The owners of this facility are wonderful people, always ready to help and meet everyone.

Very home-like settlement. Kids were very happy with their rooms and parents were happy to not climb and worry about stairs.

The place was really lovely with great location next to a nice beach, decorated with a lot of style, spacy, with a nice sun terrace in front. We only stayed for 2 nights, but the place is well-equipped for a much longer stay. The parking was a big plus and we found out when we arrived that there is a personal umbrella with sunbeds on the beach for us, which was super convenient. Our hosts Dimitris and Anastasia were always available and very kind and attentive, thank you both for an amazing stay!

The only things I can point out were lack of stable internet connection, but we experienced issues like this in other places in Halkidiki and we didn't really need it that much on vacation.

Owners were very polite and friendly. Apartment was very good equipped, 3 bedrooms, 1 main room and very nice sea-view garden in front. enough parking outside or inside. pet friendly ))) we were very surprised, that personal umbrella allowed on the beach only for our apartment - very comfortable and useful.

Personnel was more than comfortable. Very clean. Thanks to them.

The way from the house to the beach. Was long and through the Flegra village. Guard in this village everyday ask us" why do you go through the village, go another way"!

The place is very nice.You have nice sea view the apartmant is big.Evrything is same like on the pictures.You have a safe place for your car big garden.You have super market close to you.This is one of the best places in khalitea im sure we will come agin..

Dimitris and Anastasia were great hosts, kind and friendly. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed. Very clean and tidy place, with great view and nice garden. Aegean Residence 1 is in a perfect location very close to the beach. It is very quiet and relaxing place for your summer vacation. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back again.
