Marina Sol - Best Location! - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo
Ce grand condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est situé au centre et est proche de tout. Il n'est pas nécessaire de louer une voiture ici, car vous pouvez marcher partout. Golf à proximité, marchez jusqu'à Cabo Wabo ou le centre commercial Puerto Paraiso. Peignez la plage tous les matins ou allez pêcher en haute mer à partir de cet endroit merveilleux à un pâté de maisons de la plage de Medano. Les 2 chambres (chacune avec lits king) sont séparées par le salon / cuisine pour un maximum d'intimité si vous allez avec un autre couple. 2 salles de bain en font un condo très confortable. Le condo offre une vue sur la piscine dans le seul immeuble avec ascenseur du complexe Marina Sol. Marina Sol possède une fantastique piscine chauffée, un bain à remous, un restaurant dans la cour, un salon de beauté, un massothérapeute, un mini-marché et quelqu'un pour réserver vos visites. Beaucoup de bons restaurants se trouvent juste à l'extérieur de la cour aussi. Il y a un barbecue sur une belle grande terrasse qui s'étend sur toute la largeur du condo. La cuisine a tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter pour faire de délicieux repas et si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner, il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité. Livré avec tous les draps, serviettes et serviettes de plage. Nous avons un gestionnaire immobilier sur place, donc si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, ils sont là pour vous aider.

2 bedroom condo in walking distance to Medano Beach and Marina. Reasonably priced and the small condo complex was clean and well taken care of. Staff on the property were very nice and helpful. Great place to stay with kids.

This large, comfy 2 bedroom is just 2 1/2 blocks from Medano Beach and about 2 1/2 blocks from the mall which has a great grocery store with deli. The condo has beach chairs, Beach umbrella, and large beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked. I would definitely return.

There is so much to say! Essentially, you won't be disappointed staying here. So close to everything! Fantastic restaurants within a block, beach is 4 min walk away, Marina 8 min, city center 12. The grounds are so well kept, the pool cleaned every morning. The team is so ready to assist at any time. There are a few eating/drinking options on-site, very convenient. And food and benefits service poolside. The AC in the unit worked super well. Kitchen was fully stocked. Comfy couch and huge tv nice for family movie night after a day of too much sun. There are only two things that my personal preference would prefer to see changed for next time: the mattresses were huge which was great, but way too firm and a door for the toilet in the master suite. The fan was very good, but the curtain closure did not allow for privacy. An accordion door could be solution. Other than that, it was everything we needed for a nice, easy, no-frills, relaxing vacay, and I would definitely go back.

We loved this place and highly recommend! Great location - easy to walk to the beach, town and marina. There were beach chairs and an umbrella which were perfect since we spent a lot of time there. The property has a ton of amenities which we enjoyed, including the pool, clubhouse, on-site restaurant and bar. The condo is a nice size overlooking the pool and the property manager was very helpful as well. We would choose this place again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, a nice patio overlooking a courtyard, quiet, and 2 bedrooms at opposite ends of the condo. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities for our stay and the air conditioning made for a comfortable living environment! We would request the same condo the next time we come to Cabo!

The best of the best!
We loved everything about our stay in what we call The Parrot Room! We have stayed many times at Marina Sol. It’s location, pool size, amenities and overall vibe are always exactly what we are looking for when we visit Cabo. Gerald’s condo exceeded our expectations. Maggie was an incredible manager, and was so welcoming and helpful in every way. There were plenty of fresh towels, beach chairs, food in the fridge, a super comfy sectional couch and a huge screen tv with Netflix! We cannot recommend this property more highly to prospective guests; you will NOT be disappointed!!

Will not stay here again
The location of this property is perfect. I’ve stayed at Marina sol before and have loved it. However I will not be renting from Gerry again. I received a confirmation email but when we got there the check in process was horrible we had to wait 45minutes before getting in bc I was never contacted with information regarding check in process or key for the condo. After a long trip it’s awful having to wait. In addition I received a call a week after our stay to discuss dog poop on the floor mind you all we don’t even own a dog. Gerry stated some of the neighbors saw us I asked him to please check his cameras before calling me with these accusations. He also said there was something seemed like water spilled on his couch which I thought was odd that his couch would still be wet a week later and he’d call to touch bases so late after our stay.

Gerry's place
Great condo. Clean and well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Gerry has a property manager that takes care of all your needs at the condo and also will pick you up at the airport. The pool and bar have just been updated and in great shape. Great time for a trip to go to Cabo and we will be going back to Gerry's place next year!

Marina Sol
The location is excellent! Short walk to the beach. Lovely pool area, nice and quiet. The lady in the little store on the property was very sweet. We experienced some technical difficulties and were never able to reach the local property manager.

Condo needs work
Condo beds are way to hard. Slept on the couch last to days not much better. Smelled musty and two air conditioners leaked water. No toilet paper. 1/2 the remotes didn’t work for the air conditioner and lights/fans. Don’t think I would rent this condo again. But I would in the resort

Cabo
The property was in an excellent location and our room was clean and great for a family! We had some issues with the air conditioner leaking and needing to keep a towel under it to collect leaking water. We didn’t have enough toilet paper to last our entire trip and needed to purchase more. The bedding was clean and ready to use but we felt the beds were very hard. Lastly the restaurant and bar were shut down and being renovated during our stay the construction was loud and it was disappointing not to have a swim up bar or restaurant on site as this is one of the features that we were looking forward to, that being said I don’t believe the owner of the property likely had knowledge of this prior to our booking.

Great location
The location was great for this property, we were able to walk every were we needed to go. We had some air conditioning issues (leaking, loud knocking noises) and the linens & towels need to be replaced, plus there are a few things that needed to be fixed in the property Other then that, it definitely fit our needs. We really enjoyed the pool area as well.

Great family stay with teenagers
Excellent location- right in the middle of town, but very quiet and felt private (it was the last week of July- low season). We used the pool every day, or took the 5 minute walk out the back gate to be on Medano Beach: warm water, nice sand and very clean!
The condo had everything we needed (including 2 beach chairs, umbrella and floaties). It has a casual vibe- no need to worry about kids messing up fancy decor. The complex has several pluses:
1. super friendly helpful concierge in lobby helped us book a sunset cruise (really nice- just don't expect quality food/drinks), arranged for rental snorkeling gear to be dropped off, and even a rental car brought to the condo to use for 2 days (we decided to go snorkeling at Chelleno beach- highly recommend!!!! and a round of golf) 3. snack bar near pool had nice breakfast, smoothies etc, and the bar near lobby was a perfect quiet spot. Kitchen had plenty of equipment for cooking, there were plenty of towels for all the water activities. Our week had awesome weather and we would love to come back to Marina Sol again. The owner was very responsive to questions, and his local contact Jimmy was superb with tips and rides to/from airport.

Location, Location,
This condo was everything we hoped it would be! We have stayed at Marina Sol before but in other condos. This condo faced the pool and wonderful grounds. With 2 master bedrooms it was very accommodating for our son and his wife! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and what ever one would need to cook or make coffee, Spent many days on the deck reading or having cocktails. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone! Cannot wait to return!

Perfect location
Another beautiful stay in Cabo! The Marina Sol is the perfect location to walk to the beach, the marina or down town. Our condo was clean, comfortable and just the right size to relax inside or out on the huge patio.

great location, big enough for two couples or a family with children to have individual space
good view from 2nd floor of pool and yard, older unit with a little wear and tear but absolutely fine for a cabo beach vacation, short couple blocks walk to all medano beach locations, security is evident as is locked gates in the evening. we will come back

Marino Sol was nice but our condo was not very clean, ripped sheets, gray towels, rusty coffee machine etc etc. Over rated. Poor dollar value. Low end bed and very sad couch

Perfect location for easy access
This is a great condo location with a wonderful pool and great amenities. Our trip got cut very short, unexpectedly, and Gerry was very helpful and understanding. I am extremely familiar with Cabo so had very few needs, but felt like there were great resources available to help. Ella, the concierge was also by helpful. I look forward to returning and can't wait to see any changes along the way.

Great complex. Condo had issues
The condo complex is great. Nice big warm pool and all kept up beautifuly.
As for the condo not so much. It was dirty and any dish we used had to be washed. No dishwasher might be the problem. The bed was ok but the linens were old and stained. As were the towels. There was no support from any management company. Although we were told there would be. We were told that very bruply when we arrive and letting us in was a favour. Had to buy our own toilet paper & soap. Half a roll for a week doesn't cut it. There was no info on how anything worked... wifi, air conditioning fans & no hot tub key . If they did work???
The owner did come by on check out. But all the issue seemed to be the fault of staff . Hmmm
Regardless we had a great time.

A big shout out to Gerry Burchard for renting out his property at Marina Sol. We always love staying
at The Condo's as they are so close to everything that we like. Restaurants, The Marina, The Beach etc...
Everything is pretty well in walking distance.
When we book our next trip down to Cabo we will certainly keep Gerry's unit in mind and are looking forward
to seeing the upgrades that he has planned. (Not that any are really needed in his unit).

Marina Sol
We had an enjoyable stay at the Marina Sol. The location was great, 5-minutes to the marina, beach and downtown. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity and the staff was very gracious and helpful. We would stay at the Marina Sol again and recommend it to others.

Great family getaway.
This property is a great place to stay for a family. It is quiet so you can recharge at night. It is walking distance from banks, the mall, the marina and the beach and many restaurants. The restaurant on the property " The Oasis" has daily specials at good prices and ran 2X1 specials every day we were there. They also have a minimart on the property with many items at reasonable prices. The pool was clean and at a perfect temperature. It is not an upscale property but it is perfect for R&R especially if you have a larger family like us. Don't let the 80 s decor throw you off, everything in the room worked, AC , WiFi with a new modem, phone, and the grill on the patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pot, pans, blender and even margarita and shot glasses. The fridge and over work just fine. We were on a budget ant this worked out just fine for us. We plan to return to Los Cabos and we will definaltly work to get this property again especially because there was great communication with the owner before and after the rental. I woul definaltly recommend this property to a friend.

The best location in Cabo, walking distance to all the cool stuff. Will stay here again!
What a great place! I definitely recommend staying here. Being new to traveling in Mexico, we scored huge by renting this property. It's a 2 block walk to the beach, and all the great restaurants. The marina is also a very easy walk & there is all the good shopping very close by. The property is beautiful, the staff were great! The condo was clean, comfy & very acommodating. It was quiet at night which is great because I'm a very light sleeper. I didn't see any weird bugs, and everyone else that we met at the property were very full of helpful information & were great. If you are considering staying in Cabo, do yourself a favor and rent this property!

Great location
Our stay here was very pleasant. The unit was extremely clean and allowed a very quick check-in/out. The location of the property is great too as you are just a few minutes walk from Medano Beach and also from town. I would definitely rent this same space again on my next trip if it is available.
