This was the perfect set up, just 5 minutes from OSU. The home is on a serene, quiet Christmas tree farm. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by our host who was just as welcoming to us as to our dog. The home is clean, cozy, and well appointed. We will be back for sure!

Our daughter is a student at OSU and this property is perfect for our family to visit and reconnect. Great proximity to the school, large enough space for us and our dog and a well appointed kitchen. Dale is a kind and thoughtful host and we have already booked our next stay.

A beautiful property and lovely place to stay! Perfect for our family of four. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and a beautiful view of the tree farm. Plus super close to restaurants, OSU, etc. The property owners love on-site and were so kind. We will absolutely stay again!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The apartment was roomy, bright and clean. We enjoyed the garden views from the living room and dining room! We loved sitting on the patio and taking in the view of the Christmas trees as well as the hills in the distance. We walked the tractor paths through the farm. As a bonus we got to tour Dale’s pottery studio!

The view of the garden from the flat is gorgeous! We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable in this space. It was not an issue for us, but we did notice that there was no oven in the kitchen. We plan to be back!

This is a great property with a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Easy access to all Corvallis has to offer.

The property was well appointed for guests with everything we needed. 2 suggestions: a phone number for the host should be readily available in the guest book. We wanted to call him to say we were leaving early on account of one of us having Covid. We didn't want to knock on his door upstairs because we wanted to not expose him, but we couldn't find a phone number in any of the paperwork online or in the house. Secondly, for those of us sensitive to strong scents, I would suggest using a non fragrance laundry detergent and NO dryer sheets. The smell of the bedding was overpowering. Also it would be good to sweep out the steps leading to the second bedroom which has no windows so that the glass door is the only source of daylight. The steps are the only place on the property that doesn't look inviting. Otherwise it was really fun to explore all the unique ceramics and decorative art inside and out. Thanks so much!

The hosts are incredible and the property is great - scenic and out of the way but easy to get anywhere from there. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. Top notch!

We stayed at this lovely property a total of four nights, the hosts were welcoming and friendly. We were traveling for my sons graduation and needed a quiet place with room for our dogs. The tree farm is lovely and the landscaping around the flat was beautiful to look at and explore. The surrounding neighborhood was also peaceful and quiet. We were traveling in an electric vehicle and were so pleased to find a charger attached to the flat. Lovely stay.

This is a unique and charming property. Beautiful and clean, certainly worth staying in and checking out.

Excellent accomodations and hosts!

We have now stayed at both arbnbs on this property. Both are very homey and welcoming . It's very convenient to OSU and downtown. We'll most likely be back next year for OSUs baseball season. Thank you Dale and Peggy!

Had a quick weekend trip to Oregon State and this was the perfect place to stay. Easy to get to, conveniently located to downtown and the university, beautiful grounds and the property was exactly as described and fit our needs. We'll be visiting again in the summer and hope to stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The space was gorgeous and pristine with plenty of space and lovely views. The hosts were amazing including Luke the big white poodle! We will surely be back :)

From the rows of Christmas trees to the giant oaks, this place has a magical feel to it. Lots of space inside and out. The hosts were kind and thoughtful. They responded quickly to any questions or requests and were happy to work with us to get checked in a few hours early. Location is just a couple minutes from OSU or a couple more to downtown.

We loved our stay in this cozy, charming flat. We felt like we were in the country, but had the conveniences of town just minutes away. The garden is lovely and our dog enjoyed exploring the grounds with our hosts' dog. We will definitely return on our next trip to Corvallis.

A wonderful location, close to OSU but you feel like your in the country. Our dog had the best time romping with Luke the standard poodle that lives there. Super clean and beautiful and comfortable accommodation. Would highly recommend staying there. Hope we can return some day.

Dale & his daughter Audrey were wonderful hosts. It felt like staying with an unobtrusive relative (is that an oxymoron?). The space is on the bottom level of the home which sits on a Christmas tree farm. Dale’s art is sprinkled throughout, with his pottery studio on the property as well. Everything you need for a quick getaway is available, including coffee, WiFi, two bedrooms, a washer & dryer, etc. We’ll definitely be staying here again when visiting DD at OSU.

We stayed at this beautiful tree farm while moving our son into Oregon State. Home was clean and well maintained. We loved all the beautiful pieces of art in the space as well as the beautiful gardens surrounding the home. It is a very creative space with a beautifully crafted patio as well. We had a lovely visit with Dale and toured his ceramics studio. We would stay here again.

Was impressed with the rental. The host Dale was great, gave a tour of the rental and gave a few suggestions for places to eat and was available anytime. Everything in the rental was clean and in good repair. The area was quiet and relaxing. I would rent from Dale again.

Comfortable location, easy access to a 4 mile walk to downtown

If you’re looking for a stay that’s soul infused this is it. The daylight basement is quiet, the hosts warm and welcoming, and the property has an overall artistic flair with gorgeous gardens to look out on. One of the best stays we’ve had.

We stayed in the Contemporary Flat which is located on the bottom floor of Dale & Peggy's home. It is a beautiful unit, fully self-contained, very well-equipped, clean, and pleasant to be in. The views out the windows are of beautifully-kept gardens, and inside there are many art pieces of interest as well as pottery pieces done by Dale himself. The accommodation was quiet, the Donovans were friendly and helpful (yet non-intrusive) hosts, and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Great property with a very attentive property owner. Super location, artsy grounds, and wonderfully quiet. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Corvallis.

Such a nice and interesting property. Has everything you need and you’ll never get bored looking at all of the amazing art both inside and out! Definitely check out the pottery studio. You might give a souvenir.

We had 4 adults and 2 children stay at Dale's place for a weekend. We were all very comfortable. The dining area was nice for family meals and the beds were comfortable. Dale was great to talk with, we just wish we had more time to check out his pottery!
