We enjoyed this property with the convenient location to the park and playground and pool. The home was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals and entertaining two young boys. Our first trip to Vail was such a memorable one!

One of the best renting experiences i’ve had. Matt was a super host, always available, quick to answer and very helpful. The house is in great condition, very close to vail village. Everything was exceptionally clean, very cozy house. 100% recommended!

Property located in a very quiet community, nice area , Matt was really nice and kept really good communication . Our family had a great time !!!

To lead up to our stay, we had great communications from the owner. There were renovations going on and he let us know the status and progress. It was much appreciated and I'm glad I stayed with the selection as it was perfect for us, our kids and our grandkids. The combination of the location to Big Horn Park, the pool and the hot tub all added up for a great stay. There were games for the kids. The beds were comfortable. And the kitchen was well equipped. We couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend this place and will return when our family decides to return to Vail.

We stayed here for 2 weeks, during the Christmas holiday. The condo was a good setup for our family and convenient to Vail mountain. Loved the hot tub! Spacious, HOT, and 3 steps from back door. The attached garage had enough room for an extended Chevy Suburban, without the ski rack. Also, plenty of parking across in the parking lot. There’s a big TV in main room (Netflix , Hulu, plus assortment of kid/family DVDs) and another TV in master bedroom. Bunk beds were fantastic! Strong and stable. Enough room on bottom bed to sit up. You can tell these were well made; not like the cheap ikea-type ones in other vrbos we’ve stayed in. We didn’t try to use fireplace (I’m nervous about wood burning ones) but there was a ton of fresh cut firewood all along the garage wall. I would have liked a bit more lighting in the main room; area where the ceiling is flat. (although we like it sunshine bright!) Plenty of pillows and towels, including a ton of beach towels. There aren't closets in the downstairs bedroom or two of the upstairs bedrooms, but there were full-size dressers and a bi-fold closet in the bunk room. Plus, a very big master closet. Lots of toddler bowls, dishes, cups and forks. A dedicated space for little kids to play in the upstairs bedroom. Hot water was fast and endless! (although it was initially confusing because the shower valves are backwards.) Owner Matt swiftly replied to my inquiries and questions. Property maintenance crew did a great job with snow removal--keeping the driveway clear, and they also swept the inside of garage, at my request. Matt’s professionalism is exactly what you’d want from a vrbo owner. Thank you, Matt, for helping to make our Christmas/Ski Vacation special!

Private hot tub was great, convenient location to slopes via bus, spacious living area, and Matt was easy to work with.

Excellent accommodations. Great space for family gathering. We enjoyed the hot tub, grill and living space. Bedrooms all comfy and spacious. In these COVID times and great Place to do outdoor activities.

we loved the short walk to the little lake and playground. The pool was clean and across the street. The deck needs some work, but the size and hot tub were great.

Our two family group of 8 really enjoyed this condo! It was very well stocked with all you needed in the kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms, including accommodations for little kids. The entire condo, including the hot tub, was very clean. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the common areas were just big enough for our group. The owner was also VERY responsive over the VRBO app to any questions we had before and during our stay.

The house is excellent as well as the location. We spent 15 days in vail at Christmas and the New Year and I only have good things to say. It also has an excellent quality / price ratio.

The place was easy to find, but it seemed smaller than what we saw in the pictures. It was clean and most things were good with the place, but things are starting to fall apart. The microwave didn't work and the door handle on the oven fell off. My husband fixed that. Then the door handle to the deck almost fell off. He couldn't fix that. The hot tub was a hit. Even in the snow. All in all, it was a nice place.

The pictures online don't do this place justice. It's a fabulous place with tons of space. Has a great deck and a private hot tub. We loved the location and would rent here again.

We loved our stay. Short walk to free bus. Kitchen well supplied. Nice hottub right outside the back door. Nice grill and fireplace. Kid friendly. Would stay hear again if we come back to Vail with a large group again.

Recently stayed during the summer in Vail and this townhouse was great for our family of 8 adults and 3 young kids. The location was right next to the bus route as well as an easy drive to everywhere, including hiking and stores, but so very quiet. Our 3 young kids loved the park just a short walk across the creek. The unit itself had everything you could need and was very clean and everything worked wonderfully. The hot tub was great after an unexpectedly challenging time. We would absolutely stay here again! Host were always responsive with answers to questions.

This unit was just perfect and had everything we needed. The owners really understand what a family needs when traveling! The beds, linens and supplies were so nice as well as many extra touches. Having a washer -dryer upstairs made laundry so easy! It was a warm, cozy place for families to spend time together. I would highly recommend it.

The walk to the shuttle stop was farther than expected. It appears the hot tub water needs changed was cloudy. The condo was very nice and fully equipped with everything you need.

This was our second time to rent this unit and it is wonderful. This time, we came with two families (total of three children ages 10-13) for Christmas week and last time we came for Spring Break. There is plenty of room for everyone. The amenities are great and Stephanie is super-helpful and responsive (she made sure that the post office knew we had packages coming for Christmas so that everything got there on time). If you don't want to take the shuttle, it is an easy drive to either the Village or Lionshead parking garage, so it is convenient for skiing. The hot tub is awesome and the gas grill on the deck works great. As an added bonus, you can load in luggage and groceries through the garage and and you only have to carry clothes up the stairs to the bedroom. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to outside of the Village or Lionshead.

This condo was so wonderful for our group of 8. We had 5 kids ages 7-11 that spent the majority of the time at Big horn park which is walking distance. There is also a grassy area with a volleyball net in the middle of the condos. There was plenty of room in the condo for everyone. Although the floor plan is a little closed in , the Kitchen was great and rooms very comfortable. The vail village bus stop is very close and we also rode our bikes in to town a lot. The owners were very helpful with any needs or questions we had. We loved it here and can't wait to come back.

We enjoyed out stay at the lovely duplex condo. It had plenty of room for a large group. The big hot top was wonderful at the end of a busy day in the mountains.

This was our second time at this property and it was perfect once again. We have two children (7 month old and 2.5yr old) and the accommodations were wonderful. They have a toddler bed, toys, private hot tub, pool, park etc. The property is very clean and well maintained. The owners were prompt with responding and made it seem like home. It is a very short walk to the bus stop for Vail village and a great location. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the Vail area!

Great homeowners to work with and communicate with. The house is great for families as it has the community pool and park. All in all, a great experience all around.

We were thrilled with the home. Not only does it have plenty of room, but it had everything we needed to accommodate young children. We had three children under 5 staying with us. There was a toddler bed, toys, and dishes. The pool in the development, the nearby park and walking path were perfect for the kids. And Vail Village is just a short drive away. All together it was a great family vacation.

This was a great home base for our large family as we explored Vail and surrounding areas. I highly recommend this townhome for any family seeking a trip to this wonderful vacation destination. We enjoyed zipline, high ropes courses, trampolines, horse-back riding, and jeep tours all within a short-drive of the home. The hot tub, pool and nearby park provided entertainment on the "down days" when we did not have activities planned. The description is accurate. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner went out of her way to make sure that we had everything that we needed to enjoy our time in Colorado.

I surprised my husband (and family) with the rental of this condo for his birthday so they could ski/snowboard for a long weekend. My grandson's favorite things were the hot tub, which we all enjoyed, and the "comfy" beds. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen well stocked, and the garage was a pleasant advantage. The property was well-maintained and the owners were very prompt in answering questions and making us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to our friends and relatives.
