Everything, The Duplex house is stunning and has everything you need to make it a home from home. Rayco the owner was a pleasure do deal with and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is immaculately clean, has a large smart tv with Netflix etc, it has a full kitchen with all brand new appliances, he has even put little things like phone chargers in the bedroom, minor things that make a big difference. The property has a great garden, with plenty seating and a bbq, the swimming pool is only 2 mins walk away. We stayed as a family with 3 kids, aged 18, 14 and 13 and our kids loved the place. The property comes with free underground parking that we took advantage of, The property is up a large hill so would recommend a car but we used a taxi a few times and it's only €4 from the busy Commercial Centre where every type of restaurant, bar and club you can think of is there, There is a Mercadona Supermarket 2 minutes drive away also, all in all its a perfect property, in a perfect location and we will definitely return.
