Grande maison contemporaine d'inspiration asiatique sur mesure située à Capistrano Beach. Cette maison se trouve directement sur le sable le long d'une plage privée, dans la communauté fermée et surveillée de sécurité de Capistrano Bay. L'emplacement et les vues sont phénoménaux.
À ~ 5400 pieds carrés, cette maison est parfaite pour les familles pour s'étendre, ou pour cette escapade romantique si nécessaire pour deux. Avec les plafonds vertigineux, les espaces de vie ouverts et les vues phénoménales, cette maison est la maison de vacances idéale pour 2 ou 14 personnes.
Chacune des 5 chambres a sa propre salle de bain privée avec une 1/2 salle de bain supplémentaire au niveau du séjour et une 1/2 salle de bain à l'extérieur pour les amateurs de plage.
Capistrano Beach est situé à mi-chemin entre San Diego et Los Angeles juste à côté de l'autoroute 5. Nous sommes dans un délai de 60 à 80 minutes en voiture de la plupart des sites «à voir» d'Orange County, de San Diego et de Los Angeles.
Si la conduite n'est pas ce que vous voulez faire pendant vos vacances, à moins de 800 mètres, il y a 4 restaurants (mexicain, barbecue, sushi et italien) et un bar sportif avec des sièges à l'extérieur. À distance de marche se trouve également un terrain de basket public et un stand de location saisonnière pour diverses locations d'équipement de plage (planches de bodyboard, etc.).
Cette maison est une véritable propriété de luxe et très RARE parmi les locations de plage. This home was all we could have hoped for as a family vacation. We had 3 generations at the house. The kitchen was generously appointed with everything you’d need! The house is large and welcoming! We loved being on the beach and watching the waves and sunset. Dylan was very responsive to any need and helpful with suggestions. We highly recommend!

This house is everything! We visit my family in Orange County every year and of all the properties we’ve rented in the past, this has been our favorite. Between the views, the space, the amenities, and the location being RIGHT on the water, it has everything. It was so relaxing and so much quieter and private compared to most houses we’ve rented in the area. We’re so excited to be planning our next visit back!

What an incredible beach house! Everything is as or even better than advertised. Perfect place to vacation with a large family, or do what we did and make it a couple’s getaway. The house is stocked with everything you could need, the host is responsive, and the views are unmatched.
If you need complete privacy from neighbors, you might not like that you can see and hear the neighbors in their yards, but it didn’t bother us at all. The sound of the waves drowns most noise out anyway.

The Capistrano Beach House was absolutely gorgeous! Dylan was extremely attentive and very easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed for our Family weekend. The chef kitchen was perfect for our formal chef dinner night. The kitchen and den are wide open with beautiful ocean views and provided the most amazing ambiance to gather for our virtual wine tasting evening. Every bedroom was super comfortable and spacious. The outside patio was perfect to enjoy sunsets and the beach. Overall a 5 star experience for our girls family weekend and we will to definitely be back to enjoy again! Thank you for everything!

We needed a large home for a post-Xmas family get-together. This glorious beachside home blew us all away with its large windows, views and amenities. Gourmet kitchen. Hot tub with ocean view. Cozy fireplace in large ocean-view living room. Great beds/bedding. 5 stars!!!
Only downsides (small!) are nearby train noise and sometimes beach disappears at high tide.

We had the best time at this gorgeous property! The owners were so responsive when we needed them, the beds were all comfortable, plenty of towels and other amenities, and the view is STUNNING!!

Our family of eight loved this house and all it had to offer. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The kitchen had all the essentials and we enjoyed cooking there when we weren't enjoying one of the many great local restaurants. The views and sunsets were amazing. The owners were wonderful and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property for a family getaway.

Waking up to that view was amazing. The house was comfortable for my family and the kitchen was restaurant quality. So much fun to cook with the family. Would definitely recommend. Did I tell you about the view??!!

This House was beautiful. Well stocked. Well equipped. The owner was very helpful and available.
The beach along the house is not very functional. However that was not a big deal. There are many excellent beaches available within 10 minutes drive. The house had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards to take to the beach. Hot tub was very nice. Just about everything one may need for a comfortable living was available in this house. Our family of 11 takes at least couple of trips every year like this. I would rate this house at the top on our experience. Thank you owner!

Great house all around. Very nicely equipped - great kitchen, bathrooms, grill/outdoor area. Well stocked and in an amazing location. One thing to note is that Capistrano beach is eroding so not so much sandy beach area is available.

Property was amazing. Each room had own bathroom and very spacious. The master bedroom even had a steam room and sauna. This house had everything we needed for our stay. The jacuzzi outside is in the perfect spot overlooking the ocean. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We went in May and had high tide however enough to be able to walk along beach in the afternoon. This is a gated a community and one of the rules state you are only allowed to stay on beach in front of your own house even if there is space between you and another property. The owners were very nice and didn’t enforce that rule however neighboring resident complained. Otherwise we enjoyed it very much and would love to return:)

Great location and facilities. We had taken our business leadership team offsite to further build on teamwork and chart a path for our business. The location - sun, sea, sand, calm - facilitated freeing our minds of stuff and focusing on the future.

The owners/ property managers were amazing. The home was beautiful, roomy, very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect We have used vrbo for years and years. This was our favorite place!

Amazing home. Photos are absolutely accurate. We had teenagers, adults and seniors and everyone was thrilled with the home. Highly recommended!! Great host as well!!

We stayed in this home with 8 adults. It was the perfect amount of space for everyone. The house was stocked well from the kitchen to the laundry room. The views were beautiful and the outdoor space was great! We will definitely be back!

The property was great. Dylan was great at check-in and very responsive when we had questions. The kitchen was absolutely amazing and we made wonderful meals. Unlike many rentals this kitchen was well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed lounging on the deck with the hot tub and our kids enjoyed the ocean. We would definitely return to this property.

We spent a week in this house over the summer last year. The owners are very helpful and accomodating and don't miss offering any amenity or comfort during your stay. The location is great and the views from inside and outside look like a painting. No doubt the best house on Beach Road! We look forward to returning again this year!
