The bed is really comfy.
The staff is pretty easy to talk to and friendly for the most part.
"Room service" was pretty quick and really good food always.
I was not scammed out of extra money while staying there what the price was on booking.com was the price I paid at hotel which is very nice.
Room is big and location is semi near to lotus temple and metro.
Area seemed safe as well
And the air conditioner was amazing.
The wifi was down for 2 of the 5 days I stayed so couldn't use internet.
There was hot water one day rest of the days it was cool water but still showerable.
The sink leaked onto the floor so alway was a puddle.
The staff kept asking me if u was checking out even 3 days before mt check out Date so that made me slightly uncomfortable like they didnt want me there but I could be wrong.
And you do not get a key to the door so you always need to ask the receptionist to let you into the room and if nobody is there you must wait till someone arrives to enter your room.

I did not like anything about this property, rooms are not even 0.00 like pictures, pathetic rooms, bad furniture, really dirty bathrooms, they did even clean the bathroom, like you could see the jerked off stains in the wall, erghhhhh bad stay and batameeeezzzz receptionist!

My Room No.- 116,,, First of all, we were not satisfied seeing the room, then when they gave the room, the door lock was bad in it. Then the bedsheets, blankets were dirty.There was no dustbin in the room and washroom also.There was no flush button in the washroom and the water tap was rusted.The wall of the room was very dirty and the switch board was bad.
I had ordered fruit salad from Zomato last night, it was not received by me. So I found out in Zomato that they have given it at the reception of the hotel. When I talked at the reception, I came to know from there that my order has been eaten by the receptionist. When I talked at the reception, I came to know from there that my order has been eaten by the receptionist. So I am disappointed with them. Any action should be taken against them and My Money should be given back.

The hotel is not maintained and cleaned properly. Booked two room, upon arrival at 5:30PM I had to wait till 8:00PM to get the 2nd room.

I AM VERY SORRY I WILL NOT SUGGEST ANY ONE TO STAY IN ANY ONE OF YOUR FAB HOTELS .

Except for location nothing that I liked.
1l To Start with rooms were not available nor ready. After a long wait have us only one room which was more than pathetic. After couple of hours room was changed but gave us only one room, 2nd room was neither available nor ready.
2) Staff was not at all cooperative nor attentive. Even after requesting for things never given to us.
3) In the name of Continental breakfast, we were given Poori bhaji. Staff didn't even bother to ask what we would want to have.
4) Worst experience ever.
5) I request Booking.com n Fab hotels to remove such property from there listing and site.
