Platelage hors tout l'arrière de la maison et de très grandes fenêtres à prendre tout en. Nous sommes les animaux de compagnie et avoir une cour entièrement clôturée (sauf au bord de l'eau) ce qui en fait un bon endroit pour amener les amis à fourrure long pour les toutes les festivités.
Amenez le bateau et stationnement de la remorque-extra à gauche de la propriété sur un terrain fermé vacants. Parking bateau le long du côté de la cloison avec plusieurs hauts lien dans le calme sans sillage crique à droite de votre parc de porte-publique de retour avec rampe à quelques pas de la maison pour des options supplémentaires à l'accès au lac. Grande opportunité d'être à droite sur le niveau convoité et contrôlée Lac LBJ.
Le lac est un lac long et joli avec de nombreuses criques à explorer. De la maison du lac, vous pouvez bateau-Orient pour le barrage Wirtz, ou au sud de la baie Horseshoe, ou aller vers le nord à Kingsland puis aller à l'ouest et d'explorer la rivière Llano. Si vous ne disposez pas d'un bateau ou une motomarine, vous pouvez louer un sur place.

The house was great and clean. Accessing the property was easy and seamless. Inside we had all the amenities we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay!! You wake up in the master bed with a beautiful view of the lake which was our favorite part.
We rented a boat nearby and were able to dock it right up to the back yard to take a pitstop. SUPER convenient!!
Our dogs LOVED the huge front and back yard (which is 100% fenced in) for ball throwing and exploring. They had such a blast, and we did too!

If you’re looking for that perfect lake trip, A Touch of Texas is where you want to be. The house is amazing! Whether you’re on the lake all day enjoying the refreshing water, fishing from the back yard, or exploring the beautiful Marble Falls area, Carol considered everything you’d need. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are amazingly comfy. She even has a stash of linens, bowls and toys for your fur-baby. The huge backyard is probably our favorite spot to hang out. We set up a volleyball net and played for hours with our kids, and in the evenings, enjoyed sitting on the large deck playing music and games late into the night. Carol has hosted us for two summers now and because of her thoughtful touches to make this home feel like our home, I will never have to search any further for a lake house on LBJ. This is our spot!

The property is as advertised, will sleep 7 perfectly. Two couples and 3 kids is perfect. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We don’t usually cook when stay in a short term rental, but it appeared to be fully stocked. The yard was manicured and fully fenced for our labradoodle to run around. For boaters. There is a concrete break wall with two cleats. The channel is very shallow and we have a wake boat and we did touch bottom with the prop. It is very soft so no damage but it is shallow. Sand and silt so no issue. If you have a pontoon or something else with an outboard you can trim up you won’t have issue. Our issue is we draft a couple feet and the Chanel is only 2 feet in some areas. The furniture and bedding was very clean and you can tell Carol takes care of her rental. We will most definitely be back.

Comfortable and relaxing house on the lake. Clean! Big kitchen! Lovely deck and huge fenced lawn. Note that one side of the yard is the lake. This might not be safe for small children or dogs who jump in any body of water, but for us it was perfect! So scenic!

The house is exactly as pictured, modern, clean, with cute finishes throughout. The deck and backyard were perfect, and I especially appreciated the fully fenced yard for our dogs. The location is a bit off the lake, and if you don't bring your own boat or rent something, you're not going to swim in the shallow cove water.
The public boat ramp and park are a stone's throw across the water, and are rather active. Makes for good people watching, but not quite as peaceful as you may expect. From the local activity, seems like good fishing right off the dock!
That said, we really enjoyed our stay, and the host was great. I think anyone would overlook the "off the lake location" if you add a few kayaks for use!

Myself and my wife had a wonderful stay at the lake home in Granite Shoals TX.
The description of property and home was as stated very inviting & comfortable.
Carol the property manager did a super job making sure everything met our expectations and beyond.
Carol also made sure we had a smooth entry and exit of the property with our two-month winter getaway.
If another winter getaway happens in 2025, I would highly consider the TX. Lake home in
Granite Shoals again.

This was our second time at the lake house and it was just as perfect. The beds are so comfortable, the house is thoughtfully appointed, the kitchen is open and lovely to cook in. And THE VIEW from the living room. I could sit on the couch for hours. It’s such an inviting space. We will return!!

The house has a large kitchen and living room area and spacious deck that was perfect for a family weekend getaway. But, the house is not exactly on the lake. It is on a canal that feeds into the lake and the backyard faces a parking lot and public boat ramp. It was pretty quiet all weekend and there weren't too many cars there, so it was ok. The yard is fenced and they allow pets, so we enjoyed being able to bring our dogs. The cooking supplies need to be updated. The pots and pans are very cheap and the knives were all totally dull. It made preparing food for our large group difficult. Also, there is only soap in the bathrooms and nothing else. I've never stayed at an AirBnb that didn't have shampoo. Even the cheapest motels have shampoo. Also, the outside of the house was very dirty. There were cobwebs everywhere and all of the patio furniture was filthy. My husband spent 30 minutes after we arrived sweeping and dusting everything off before his elderly parents arrived. I can only speak for the beds we slept on, but the mattresses were comfortable and the bedding was nice. Overall, this place is ok for a weekend getaway and priced reasonably for the number of bedrooms and amount of space.

This house was perfect! Huge living room, dining room and kitchen where we were about 80% of the time. Carol has the kitchen very nicely stocked! We did not need a thing! The outside was nice. The water was perfect for floating around and keeping cool on a really hot day! There was plenty of shade for those that did not get in but wanted to be by the water. Overall this house was excellent! Thanks again Carol!

We had two couples, a 2 year old, two kids in elementary school and two dogs. The elementary age kids LOVED the loft! Was absolutely perfect for them. We had never stayed in a rental with a fenced yard- this was so nice! Carol really did think of everything to make this dog friendly. The two year old did great too! There was a nice park less then 2 minutes walking distance that was well shaded. The loft also had a doggie gate (or ”kids” gate) to block from going up stairs. The kitchen was very well equipped, but not many plastic items. So for kids I would pack non breakable dishes. It really was a great weekend getaway. Would stay here again!

Our stay was very enjoyable mainly because the property is extremely nice and welcoming. As described in the listing, easy check-in, host communicated quickly. I was able to tie off my boat with the cleats that are installed along the retaining wall, which made accessing the water very easy. We would definitely be back and highly recommend.

The house was beautiful with a layout that accommodated a family of five plus two friends very well. The yard was spacious and well kept and we had seamless access to lake LBJ from the backyard. Plenty of towels and linens for the week which also included items for our fur-baby! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to grill outside or cook a big family meal inside. Carol was accommodating and easy to communicate with. You can tell from the moment you walk inside that the owner had your comfort in mind. We will definitely return to this lovely place!

The house was aesthetically amazing. Everything was remodeled, modern and looked fantastic and still felt very cozy. The location was right on the lake and the fenced area and large lawn were great for our dogs to play. The kids fished from the dock and we were able to rent a boat and park right at the property to load our stuff on. We had a great relaxing time and would definitely like to rent again!

A group of ladies rented this property for a "booked" weeked of reading. When searching, I was looking for a property with good outdoor areas with lots of seating and comfortable places to read indoors. This property was absolutely perfect and checked all of the boxes. We enjoyed the beautifully decorated home, spacious kitchen area, and comfortable beds. The views from the outdoor deck are beautiful all day, and the chairs were comfortable for sitting in the Texas breeze.
Marble Falls was close by for snacks, and we made sure to stop by the Bluebonnet Cafe for Pie Happy Hour! Lovely property, and we will be back for more trips in the future.

House is freshly renovated and feels brand new. Luxurious but not pretentious. Great spot for a relaxing visit. Easy water access. Calm shallow water for paddle boarding and tube-lounging.

Everything about the House itself was as good or better than expected. :) We especially liked how spacious, clean, and updated it was; and that we were able to park both of our Vehicles in the Garage. :) The only thing that might be considered negative, regarding 'our Stay', was that there is new Construction going on right next store and the continuous 'Lively Music' the workers were enjoying started at 7:30am on Saturday - a bit early for us. We are fully aware this is no reflection on the Property Owner and/or Manager, but some Renters in Spring / early Summer 2023 might prefer a 'Heads-up', particularly if they plan to spend a lot of time at the Property. (We spent most of our day Friday and Saturday shopping in Marble Falls.) Cindy G.

A wonderful house for the family! The loft room was perfect for our children and the majority of the house was safe for my mother and her walker to navigate. We did family puzzles on the big dining room table, cooked a holiday dinner in the gorgeous kitchen, and the back patio overlooking the lake was perfect. We were there for the worst of the cold weather over the holidays and were still warm and cozy in the house. It was a great place to spend the holidays.

Loved our stay in Granite Shoals this weekend! The house is perfect - tucked away in a quiet cove yet easy access to the lake. The house is close to Marble Falls for a quick grocery trip or restaurants. Property owner is great - immediate response and made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. We look forward to our next visit!

Overall great stay. Close to boat launch and nice spot to tie off boat. Need to be careful though as the cove is shallow. House was clean and nice with great outdoor deck to enjoy view of cove. We had to adjust the sleeping arrangements because the loft was hot even with the fans provided but was not a big deal for us. Would stay again!
