It was walking distance to our event

I booked the room for my staff. I immediately received pictures of roaches in the condo. Then one of them woke up to a roach crawling on her in her bed. My daughter also has bed bug bites all over her hands. They also complained of gritty sand on the floor. They contacted the property…they did immediately come out and clean and spray for roaches…which was greatly appreciated. My staff did mention some renovation going on with a nearby condo, so it is possible that the roaches came from that. The bed bugs are a different story. I feel that they should throw out the mattresses and start over. I also don’t like paying a large sum for cleaning fees, to find out that my staff had to load and start the dishwasher, take out the trash, strip the beds, etc etc. Why pay a cleaning fee???

Location was great! Nice secure gated facility. Condo owner was to get a hold of and pleasant to deal with! Highly recommend his condo!

Edge water employees not maintaining or cleaning this amazing condo properly. Felt like it was and has been rushed cleaned. Had to contact Edgewater two or three times to get cleaning supplies in order to clean it properly!
