Voilà comment vous voulez passer vos vacances à South Haven! Condo de haut niveau avec balcon donnant sur cour et commerces au coeur du centre-ville. À quelques pas de votre porte d'entrée, vous trouverez de nombreuses boutiques et boulangeries uniques, divers restaurants, cafés, salles de dégustation de vin et même une magnifique salle de cinéma pour petite ville, le tout dans une ville balnéaire familiale.
Promenez-vous au coin de la rivière et profitez d'une promenade pittoresque jusqu'à la plage et la jetée. Les mercredis et samedis de l'été, parcourez le magnifique marché de producteurs de South Haven à seulement deux pâtés de maisons! Notre condo a un lit queen dans la chambre en mezzanine avec un espace de vie spacieux au niveau principal (canapé-lit avec matelas en mousse à mémoire est dans le salon). The check in process was easy, the loft was clean and had lots of the kitchen essentials for meals, and it was in an excellent location for walking to dinner and to the beach! Great experience!

Very convenient for events in South Haven. Walking distance to everything. Very clean. Minor issue: most pillows were all the same density so perhaps renters may want to bring their own. Would easily stay here again. Very good.

There were dirty towels in the bathroom. Both floor mats were soaking wet. Linens were left in dryer. Bedroom floor needed to be vacuumed. Dirt on floor was visible from a distance.
Location was great and was well maintained. With the the assessed cleaning charge, I would have expected it to be clean.

Fantastic location!! Great stay at this amazing condo. Parked our car when we got there and walked . Everything clean, well decorated and comfortable bed. Will be back!

This was our 3rd year staying at Greg’s condo. The location is right downtown and then only about a 10 minute walk to the beach.
This year we enjoyed walking everywhere, eating and sitting on the deck and listening to the music at the gastro pub Monday night. Great stay with everything you need.

We had a really great stay! We loved that the condo included beach chairs and toys. Beautiful place! Be advised there are beautiful windows which is amazing! But let some light in early in the morning, why not wake up early and go for a walk, though!

This is the 3rd year we have stayed in this building. 1st time in this condo. It is the best little spot. Close to everything and in walking distance of all the restaurants, shops and the beach!
The bed was comfortable and pull out couch easy for the little one.
Host was great with communication.
Loved our stay and highly recommend!

The facilities were amazing and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We are sorry that we loaded the dishwasher, but neglected to turn it on.

This is the third year that we have stayed at this adorable, very conveniently located, South Haven condo! it has literally everything you need for a great stay whether it’s just a few days or a week or two. Greg is a great host with great communication skills. I would highly recommend.

This condo has incredibly comfortable in all ways... amount of space, couch, bed, kitchen supplies. Sometimes you get to a rental and it isn't as nice as the pictures but not this place. It's actually better than the pictures. The location is excellent for the price. Walking distance to everything. Parking was manageable with two great lots very close by. All around great weekend away and will definitely rent here again.

The apartment is wonderful! Fully equipped with everything you need - beach stuff, full kitchen, washer and dryer, comfy bed, dining table, etc. Right in town and a 5 min walk to the South Beach. This was our second stay and it won’t be our last!

Property was better than pictures and was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay awesome.

This is such a great property! It’s in town (but quiet) and a 10 minute walk to the lighthouse. We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to stay here again!

Wow! Such a cozy and cute place! Location is amazing! Right downtown, short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and shops. Host was very communicative and helpful. Weather was not the best unfortunately but the place has a lot of light with all of the windows. Will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short weekend away in South Haven. The location of the condo is perfect and we enjoyed walking around the downtown area in the evening and walking to the beach. The property was updated with very nice amenities and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in South Haven!

We love this condo… the location is superb, close to shops and dining! We have stayed a couple of times before and Greg is easy to work with and kind and prompt! Parking is not a problem which is great! We could enjoy the farmer’s market, renting golf carts, listening to live music at a restaurant across the street from our balcony..and walk to many shops and eateries! Looking forward to our next stay!!!

We came to South Haven to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this condo was perfect. Very clean the owner was extremely helpful with giving us information on check in and surrounding things to do. Definitely recommend

This is my husband and I’s second stay here. This is a very clean and comfortable condo. The location is perfect. Greg is so easy to work with. The bedroom is a loft and on a different floor than the bathroom. Just a little tricky at night. Also the streetlight comes in so if you like complete darkness consider bringing a eye mask. This year we also experienced the Gastro pub across the street playing music so loud it was like we were there. Otherwise this is a great little condo to rest and relax in this wonderful town.

Location great. Place beautiful, modern and clean. Everything worked fine. Kitchen well-stocked with appliances and spices.
There were some couple minor issues: there's no usable light over kitchen sink or stove, just very dim accent lights. Also, what we didn't know from the listing is that bedroom is on different floor from bathroom, which is not good for me as I get up at night and so slept on pullout couch. that was fine, but you might want to list that online. And the instructions say not to hang towels on balcony railing, but there's no place to hang towels inside. Where are people supposed to hang towels and swimsuits to dry?

The place is really cute. The bed is in the loft & the only bathroom is on the lower level. This makes it a challenge for older couples (like us) going up & down the spiral staircase in the middle of the night. Lol, we survived and had a great stay right in the heart of South Haven.

My wife and I chose this condo as our base for exploring the surrounding beach towns. The location was perfect for day trips to Warren Dunes, St. Joe, Saugatuck and Holland. While in South Haven, we were able to walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Greg was great to work with and quick to respond to all of our questions. He even kept us posted on some road construction that was going on. We will be recommending this condo to family and friends, and it will be our first choice for future visits.
Also, I highly recommend Saugatuck Dune Rides and Star of Saugatuck River Cruise.

We had the best time staying here! Excellent choice for a family of 4. The location was so perfect. A minute walk to all the shops and restaurants and only a ten minute walk to the beach. The balcony was so nice to sit out on in the evenings & the inside was just adorable and had everything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in South Haven this year. This condo was perfect for the two of us. Plenty of space, furnished with everything we needed, extremely clean. You can't possibly beat the location. We could see the South Pier Creamery from our balcony. It was literally just a few steps from all the shops. Check in was so easy. Such a wonderful place and will be back. I highly recommend!

Very nice updated place in a great location. Condo was stocked with everything you need. Communication with the owners was great and we were able to check in a little early. Really enjoyed our time here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
