We had a toddler with us and the floors were swept
But not washed. His feet were just filthy when playing on the floor.
Also we had 5 bath towels for 6 people. Two trash bags for 5 days. Not enough. Also should have been given more TP. The place was comfortable and we enjoyed it. Just a few suggestions above.

The property was perfect for our needs. It was clean. The layout was great. It was extremely quiet. Beds were comfortable. We were close to the parks, within 20 minutes. A Publix grocery store and Walgreens is also close to the property. The pool was nice and customer service at the pool was good. We were very impressed with the check-in process and customer service. We arrived about an hour early. We reached out to the property manager and she was immediately able to assist us and we were able to get in early. If in this area again, we would definitely return.

The place was great and easy to get to and very clean. Only downside was there was very little hot water so after 2 people showered there was no hot water left and we had 8 people. Also could use some more washcloths/towels to accommodate all the guests that it sleeps. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond and property was clean and in a great location to major theme parks. Would definitely consider for future stays.

We stayed at Vista Cay for the 'non-Disney' part of our vacation. The condo was excellent. Plenty of room for 4 of us to spread out. The condo was nicely updated and very clean. All the beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony that had plenty of furniture for all of us. Having an additional family room with a tv was also a plus.
Communication with Teresa was excellent. She was very responsive and helpful. She even adjusted our check-in and check-out times to accommodate our schedule. Which we really appreciated.
We would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back soon.

Overall we all enjoyed our stay at Vista cay, it was close to literally every location we had in mind and there was always something to do. The property was very clean, very safe and ideal for the kids. Thanks Lin.

Normally we stay in larger homes in Reunion Resort, but this was definitely worth the money and saving a lot of money. Next time we come back to Orlando this is the place to stay. Grounds were immaculate!

Had the opportunity to attend an event at the Orange County Convention Center. The Vista Cay complex and our rental property turned out to be a perfect location. Overall the facilities are non a great location with regard to both the Convention Center , local restaurants and supermarkets. Loved the on site facilities and the rental property was great. Extremely quiet facility , comfortable amenities, and it met our requirements . I would recommend this facility….. I would bring a beach wagon next time as the walk from the parking lot to the apartments with luggage and groceries etc was a bit challenging (especially water cases)

The mattresses in all the beds need to be replaced. Two towels for a three day stay was not acceptable. I stay in Condos all over the US and this was the first time I had to wash towels during a stay.

We were very happy with our stay in this condo. Upon walking in, we noticed how clean it was, which we were so happy about. It was very spacious and there were plenty of utensils, plates, and pans for cooking. The location was close to a lot of activities and restaurants-we were there mostly to go to Universal, which was just minutes away. The pool area was very clean and not too busy during the week, but was pretty busy closer to the weekend, which was expected. Lin was very responsive to any questions we had and the check-in process was seamless. We would definitely stay at this property in the future!

This is a wonderful property and fit our family well for the trip. The place is clean, sufficiently stocked in the kitchen, nicely located near a Publix, Dunkin’ Donuts, bars, and restaurants. It is very roomy with plenty of areas to sit and relax, including a spacious outdoor patio. The community pool and hot tub were great and not very busy. The game room was ok but still fun for a few video games and billiards.
Overall, a wonderful stay and we’ll be staying here the next time we’re in Orlando.

We loved our stay here and were impressed with the location (we visited Sea World), spotless condo and ease of communication with the owner. The condo is breathtaking and will make you feel like you are on vacation the moment you walk in the door. It is well equipped and you will have everything you need for a great stay. The condo is SO CLOSE to the main pool which was a benefit as well. We could not have asked for anything more and cannot wait to come back. You will not regret visiting this property!

Upon arrival the WiFi didn’t work but owner was able to fix problem quickly. My teen son sleep on the pull out couch and he said it needs replaced. The springs don’t hold the mattress and it sinks in. The biggest proble was with the AC. The temperature will reset to 75 at 3am and we work up every night in a sweat. My husband has asthma and this wasn’t good for him. This affected getting a good nights sleep. We Tried using the hot tub 2 different times and each time it was
Full of kids and teens. The pool and hot tub are just two small for the amount of people so we didn’t get to use it. Also there were tissues and only 3 rolls of toilet paper. I thought the master sweat had a nice comfortable bed.

Weekend Getaway
My husband and I recently used Orlando as a meeting point to spend a weekend getaway with friends living in Tallahassee. We found the Penthouse Vista Cay listing and it was the perfect amount of space for us. The condo is just as listed and we arrived and checked in with no issues. The condo is very clean (I just wish there were tissues in the bathroom and perhaps a dusting of baseboards and air vents from time to time for those with allergies). We were able to cook breakfast each morning before our daily activities and enjoyed the balcony with fan! We didn't use the pool as it was very crowded with children, but it's a very easy walk from this condo unit. We would definitely consider staying at this location again.

Our condo was the prefect size for our family of four! The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable too! I loved vista cay resort and will be back again someday!

Fantastic place to call home base!
The comfort and location here couldn’t be beat. The unit is close to the pool area and had all the amenities we needed. The only hiccup was an overloaded A/C unit and the owner replied and addressed that problem immediately. We would return again and highly recommend.
