We had a very relaxing and comfortable 3 day visit at the farm. The location was logistically perfect for us. 6 friends from Pa, Calif, and Oregon all gathered, and we all had a great time. Plenty of beds and 2 bathrooms along with anything that was needed. Highly recommended.

We felt so at home in this peaceful farm house, it was a welcome refuge after long days of work helping our adult child to pack and move her home. Dale and Peggy were so helpful and friendly, Dale even gave us a good tip of where we could get some moving boxes! Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay here again.

A serene location, providing appropriate amenities and an added bonus of artwork collections: with a bonus pottery shed and pieces done by the owner. The overall rating is 4 stars only because of the challenge of scented bedding, which was an issue for one of the guests with allergies. caveat: Not aware if there was a place to indicate that concern when renting the property.

The Donovan Farm House was perfect for our weekend. Will stay here again.

We stayed here while my godson visited OSU. It was a perfect location—very close to the campus but on a very private lot that was quiet and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

We were a family of 5 and stayed for 2 nights. It is an amazingly beautiful home and we totally loved it. Attached to our house is a pottery studio by Dale Donovan, and you can walk into the studio and will be blown away by his work.. kind man that we adored. Grateful to have stayed there!!!!

The house was everything the listing says and served our purposes for a campus visit. We would certainly stay again if our son picks OSU for his next 4 years.

My friends and I join up every year for the Civil War Men’s basketball game. We stayed there last year and decided to stay there again when we saw that this place was available for the date of this year‘s game in Corvallis. Although I did not get a chance to stay there this year, my friends were able to make it down and make use of the place and I know that they all enjoyed themselves. Thanks for having such a beautiful place to offer and making everything easy!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Christmas Tree Farm with family for Christmas! Our son loves local so he stayed with us during our visit and it was more than comfortable! Love the heating system used so we could each be comfortable in our own rooms. Dale and family were more than hospitable! It couldn’t get any better having Christmas on a Christmas tree farm!

This was our first experience with VRBO. It was a wonderful place to stay and the host and hostess were perfect for first timers! The online check-in and billing was somewhat confusing (even with the app), but it all got figured out. We would love to visit again!

Charming old farmhouse furnished with some lovely antiques. Gracious and accommodating host who shared his pottery studio with us. Fun to be staying on a Christmas tree farm! Very good location for visiting our granddaughter at OSU.

Our family enjoyed gathering at Peggy and Dale’s cozy and comfortable farm house. Went to view the eclipse, but local Oregon weather was not cooperative for viewing this event. Had a lovely time anyway.

We were in Corvalis for a pre-game dock jumping event (where dogs run down a runway into a swimming pool for a toy. The pool was set up right outside Parker Plaza. We had a great stay. The house is comfortable, clean, and had everything you could need. We will definitely come back next year when we perform for the crowd again.

My Goldens & i absolutely loved Donavon Place. Dale is an absolute gem & his partner, Luke the Poodle greeted us enthusiastically! We'll definitely go back if we get to Oregon again!

We greatly enjoyed our week (late August) at this farmhouse. It was exactly as represented in the listing - kitchen is quite well appointed, air conditioning worked well, and furnishings were very comfortable. On top of all that, the hospitality of the on-site owner (Dale) was really exceptional. He lent us a couple of items that enhanced our stay, and his pottery (some for sale in the house and his adjoining studio) is truly beautiful. We bought a piece at the end of the week and will cherish it as a memento of our happy week at the farmhouse.

The farm is very cool and has great outdoor space. We celebrated a birthday with a small group of family and friends and it was awesome.

My friends and I loved the farmhouse. The location was perfect - a quick drive to OSU. The house was very clean and comfy. Every room filled with wonderful paintings, beautiful pottery made by the owner, and artistic details like hobbit doors with crackled paint. Well-equipped kitchen. Charming bedrooms. A sweet little detached room that had a fold out sofa bed. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but we enjoyed hanging out in there to read and have some quiet time. The outdoor area was lovely for happy hours and dinners with plenty of seating which was easy to move into the shade when needed. Dale, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable stay, helpful host, and fun property!

We took our boys to the beaver baseball camp. It was the perfect location and set up. The property was great for the boys to play and had tons of outside toys to keep them entertained. The owner Dale was very helpful and a great host. I would highly recommend this play to stay!

Cozy, art-filled, rustic farmhouse, well-appointed, with a private patio and a tree farm to roam. Delightful!

We used this lovely home as a place to take a breath and rest from the business of our son's wedding about five miles away. Our immediate family shared in the space and it was a wonderful place to gather after the rehearsal dinner the first night and the wedding the second. We loved the kitchen and dining room for a healthy breakfast before the ceremony and the living room where we gathered after the ceremony to reflect. It was a happy ending to a magical day. We weren't able to enjoy all of the games provided - maybe next time? Thank you for personally meeting us for the check in process that went very smoothly.

We had a lovely stay here! Our hosts were so welcoming and the location is close to everything, yet feels serene and private. The backyard is a wonderful place to unwind and we enjoyed grilling. Too many special touches to mention!
