Magnifiquement mis à jour face à la plage condo dans le complexe Beach Villas. Situé au nord-fin de Fort Myers Beach, vous êtes à distance de marche de la zone Time Square (restaurants locaux, des divertissements et des boutiques) et Bowditch Park. Dès que vous entrez dans notre unité, vous pourrez profiter du golfe du Mexique vues / plage. Regarder magnifiques couchers de soleil sur votre véranda privée. Notre propriété a récemment mis à jour tout au long de la tuile, une cuisine mise à jour avec tous les éléments essentiels de maisons dont une île de travail, laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité, confortable salon et mobilier de chambre et un beau décor de plage. Il y a aussi une table à manger pour quatre. Les autres équipements comprennent une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une télévision à écran plat avec le service de câble, des draps et des serviettes. Disfrute de la estancia en este lugar del 11 al 14 de Agosto. La ubicación de la propiedad es preciosa, con una vista al mar espectacular. Tiene todas las comodidades, dormitorios bien equipados y limpios y en la cocina todos los utensilios necesarios. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y enseguida enviaron a un mecánico para chequearlo. Volvería a rentar este lugar y lo recomendaría a familiares y amistades.

The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The location of the unit was great- first floor, corner unit , right near pool and beach access. It also was very close to the square definitely within walking distance. We had a few question and the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond.

Great place to stay. Very clean and new looking. The lanai is right off the beach. We had a little issue with the lock on the front door but it was taken care of with multiple apologies given. Would definitely stay here again.

Some Suggestions, but overall good
Everything was as expected. I have stayed at Beach Villas several times at other apartments. I would rather have the same check in and check out as the other units, 4pm as opposed to 5pm check in and 10am checkout as opposed to 9am. And lastly I do not want to have to go to a different address for anything especially if I have a electronic lock.

Exactly what we we were looking for!
This could not have been better. The pictures matched the experience. The Condo was just as pictured and looked directly to the beach. We were on the first floor next to the steps that led to the pool, beach & parking lot. Could not have been more convenient. The management company, TriPower, made everything super smooth and simple.
We walked out of the condo and saw Manatee's, dolphin, starfish, sand dollars and shells galore. Shops are not close but still within walking distance. We want to thank everyone for making it such an awesome vacation!

Enjoyable anniversary
First time at ft myers beach, had a great time. Times Square has so many dining options, and some reasonable souvenir shops. Catholic Church in the South end had great mass times. The unit made us feel like we were right on the beach, it was very clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils, pots pans and dishes. We first arrived at about 6 on Saturday after the leasing office closed so we had some momentary anxiety about not having a parking permit, but got a fairly quick response to our call to their message service and was directed to the lock box that had all of our paperwork in it. The unit had beach toys only thing missing was an umbrella, which we easily solved by hopping back across the bridge to walmart.

January week in Ft. Myers Beach
We had a very pleasant experience staying at this property. The only problems were uncomfortable living room furniture, low water pressure, & a couple of electrical problems that didn’t really affect the quality of our stay. Also the weather could have been warmer, but we can’t control Mother Nature.

Loads of amenities
The property is loaded with everything you need. They supplied all beach necessities, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, balls, toys, and sandcastle building supplies. There were loads of bath towels and sink soaps. Even starter shampoo and conditioner. I do like to bring my own kitchen supplies because other visitors are hard on pots and pans. But there were all the kitchen items you would expect and even some spices and starter cleaning supplies. They even had nice toilet paper, which is a rarity in many rentals.
The only downside is the property window is above the pool which can get a bit noisy during the day. But if you have kids and enjoy the pool, it may not be an issue for you. You will need to keep hot showers to 10-15 minutes as the hot water seems limited. Keep in mind that check out is at 9:00am, so if you are not an early riser, set an alarm.
All-in-all the property is nice and the location has much less traffic than the other side of the island, which makes driving on and off the island much easier. A nice property and I would recommend it.

Very clean!
Our unit was very clean and as advertised. It was nice having the additional benefit of a washer and dryer in the unit. Everything worked fine. The rental agency was also very responsive. The only thing is if you sleep in the extra bedroom it is very noisy after 7:00am with trash trucks and other maintenance trucks coming and going. Also other units were having work done creating noise but all that was in no way the fault of the unit owner. If we needed zen we went down to the beach.

Great Location
Great beachfront location, easy parking and check-in, and very clean unit. Adequate kitchen facilities and cookware and great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The door to the balcony wouldn't close/lock properly and It took a while to reach and get a response from the manager, but this didn't impact our stay. There was exterior painting occurring that blocked the view for part of a day, but all in all a good place to stay.

Perfect Family Vacation
So glad we stayed on the north end of the beach. It was definitely quieter than a mile down. The location was great, the balcony was my favorite. Wonderful view, super close to the beach. I wasn’t sure about the first floor, but it was really nice & convenient. The provided beach chairs & toys were really appreciated. Super easy parking at the unit. Fully stocked. No complaints! Thanks so much!!

My wife and I vacationed here from Texas, her only request was that I get her right on the beach. This location did exactly that, the proximity to the beach is just what you see in the photo and and the view from the lanai is awesome. The location is almost perfect and provided everything we needed. Only little complaint is I wish they would have provided more in the way of cleaning supplies so we could keep up on things a little better ourselves. The unit was very clean and well maintained, but we stayed for a full week and just would have liked to had more cleaning supplies available.

I have stayed at the Beach Villa's building annually for many years. I also have stayed in unit 101 previous to my most recent visit of October/ November 2019. This was the worst I have ever seen the property and specifically unit 101. This unit was just filthy and old. Upon arrival there were dead millepedes throughout the unit and balcony. That wasn't near as bad as the filth throughout the unit. It appeared as though throw rugs and pillows etc had not been cleaned for a long time,. The tile floors were filthy and bed linens and comforters old and and dirty.

Beach Villas
We absolutely loved this property. It was close access to the beach and had everything we needed. Also loved being on the 1st floor right next to the stairs. Response from property manager with issues was quick. We will be back. Beach was gorgeous. Low key. Not overcrowded. Private and quite! Loved loved it!

Problems with Master Bedroom
I stopped in at the beginning of the week and informed the rental agency about the TV in the master bedroom not working and nothing was done to correct the issue. Also, the wooden blinds in the master bedroom allowed the early morning light to come in at 5:30 to 6 am. Would be nice if thick curtains would be placed to block out the early morning light.

Quite end of the island.
The location of the condo was perfect. It is the quieter end of the island. Less traffic and congestion. The condo itself could use some updating. The beds in the second bedroom could use new mattresses. You tend to roll to the middle of the bed and they are not very comfy. Also several outlets in the second bedroom didn't work. With everyone having electronic devices to charge at the end of the day this was a problem. The ceiling fan made a terrible clicking noise if it was turned on. The patio table on the balcony has seen it's better days. The legs on it are rusty and one leg had a broken end on it. It has an apartment size washer and dryer. The condo is capable of sleeping 8 people, but doing laundry for 4. My fault for not asking about that. The pool is small but it worked for us. Usually we were the only ones in it. The building and grounds are kept up nicely. If you are traveling with smaller children the building next to this one (Pink Shells), has more activities for kids around the pool area. I would stay here again because of the location. The condo just needs some upgrades and maintence.

Very nice
It was a nice place to stay. There were a few things that need attention. The kitchen sink need some repairs. The water spout sprayed everywhere but the sprayer didn’t work. The guest bathroom door would not stay open so you had to fight it to use the sink. There was no broom and dust pan to sweep floor. And lastly, the screen and frame in the balcony need to be cleaned.

Great property and great location!
We were very pleased with the property. Can't beat the location for beautiful beach right in the "backyard", and we could walk to town square easily. Loved being on this end of the island for avoiding the traffic and road construction. The pool is very small, and loungers could use an update, but we came for the beach!
