Beau condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain situé à 2 1/2 pâtés de maisons de la promenade et de la plage dans une rue calme (25 ans et plus UNIQUEMENT, familles bienvenues). L'unité dispose d'un garage en dessous de l'unité avec jusqu'à 3 voitures de stationnement hors rue. Le condo est situé au centre de tout, à quelques pas du centre des congrès, des plages, de la promenade, des restaurants, des magasins, de la gare routière, etc.
L'unité est équipée d'une cuisine complète avec tous les appareils modernes, cuisinière à gaz, cafetière, lave-vaisselle et casseroles / poêles / plats / ustensiles pour 8 personnes ou plus. La table de la salle à manger peut accueillir huit personnes.
L'unité dispose de couchages pouvant accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes comme suit:
La chambre principale a un nouveau lit queen-size à plateau-coussin et un nouveau cadre de lit.
2ème chambre a un nouveau lit queen size oreiller haut
3ème chambre a un lit double, un lit simple et un lit pliant
Le salon a un lit queen size gigogne.

Maria's condo was clean and well furnished. Check in and out were a breeze. And the location is great, only a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Highly recommended.

Awesome property about 5 min walking distance to the beach. Beautiful interior and nice deck area for summer nights!! Property manager was a pleasure to deal with and provided 5* treatment. Even though we didn’t use the beach equipment, it was amazing to see it was available to use!!! We will try to book this location again in the near future!!

We arrived in Wildwood by boat, so our stay required a few special accommodations. Maria was great in her communications with us, and with her arrangements to have us provide us with linens and towels. She provided a very short list of items for us to bring like paper products, and what we found when we arrived was that the condo was very well stocked. Whether the items had been left from previous tenants or not we don’t know. But what we do know is that we really did not need to take toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. as it was all there. The condo has some age to it but was very clean and comfortable! 2 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk kept us central to everything! We had a great 3 night stay at Maria’s place and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

The apartment was as described. It was comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. You have to bring your own towels, sheets, toilet paper, etc., which we didn’t mind, but it something to consider if you’re traveling with limited space. The host was very easy to communicate with and gave us recommendations for places in the area. We had a good time. Everyone enjoyed our trip.

We were only spending a couple nights at the beach as a break between city stays in DC and NYC. It would have been great to have more time. The condo had plenty of space for our family of 6 and a well-supplied kitchen, which we didn’t get to utilize much. The beach items were great to have.
The linens not being supplied was a bit of a surprise, as it wasn’t in the listing, but it does seem to be the norm for the area. Overall, it was a great stay, and I wish we’d have had more time!

This condo was clean, conveniently located, comfortable, and was beyond our expectations. The beds and sofa were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach chairs and umbrellas were an added benefit.

This is our 4th year staying at Maria's condo. It was another awesome stay! As usual, the condo was clean and quiet. Maria is so easy to work with and always available to answer my questions. My children love this condo so much they call it their "other home." Thank you so much, Maria!

We came to Wildwood for the BCMF. The place was great! It was clean, plenty of space, and a close walk to the Boardwalk. The A/C could work a little better, but the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The host does let you know you have to bring bedding, towels, and other basics. This was new to me from renting VRBOs. Overall, a great place and happy we were able to secure the reservation for such a busy weekend.

My family and I loved our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and in a great location. In Walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants etc. Maria made it easy and carefree to rent and check in. The street was quiet and had plenty of parking. I only wish we stayed longer. I would highly recommend.
