thanks!

A few friends and I visited Dallas for the NFL game. This property was the perfect fit. It is located within ~20 minutes from the airport and AT&T Stadium. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and quiet. The property itself is modern, clean, has ample space, plenty of bathrooms, and a pool table (which is a plus!). Jason, owner/property manager, was responsive and professional. The garage is available to use and is large enough to fit the Grand Wagoneer we rented. I'd definitely visit Dallas again and will look for this property.

My husband and I and our parents stayed at Modern House of Photography for a family getaway. The house was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, which we loved. The house was very nice and well equipped for all of our needs. We had to address some minor issues upon arrival with the host, which he responded to very timely. Overall, we had a great stay.

This property is well located and convenient to many of the attractions in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, especially the sports activities in Arlington. The neighborhood was quite and safe. Good communications with the manager. Nice, clean and safe property. Will use again.

Nice spacious home in a quaint neighborhood. Pool table, Pac-Man arcade, corn holes, and large backyard were a hit with the kids. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and provided the owner with few recommendations to enhance future guests stays.

We had a great time at the property. This is centrally located between Fort Worth and Dallas. It is close to airport, AT&T stadium and baseball fields - along with six flags and a water park. The home was a very comfortable stay. Lots of room to spread out and the pool table was awesome! We needed a place that would work well for baby naps and this provided a lot of entertainment while waiting on naps. Everything was perfect - will stay again when we visit again.

I would recommend this property, (and I have already, as well as have have had several inquiries on vrbo from potential first time users) anytime!! The house was just as advertised. a GREAT property for family! We thoroughly enjoyed it!
The only thing we noticed was that the cleaning crew missed some things, and I believe that was because one renter was leaving the morning we were coming in, so they may have rushed to get the place cleaned, the floors could have been cleaned better, they WERE swept, but some areas were missed.
I would take the time to make sure everything is perfect but it was still a wonderful experience!!

Fun family get away
It was a great home away from home for the week. The home was clean, gave the 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers) plenty of room vs getting a hotel room. We spent the days out doing activities in the area and the evenings playing bags in the backyard, watching tv, or playing board games. The property owner was responsive to messages and great to work with, would stay again if visiting the area.

Wedding Weekend
Family traveled into town for nephews wedding. This house was spacious enough for our large group yet cozy, plenty amenities, beds were like clouds and yard w/ patio swings...WIN!! Ease of access & we felt comfortable like we were at our own home, friendly neighbors welcomed upon arrival. Best part- Jason the host who was very accommodating at our last minute request and his cleaning lady was absolutely beautiful (in&out). Thank you & we look forward to another visit soon.

Relaxing and everything you will need
This home was beautiful. My family and I had everything we needed and some. The large private backyard is a great place for children to play. The swings on the patio will lull you to sleep when there’s a nice breeze. The property provides easy access to Interstate 360 as well as 30. The location is very central to everything in the Metroplex.

Very nice property!
Some of my family and I were in town for my nephews graduation from The Kings University. We were all traveling from different locations, some from Arkansas, Colorado and New Mexico. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was a perfect fit for us. The property manager was very accommodating. The neighborhood was very peaceful. Would definitely recommend to my friends!

This is an amazing property. The management team was very courteous and helpful, quickly responded to our questions. The house was very clean and neat and located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s the perfect place if your looking to get away with family and friends. Plenty of space for our group of 10. We recommend this listing and will book again for our next stay.
