Nous voulons que vous vous sentiez chez vous ici. Après tout, vous êtes en vacances, non? Notre condo a été décoré avec des couleurs de plage gaies. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. La cuisine a de beaux appareils avec une gamme supérieure lisse et des comptoirs en granit. Nous avons récemment amélioré les armoires de cuisine et de salle de bain, ainsi qu'un nouveau réfrigérateur et lave-vaisselle. Nous avons également amélioré les planchers (automne 2017) dans l'ensemble de l'unité avec de beaux planchers solides. Les salles de bains ont toutes été refaites avec des douches carrelées. Nous avons ajouté un placard ouvert pour vous permettre de ranger facilement toutes vos chaussures, sacs de plage, chaises de plage et jouets de sable. Le meilleur de tous, avec l'espace de vie ouvert, vous aurez une télévision à écran plat, idéale pour les jours de pluie. La vue sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale est spectaculaire. Après une longue journée à la plage, vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le grand balcon et vous détendre.
Edgewater a un parc aquatique pour les petits enfants. Profitez également de la pizza au bord de la piscine de Paradise Pizza. Une cabane en cône de neige au bord de la piscine et des films de plongée sont disponibles pendant l'été.
Nous prenons maintenant des réservations pour la saison 2020. Réservez votre temps tôt! Ne manquez pas de louer notre magnifique condo. Vous pouvez également me trouver sur la côte d'émeraude par le propriétaire.

We had a great time in this condo. Perfect location and views from the balcony! Wendy was so responsive to any questions we had beforehand and everything was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Highly recommend!

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. We ended up booking a different place halfway through our stay and just leaving. I didn’t notify management because what would they have been able to do about crappy furniture. Master bedroom is hot even when following instructions to keep cool. Things just kept falling off the walls. Air vents, and then some of the decor. Price would have been worth it for half the rate we paid. Not a 700/night condo by any stretch. Our family likes nice things so when we pay a price like this we expect nice things. This unit needs updates to accommodate that rate. Other than the unit the property is fun but extremely crowded this early in the season. We usually travel in late August.

Our family was celebrating my husband's 80th birthday and this was the perfect place to stay. If you couldn't find things to do in the resort (and there were many), there were things close by to fill in. Wendy was wonderful with helping us with making arrangements and answering any questions that we had. The condo was neat and clean and had all of the amenities that you could ask for. We did a bonfire on the beach and all of us enjoyed that.

Great location on the resort property overlooking the lagoon pool. Being on the second floor is very convenient and we were able to park close to the stairs. Decor was nice, updated and comfortable, we would definitely stay again.

We were in the second floor, with a short walk to a fantastic pool and beach. The space is perfect for a family and comfortable for large families. We will definitely book again!
Side note, I really appreciate how kind and accommodating the host was. We had several questions she was happy to assist with!

The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The owner was easy to contact and answered immediately when I had a question.

The property was clean and well kept. The owner is a great communicator. Wendy checked in on us to make sure check-in went okay since we got there after hours (9:30pm). It did. The office staff was nice also. Parking was simple. No large parking garages.
The room is very spacious. Perfect for my family. My mom had her own room (2nd master) and my girls stayed in the double bedroom. Each room had their own bath which provided space for 'getting ready' with 4 women in this condo. We loved it!! Would definitely stay here again.
It was February. Weather was mostly good and we played board games in the room when it wasn't. Few people on the beach. Great vacation!

Wendy is amazing! Communication was excellent. Lovely property. Comfortable sleep with lots of space. She allowed part of our group early entry which was wonderful. Small issue with AC which was promptly fixed within an hour. Extremely clean. Can't speak highly enough about this property and host. Definitely coming back next year...same spot!!

I have stayed at Edgewater Resort several times. This is my first time staying in this condo. I will rebook! The condo was clean, decorated nicely, and well maintained. There were even extra beach and pool fun toys available. Communication was excellent. There was a minor maintenance issue during our stay. A repair was made and all fixed within less than an hour of my text to the owner. Definitely recommend!

Great Spring Break Getaway
We had a great stay at Wendy's property for two families (4 adults and 5 kids) for a week on Spring Break. The unit offered a great location, beautiful views and plenty of amenities. The communication with Wendy throughout the booking process and stay was top notch. This was our second stay at Edgewater (first time in this unit) and would highly recommend to anyone looking for that perfect beach vacation!

Amazing Place
My husband and I have been coming to this resort for years as our brother in law owns a condo here. This time we decided to get a group of friends to stay with us. So glad we picked this condo! It was so clean and pictures show exactly what it looks like! The owner was quick to respond with any questions as well! We will definitely pick this condo again! It was amazing! Panama get-a-way
We rented this property for a week while in Panama. The resort was much better than the others we have stayed in the past. We loved there were restaurants within the resort and a awesome pool. It made decisions easy to make.

Great winter getaway
We lucked out and got this property last minute when another renter left early. The Master bed was so cozy and the condo comfy and inviting. The pictures make the colors look brighter than they really are and we found it to be a perfect stay for the New Year.

Perfect Ocean Stay
This was our first stay using Vrbo. Wendy was really great to work with and very helpful! Our view was unbeatable. The second floor condo was perfect for using the stairs to bring up our belongongs and groceries. The condo had all of the kitchen utensils that we needed. We were bummed the large pool wasn't heated, however there were two other heated pools and other hot tubs to choose from. The security of the entrance gate was an added comfort and easy to work with when we had friends over for dinner. The condo was conveniently located with a lot of restaraunts, shops and entertainment nearby! Our friends that stayed in a hotel were envious of the value and experience that this property provided!

Nice view of main pool. Plenty of room in condo. Property manager was easy to get ahold of if any issue. Overall resort lacked a little for what we expected by what the resort said it had but may be time of year since some stuff was closed. We still enjoyed our stay. Beach was very pretty.

The best condo on the beach!!!
Edgewater is an amazing gated property where you will be greeted with a smile and feel completely secure. This particular condo is on the 2nd floor, which makes access easy via stairs or elevator. Tower 1 is perfectly situated for breath-taking sunsets and from the good-sized balcony, you can hear the tranquility of the waterfalls coming from the perfectly clean and very well cared for pool. There are 2 hot tubs, easy beach access, and to our surprise, we found a Starbucks, a gift shop, and some of the best food in Panama City Beach at the restaurant on the hotel property. You would never have to leave the property if you didn't want to. The condo itself was beach themed and very bright and beautiful. There is a bathroom for every bedroom which helped tremendously with 9 people getting dressed for dinner. Everything was newer and in good working order. The owner was easy to work with and I we had an all around perfect vacation. I will never stay anywhere else when traveling to Panama City Beach. Very highly recommend this condo and this resort!

Excellent vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Edgewater in unit 203 (Tower 1). Wendy was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful and communicative during the entire process. The unit was very clean and was identical to the listing. It was very convenient being able to walk up two flights of stairs to our room but elevators were easy to get when needed. We also enjoyed that there were souvenir stores, restaurants and a game room/skate rink and escape room in walking distance across the street. We would definitely stay at this property and in this unit again.

Holt Labor Day Family Vac
Loved our stay at Edgewater. The second floor was nice didn’t have to take the elevator. Ac could use some work . Edgewater needs to put lights around the pool area for the night. Very dark at night. But over all we will be back. Thanks to Wendy always got right back to us with any questions we had.

Great Vacation!
We loved the condo and had an awesome stay. There were a couple moments where we found palmetto bugs in the kitchen but I chalk that up to the beach environment and climate. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Edgewater Resort as its close to the pool and beach. Rooms were spacious and fit 2 kids and five adults easily.

Tower 1 2nd floor
We loved being on the second floor and not having to use the elevator. The three bedrooms were large and roomy and had cute decorations. We also loved the view of the large pool and the ocean. Check in was easy and had good communication with the owner.
