Clean and affordable family cottage
Nous avons acquis cette maison en 2006 et amélioré la cuisine et la salle de bain. Il est nouvellement peint, de nouveaux tapis et fenêtres. Grande cour arrière. À quelques pas de la plage. Une station balnéaire familiale sur une île barrière qui comprend Stone Harbor et Avalon. NEW JERSEY. Courte distance en voiture de Cape May, Wildwood, Ocean City. Environ 45 minutes au sud d'Atlantic City.
1ère chambre a un lit King size deuxième chambre a un ensemble de lits jumeaux, 1 baignoire et douche extérieure, famille de 4-6 personnes, salon et solarium, téléviseurs dans les deux chambres. Barbecue et mobilier d'extérieur sur le patio arrière qui se connecte à une grande cour arrière GRASS, idéal pour les enfants à jouer. Wifi gratuit.

Our family had a wonderful stay - the house was clean, the backyard was great for the kids, and the location was great! Richard was very responsive and helpful throughout the week. We hope to be back soon!

This property is just as shown on site. Perfect for a couple or small family. Nice quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance from the beach and downtown. Owner answers questions quickly. I would highly recommend this property.

This little house had everything we needed for our stay in Stone Harbor - plus close to the beach, food and shopping. Great experience.

House was great and location was fabulous! Richard was a very response host.
Our only concern was with the inconsistency of the wi-fi. Even though we followed Richard’s suggestion to unplug/replug, occasionally outages caused some minor issues.
Everything else was fine and we will consider returning next year.

We enjoyed our one week stay. It is a very basic home as described, excellent location, and easy communication with the owner. What wasn’t ideal was the rusted and chipping electric baseboards and the one bathroom needs an overhaul. It was professionally cleaned and we were satisfied with the overall value for the price.

A quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to town, this house was in a great location. We loved our time here and would rent here again in a second. Owner was very accessible and nice to have beach tags and chairs available. Thank you!

The entire stay was great. We have stayed here for 12 years plus. I highly recommend the property and the owner is great. The only compliant is the cleaning lady is really expensive and does a sub - standard job. Do not recommend using her.

Outside was lovely. very well manicured. Inside was another story. Dirt, hair and rust on heating vents. Lampshades covered in dust and dirt. The only nice room was the living room. Could not reach the dishes in the top shelf. No wine glasses.

The house was just the right size. It was very charming. We did have problem with ants on the kitchen counters. The kitchen floor was very sticky until we washed it. There was mold on some of the closet doors. We tried our best to wipe them clean. The neighbors were very nice. It sits in a nice area.

Perfect location
My family and I have stayed here for a few years now and it is the perfect location, just a couple blocks from the beach, and a short 10 min walk to town. Has all the essentials you need for a week at the Jersey Shore. Will definitely be back

This is our 4th or 5th year staying at the perfect bungalow in Stone Harbor. Always clean and ready to go at check in time. Richard is available but we’ve never needed anything from him. Kids are growing but we will definitely be back!!
