Location was great for accessing the airport with ease. A few restaurants in a nearby plaza.

There were some animals -that were making a racket in the ceiling - which kept us awake at night.

Location close and Convenient to San Jose.

Accommodation was not usable due to no electric power - see below.

Two big problems with this place. First, this was advertised as a Two-Bedroom Apartment – ‘more privacy, more space and a home away from home that's all yours’ according to the ad. This is NOT an apartment – it is 2 bedrooms in the owner’s private house, sharing his living space and kitchen (not too tidy and who knows how clean). I do not wish to share my living space with a stranger and if I had known beforehand I would have booked elsewhere. Second, when I arrived at 3 pm the ‘apartment’ was not usable as there was no electric power (not uncommon, apparently). So I could not shower or have a cup of tea. At 6 pm it was dark and there was still no power so I had to find other accommodation. The owner did not offer any compensation for this huge inconvenience and is still trying to make me pay the full amount.

the owner is so kind! the property is very close to the airport (5 minutes) so we stayed here our last night in Costa Rica to make our trip home easier. the house is very nice, modern facilities and we had a great breakfast as well. beautiful garden and view of golf course.

The AC was weak and only in one bedroom - the owner says you don’t need it here (and he’s probably right) but we are spoiled Americans and like to sleep in the AC lol

Beautiful and well designed accommodation. So peaceful and quiet. We slept ever so well. The Italian owner even made us breakfast in the middle of the night as we had to leave early for our flight. Thanks again!

It was all great. Only wanted to add that we couldn't find it straight away as there is no big sign and it looks like a private big house. It is on the right side at the end of the street (dead end).

Basic but perfect for staying away from road/city noise.

very relaxing and comfortable setting and great safe location near airports the beds were very comfortable owner and staff very friendly and accommodating

the way the property is designed it uses cross ventilation from opening windows and doors and works excellent for climate control heat and air conditioning are not needed this can allow bugs in but there were almost none so be aware you might not be used to this but works very well and is environmentally smart, in the evening close up all the windows and no bugs
