Ce est un beau, spacieux (1366 sq. Ft.), Concepteur actualisé appareil avec un balcon privé donnant sur le golfe du Mexique, où vous pouvez regarder le coucher de soleil sur les plus belles plages du monde! Les fenêtres du sol au plafond de la salle à manger et du salon offrent une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Le salon dispose de deux canapés pleine grandeur et d'une télévision à écran plat avec une chaise et pouf. Des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils sont un moment fort dans la cuisine, qui est entièrement équipée. La chambre principale a un dressing et une salle de bain privée avec une douche à l'italienne carrelée et le second bain est accessible depuis la chambre d'amis ainsi que dans le couloir principal. Les deux chambres ont écran plat TV. Une rondelle pleine taille et sèche-linge est fourni pour votre commodité. Tous les étages sont tuile à l'exception des chambres. Les chaises de plage et parasol fournis.

We were in the area for dance nationals again this year. This condo was soooo much better than the previous year. Clean ready on time and no issues with the condo or elevator. They could lose some furniture to give some extra space but overall a wonderful property!

Overall stay was great. There was an Ironman at the complex so parking was a little tricky, but it was fun to watch the race from the balcony. Pools were great, beach was easily accessible.

Our family had the best time at the “Beach Place”. Judy was wonderful to work with and let us check in early! The condo was perfect, my kids loved the bunk room. There were beach toys, umbrella, and chairs in the room for us to use - perfect for us coming from out of town. Everything was so fresh & clean. We loved being in the quieter tower 2.

Floor to ceiling windows in the living space bring the ocean to you! View was 100% worth it! Judy was easy to work with and made the stay great.

We were able to check in a few hours early. They were very flexible. Amazing view. The place was spotless. They had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this one!

Can’t express how much my family enjoyed our stay. The place, amenities, location, view!! The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance EXCEPT a waffle maker haha 😂 I mean it was pretty much a home away from home. I almost bought a waffle maker just to leave in their Kitchen as gift but we ran out of time. 😁 Omg Thanks for the memories!

Awesome place to stay! Very open inside, very clean, conveniently located close to the elevators. Check in was simple and owner was very quick to respond to my questions (only had 2) . Highly recommend renting this place! I'll be back!

Great family vacation in PCB
We loved our time in this condo. It was clean and in good condition. Edgewater is the best place to stay in PCB and the location within Edgewater is wonderful. The owners were great to work with and responsive to the one minor issue that we had. Absolutely would recommend this condo and owner with no reservations.

Perfect spot
We’ve stayed at Edgewater before and loved it. I booked this unit because we wanted to return. We love Edgewater for the pools, beach access, onsite convenience store, bar & restaurant. This unit offers superior convenience too. Parking is ample, elevators are very good, unit is near elevators but we never heard any hallway noise.
Master bed is very comfortable, great closet, vanity area, and huge shower.
Second bedroom has plenty of room and two nice twin beds.
Bunk room is cozy and stays cool.
The living room has plenty of seating and a big TV.
The kitchen is a nice size with a large counter and had everything we needed. Keurig and regular coffee pot.
Laundry….we did several loads of laundry and brought everything home clean. It all works well and was convenient.
We’ve stayed in PCB numerous times and I’m pretty sure this is our favorite condo ever. We would recommend it and will definitely stay there again!

Week on the gulf
We enjoyed being able to see the Gulf but I don’t think Judy is getting her moneys worth from the cleaning crew. We felt better after we washed all of the bedding, washed the dishes by hand, vacuuming, and cleaned the air ducts ( they had mold). We also found mold on the walls and ceiling around the big window. The tile was falling off of the counter. We didn’t tell Judy ( I am sure she would have had the cleaning people come back) It was just a little disappointing at first but after we cleaned we enjoyed our stay.

Great Vacation
Judy is one if the sweetest hosts. We have vacationed at Edgewater for 25+ years and it has always been a positive experience. Property was as advertised and located near elevator (which can be good or bad). Comfy patio and Judy has the neatest little library if you forget to bring a book and enjoy reading.

Wonderful Condo
The condo was perfect for our stay in PCB, and Judy was the absolute best to work with! We had a family emergency that almost prevented our travel, and Judy offered to work with us well beyond what was required. Luckily, we ended up being able to take our trip. She checked on us throughout the stay, and everything from checkin to checkout was a breeze!

Normally at most locations you hear noise either from the street or from other residents. We didn't hear that. (Even though it was bike week).
The condo felt really large. Lots of room to put whatever you've brought. Overall, great stay. I would stay again

Amazing Location
This unit is on the 8th floor of a very large highrise. Since you have neighbors all around you, a lot of the noise is beyond the owner's control. So just know when you book a condo in a high rise that sometimes neighbors can be noisy (or smoke pot on the balcony). We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves. The little bunk room is so cute as well. The one issue we had was kitchen ware. I do understand that things wander off from guest to guest and it is hard for owners to keep things in the cabinets. We ended up buying a skillet because the two in the kitchen were quite old and used. Still, I would highly recommend this unit and location. Pools were great. Parking easy and secure. Owners were on top of communications.

Comfortable
Pros:
1. Amazing view from the balcony
2. Location is perfect. Everything is within 2 miles.
3. Comfortable place. My kids love the twin bed space.
Cons:
1. Not sure what got renovated in this place, maybe just the kitchen because the entire place is EXTREMELY outdated. Super old fashion. It needs brand new modern furnitures, some fresh clean linens, new floor, the mirror wall in the living room needs to be thrown away. Comfortable place for sure but way toooo outdated place. It needs some major renovation.
2. There was so bathroom tissues at all. No toiletries at all.
3. No soap in bathrooms as well.

Beach Vacation
We were looking for a place where we could enjoy the beach for a few days and this location did not disappoint. The ocean views top the list! Judy was a great host and was very responsive to anything we needed. The kids loved the little bunk room.

Great getaway
We had a wonderful time at this resort! The condo was great! Just what we needed. It was easy to walk to some restaurants and activities for our kids. The pool was amazing! The condo owners are so kind and responsive.
