Cette maison familiale au bord d’un lac se trouve dans une grande crique paisible du lac LBJ à Granite Shoals, au Texas. Le lac LBJ est l'un des plus grands lacs à niveau constant des États-Unis et est idéal pour le ski nautique, le jet-ski, le canotage et la pêche. La maison du lac est dans une zone sans sillage dans la crique qui est idéale pour la baignade et l'amarrage des bateaux et des motomarines. Our family and a friends family stayed here for the weekend. The kids loved all the lake activities, the slide off the dock, and lilly pad. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

We loved our stay! This house has a great backyard, lake access, dock slide, and is very clean! The kitchen has all the appliances you need for meals. Large living room was perfect for visiting and relaxing while taking a break from the lake and at nights. The AC keeps this charming home so comfortable! Everyone had a fantastic time!!

Took grandkids (7, 11, 17) up to Lake LBJ for a few days. They all remember this house as “the catfish house”! Great location not far from Marble Falls, quiet cove, great dock for lounging & fishing, fire pit, plenty of space for kids to run and play and house was comfy with plenty of space for us 5. Seven year old granddaughter caught a 2lb catfish and was so excited. Homeowner was extremely nice and quick to answer back. Can’t wait to book again! Hudson Family

After spending a week this rental started to really feel like home. It was cozy and spacious enough for a family vacation that no one was in each others way or felt crowded. The pictures of the house itself did not do it justice. The location on the lake was awesome the cove was peaceful and quiet but a great place to stay away from the crowds on the weekend.
It wasn't clearly stated in the listing that boat lift and jet ski lifts weren't available to use when renting. We called the owner and she answered right away to help. The parking was a little tricky to figure out for a double jet ski trailer, pontoon boat trailer, truck, yukon xl and my parents car but it was figured out thankfully. We picked this house because we thought my 2 year old niece would be able to wade in the water but there was too much algae. I understand nature is nature though.
Overall the trip was fun and the entire family had a Great vacation!!

Clean, Clean was our major impression. Fully stocked kitchen, great pier and dock. The paddle boards and kayak were a great feature. The beds were comfortable and the hot water was abundant. TVs for football and movies worked well. We even caught a few fish! Great destination.

Sunbathing, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, playing, grilling, relaxing, etc. etc. etc. and if that was not enough, the property is conveniently located just few miles away from a friendly boat rentals and the gorgeous Inks Lake State Park and Longhorn Cavern State Park. So, there was everything for everyone in our group (my wife, myself, our 3 children 26, 16 and 5 plus a teenage friend). The house, the yard and the dock are very clean and well maintained. The neighbors were very quiet (in fact, we have not seen them at all for the 3+ days).Check in and check our procedures are very straight forward and easy to follow. The whole stay has been very pleasant and relaxing. Just what we need to recharge our batteries before going back to work and school.We highly recommend this property, it offers a great value for the money and delivers what we all are looking for in a family retreat.

Perfect location great amenities
Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at this clean well kept property. The owners are wonderful and the house is stocked with all necessities. There is an added bonus of a kayak and paddle boards. The deck and dock have amazing views and it is tucked into a cove with little traffic so using the kayak and paddle boards is quite pleasant.

Exceeded expectations
We had an amazing time at Chrissy's adorable lake house. The house is bigger than we thought based on the pictures. There was enough room for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 infants. It's an older house but very clean and beautifully remodeled. The rooms are located right off the front door. The kids room to the right has 2 bunk beds versus 1. There are plenty of board games available. The house was fully stocked with basic necessities such as linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and cookware. We woke up every morning and drank our coffee on the dock, fished and watched the sunrise. Our days were spent swimming, kids sliding off the dock slide and kayaking in the provided kayak. We rented a boat for the day and they delivered it right to the dock. Evenings spent on the spacious back porch barbecuing, playing jenga and kids running in the yard. We enjoyed a nice glass of wine on the dock watching the sunset after the littles went to bed. Our last night was perfect with a campfire and s'mores. Gas stations and dollar store is less than 6 minutes away and Walmart or heb is about 10 minutes. Chrissy was a wonderful host and was pretty responsive to our needs and questions. She even let us use their personal tube for the boat. There was a washer issue and we couldn't figure out how to use the dining room light, but that did not matter at all. The house is equipped with central air conditioning and the rooms had their own window units in case you needed it cooled down faster. The master room A/C leaked on to the floor but we didn't end up needing it even in 95 degree weather. The house is in a quiet cove right off Lake LBJ, perfect for a much needed quarantine getaway. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you Chrissy for opening up your adorable lake house.

Me and my 3 small children were in serious need of a fun and relaxing getaway. The house was perfect, the lake and boat dock were exactly what we needed. Chrissy the owner exceeded my expectations with her responsiveness and helpfulness. I home to go back as soon as we can!
