The pictures of this property are point on. We had plenty of room to relax and spread out throughout the condo. The property is very well stocked with any kitchen appliance and utensils you could need. The separate ice maker was amazing. John and Paige were easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay. We were a bit hesitant about the elevators with being on the 27th floor but all in all the experience was not terrible. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! We saw SO MANY dolphins and even saw 2 sting rays. Being so high you do not hear as much of the noise from the pool area and bar.
I do have a few complaints about the property in general, not the condo itself. The security is ALL OVER keeping anyone under 21 out of the adult only pool but they do not patrol or keep order around the other pool or lazy river. The pools were only cleaned one time the entire week we were there. There were deflated floats and trash lying around the lazy river at all times as well as SEVERAL broken lounge chairs. Unless you were in the lazy river early in the morning it was difficult to relax and just float due to all the kids swimming, running around and jumping into the lazy river.
All in all, we really did enjoy our time and would definitely stay again at John and Paige’s property. Thank you both for being amazing to work with. May God continue to bless you greatly!!

We had a wonderful time at the location. The amenities were top notch and the staff was great. Our family enjoyed the pool and beach, as well as nearby shopping and restaurants. We will definitely come back to Orange Beach.

stunningly beautiful. loved especially the ice maker, the VIEW which is fabulous. every amenity you would want. i loved that they kept sand toys from prior guests and cleaning supplies. overall a 5 star. we all agreed that we want to go back!!!

Thisbwas a perfect spot for a vacation with our adult children. Everyone had their own bedroom AND bathroom. The view was amazing and there was plenty of space foe everyone to relax in the balcony or in the large living room. The pictures were dead in. John and Paige were wxcellent communicators and great to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo! The view is fantastic and the furnishings are nice. The beds were comfortable and the unit was plenty spacious. The owners were friendly, communicative and helpful. We chose the property because we knew the temperature might not be warm enough for swimming in the ocean, so it was nice to have the indoor pool option. We ended up swimming in the lazy river and ocean as well, despite the water being somewhat chilly. We had a fantastic trip and would love to return to this beautiful property!

We stayed at this property with friends for a few days to ring in 2024. The condo is exactly as described. It’s beautiful with a lovely view. It was very well stocked and very clean. John and Paige sent messages with information and were very responsive to my questions. It was a lovely experience.

The property was great. Clean helpful and lovely view. I would install at least a couple full size toilets Three of the adults struggled with getting up from the small children toilet currently installed. Also possible the main restroom needs handicap rails. My mother had a bad hip causing some trouble with the low toilets and no hand rails. But we all loved the facilities and did I mention the VIEW lol

We had a excellent time staying in this condo. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to this area. I would say this was the cleanest condo we have every stayed in. The condo it’s self was amazing and host were very easy to work with
The negative is that there are only 6 elevators for all 32 floors and most of the time only 4 were working
When we first checked in we had to wait 45 minutes to get an elevator
We averaged 20 minutes from then on to ride the elevator’s for the rest of the week
The pool is very nice with lazy river
The only negative is that there is no shade or umbrellas around the chairs

Communication with condo owners were great. That goes along way with me. We stayed here two years ago in a different unit and we knew we wanted to return. We enjoy the convenience of pools and beach. Condo was clean and we didn’t have any issues for the week. Thanks again
