Quiet, perfectly located for downtown Nashville and Opry Mills.

The property was clean, we had to clean the front door several times to get in due to cobwebs, once in the lighting was dim (missing light bulbs). The toilets were very low and underneath the beds and furniture was accumulated dust and trash. Other than that the contact person was very nice and the neighborhood was very quiet and the one neighbor we did meet was very pleasant. He's a pastor and we even got an opportunity to attend his church service!!

The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. It was close to Nashville but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The owner gave us some good ideas of things to see and places to go. He was also awesome at getting back to us with all information we asked for. The fire pit was nice to gather around after a long day out. I would definitely stay here again!!

Couldn't ask for a better location if you are planning on visiting the Grand Ole Opry or the Gaylord Opry Resort. The house itself definitely feels a little dated, and having only one bathroom to the entire house can be challenging if you have a larger group. Overall though, great value for the price and proximity to other activities.

We really enjoyed our stay. My colleagues and I came to Nashville to attend a conference at the Gaylord Opryland. This place was perfect and affordable. Uber drives were less than 12 bucks each way. Beds were very comfortable too.

Nice quiet area with enough space for our family. Home was a bit dated but we made the best of it.
The yard and driveway were not kept up and so we were concerned about having a fire in the pit. Doors were so squeaky we heard everyone coming and going. Could change out the overhead fan for the stove.....alot of us hit our heads on the corner of it because it was about a foot too long. Also, the refrigerator had a terrible humidity problem and anything we had wrapped in paper was wet from the standing water on the racks.

Great family home
The location was amazing as it was close to all area attractions and the neighborhood was safe and clean. The house was in tip top shape and the owner communicated well and fast. You should know there is only one full bathroom, but two toilets so that was helpful. The hot water never ran out and the water pressure was fantastic. It also does lack a dishwasher, so plan appropriately! Though it didn't hamper our vacation. My only recommendation would be to better stock the cookware as we lacked a few items for family cooking. Great VRBO!

Very clean and homey
The house was in a very good neighborhood and we felt very safe. The instructions for the property were straight forward and to the point. It was very roomy and we had enough space for the 7 of us that stayed there.

Property was just how it looked , going to broadway is a little distance! It is 20 min and cabs charge $50 there and $100 on the way back , was a little upset about that. Owner did work with us on a early check in which was greatly appreciated

Quiet neighborhood Relaxing space
My husband and I enjoyed our stay with 4 adult children. Absolutely loved the family room in the back. I gave 4 stars only because we would’ve liked a few more chairs outside by the fire pit (only 3 and 1 was broken) and the bushes were really overgrown and needed a lot of weeding.

Lovely home!
My family and I were in town for a conference. The house is very close to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops at an amazing price! Our stay here was really good. We had a minor problem with the plumbing but Jason was very nice and quick to get it fixed. We would definitely stay here again.

Older style home but in a good, quiet neighborhood
Space was a little small for 8 people with limited seating in the kitchen and dining room. However the house was clean and there were plenty of sleeping options and hot water for everyone. Great location and a close uber or lyft ride to downtown.

Super cute house
The house was super cute and worked out great for our vacation over Thanksgiving week. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is because the house was quite dusty. Don't get me wrong it was clean just dusty and the dinning room chairs needed replacing. Otherwise they left us some water and coffee and paper products so we didn't have to do dishes! YAY!!
I would totally rent this house again because when I contacted Jason about the couple of issue he apologized and said that he had new dinning room chairs coming.

Loved the house!
My family and I were in town for a wedding and I found this house. Since I had never rented a house before I was nervous but I was so happy when I saw the home. It was extremely clean and well stocked on towels, etc. My family enjoyed our stay and would def rent this home again.

Nice clean home offering easy access to Opryland, Donelson and Hermitage areas
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Nashville. This home was located just one exit away (on Briley Parkway/155) from our Wedding location in Madison. We also had easy access to Lebanon Pike (70). Though there is a long drive way ending with a parking pad, guest must think strategically on how to park down the long narrow driveway. The half bath is extremely small but functional. The home is an older home but very clean. Loved having the Kurig. The lawn was overgrown - not an issue except for outside patio not really usable.

Perfect for a getaway weekend
The house was perfect for 3 couples getting away for the weekend. We each had our own space, and there is a lower living room away from the bedrooms for those early risers to hang out in while everyone else is still sleeping. The Keurig was a nice touch. I think a larger frying pan in the kitchen would be helpful, but we made it work with 2 small ones. My only suggestion besides the bigger frying pan would be to make the patio a little more inviting, add a few more chairs and maybe a small bbq grill. It would be a nice hangout if it had a little TLC. Other than that, the house and location were great! Thank you for having plenty of towels and paper products!

Good location and nice, quiet neighborhood.
We were very pleased with our stay at this home. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a large yard that was perfect for our kids. We were less than 10 minutes away from the Opryland Convention Center and no more than 15 minutes from downtown. The house was very clean and we appreciated the unexpected delight of a keurig coffee machine with plenty of pods to use and a bowl of candy. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
