Êtes-vous sur un budget comme la plupart d'entre nous et fatigué de payer 1 200 $ plus pour une location de condo hebdomadaire en bord de mer? Cherchez pas plus loin. Le condo est au 8e étage d'un immeuble de 8 étages. Il s'agit d'un 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains pouvant accueillir un maximum de 6 personnes. De plus, c'est comme entrer dans votre propre maison avec des draps et des serviettes et plus encore. Vous avez juste besoin de votre brosse à dents, de votre crème solaire et de votre maillot de bain. La cuisine a un grand réfrigérateur, four avec cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et est entièrement équipée pour concocter un repas ou faire un cocktail glacé. Même en vacances, il est agréable d'avoir une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le complexe. Le condo est décoré avec goût et vous vous sentez comme à la plage. Nous sommes fiers de notre condo, donc nous ne permettons pas de fumer dans notre unité (y compris le balcon) et les animaux sont interdits par les locataires. Le complexe dispose du WIFI pour que vous puissiez surfer sur le net.
Notre gestionnaire de location est très sympathique qui vous aidera tout au long du processus de location et sera là pendant votre séjour pour vous aider avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le stationnement est gratuit et les bateaux et jet-skis sont autorisés. Les jardins viennent d'être récemment rénovés et il y a un restaurant à côté pour profiter de votre repas à la plage. La propriété a une piscine et a beaucoup de chaises et de parasols au bord de l'océan.
Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire à part se reposer sur nos plages de sable blanc. Vous pouvez faire de la pêche côtière ou hauturière, du parachute ascensionnel à l'Inlet ou prendre des cours de surf (pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns). Je ne peux pas oublier Mickey !!! Disney est à moins d'une heure de route avec Epcot, Universal Studios et le Kennedy Space Center. Pour tous les fans de course, Daytona International Speedway est à seulement 15 minutes. Ai-je mentionné que nous avons les meilleurs restaurants de fruits de mer causals en ville? Rien de tel que de prendre un sandwich au poisson frais frit avec des rondelles d'oignon maison tout en profitant de la brise de la rivière. De plus, si vous avez besoin d'une baby-sitter, nous pouvons également vous la fournir.

The location could not be beat. We loved the closeness to Flagler Ave and the view of the ocean was perfect! We had great communication from the host when a slight problem arise. It was dealt with very quickly and professionally. The space was clean and well-appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival the condo had not been cleaned because of a scheduling mishap Melinda contacted cleaning service and solved the issue while we explored the area
Once we settled in was adequate we did find a few things that need to be replaced a beach towel with a hole in it and a wicker chair on the patio was rotting with 2 legs missing couldn’t be used
All in all I enjoyed my stay

The location on the 8th floor corner unit is great. This is the second year my brother and I were able to view a launch from the balcony. The moon was right in front of us and although waning, it was red as it rose and quite a beautiful sight.
This is our choice when going to New Smyrna Beach.

This property has the best location near and walkable to restaurants and fun and Flagler Avenue. The beach front view is fantastic. The condo has everything you need as far as ammenities. The decor and condo is a little dated, but clean. The negative side is that you have wash and dry any beach towels you use. Also, DON'T leave your car unattended until you get a parking pass from the front desk. The towing company will tow the car whether you've been there 1 minute or 20 minutes. It happened to us. The property owner is currently in the process in getting us a refund for this ridiculous and seemingly unlawful situation. Fingers crossed.

This place definitely trades on its location. The walk to Flagler ave and all it has to offer is less than five minutes. Also the view of NSB is fantastic.
Upon arrival, everything looks acceptable. But as soon as you drop a toy on the floor near the couch, you begin to see the truth; Only the readily visible areas have been cleaned and much of the condo is falling apart.
I’m not saying that the owner should break the bank to turn the place into a luxury condo, but when the cabinets (both kitchen and bathrooms) have taken on more water than the Titanic, it’s time to update.
Loose electrical outlets, broken dining room chairs.
Melynda is a very responsive owner, and I have brought these issues to her attention. Hopefully, as she said she would, she will handle it and make it right for future vacationers.

The cleaning people were there when we arrived at 5pm. We just left and got groceries and came back at 6 pm . Beautiful view and ocean front balcony . We had dinner at The Breakers a few doors down, food, drinks and service were great!!

Very enjoyable!!! Condo very clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and plenty of room. Everything was there for kitchen use and then some. Pleny of linen and towels. No stress!. Owner was very accessible.

very friendly. Restaurants and shopping short walk away even had a 7 Eleven for incidentals clise by. Loved being on 8th floor and on the corner, very nice breeze. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean and nice. Shelly went above and beyond on assisting us with a few special needs after our check in. The condo was clean, but the living room furniture was a little hard to sit on. The foam in the cushions have worn and slats of wood have been used to give stability to the couch and chair. The girls worked a couple of the puzzles and when put them back in the boxes with a note for future guests that a couple peices were missing( Not a huge deal, they just wanted others to know! ;) ) Overall, would certainly book and recommend this condo again!!

Location of property is great for all local activities and unit covers all of your basic needs. Master bed needs updating or mattress topper. I would say with some minor updates this would be a 5 Star Unit. On site office doesn't manage unit so they are a little hard to deal with.

The view is spectacular! The beds are comfortable and the living area is cozy. We loved the way the bathrooms were setup. The condo was roomy and welcoming. The resort is really well maintained and clean. All of the resort staff were courteous and friendly. There is easy access to the beach and tons of little shops and restaurants are just a 10 minute walk away. We had a great time and will book here again soon.

You cannot beat the location of this property. You are within walking distance of tons of restaurants and a boardwalk away from the beach. That said the condo is showing some ware and could use a little TLC. The mattresses are not in the greatest of shape so don’t expect the best sleep of your life. Luckily the room darkening shades help keep it cool and dark for sleeping. Melynda is a great property owner and helpful when issues arise. My daughter left an item behind and she quickly had her cleaning crew locate it and mail it back immediately. I really appreciate her attentiveness to our issue.

The view and breeze from the 8th floor corner unit was wonderful. The unit itself was dated, but clean (except for the beach chairs in the closet - we pulled them out to use them, but they were broken and full of sand, likely not something housekeeping checks). The beds were very firm. The AC unit kept the place cool and there was always hot water. Nice pool and short boardwalk to the beach.

Well first off the man that is at the reception desk has no people skills. I asked for toilet paper and trash bags and his reply was ...who did u rent from I said vrbo he said contact them.....but if would of rented from me I would give u some.....so if u rent here bring ur own trash bags and toilet paper...other than that the ocean is beautiful. Ideal location for NSB; walkable to Flagler ave. The room was clean. The primary bed was extremely hard but maneagable. The twin beds had a pillow top that comfortable. Kitchen supplies (particularly) plates/cups were limited so plan to bring/buy paper plates.

we come to NSB every summer. This was the best location we have ever stayed!! the view was amazing& I was able to watch the junior guards! so much to do with in walking distance. Easy beach access with clean pool on the beach. i will definitely stay here again!

The host was great!! Good location, excellent views, and relaxing. But the office could tell you at check-in about visitor parking pass!! Had a friend visit for less than 2 hours and his truck was towed at a cost of $160!! THIS IS WHEN OFFICE TOLD US ABOUT TEMPORARY PASSES, after the fact, not before! A little shady in my opinion??
