Marc’s place had plenty of space for the family. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. Watching the live music from the beat deck in the Village was the best part. We make a couple of trips to Mammoth every year, this will be my first choice!

Condo was excellent for our group of 4, location was best it could be at Mammoth, easy access to the gondola and all the amenities of the village. Host was super responsive and easy to deal with.

The condo is on the top floor, above Gomez's, with a view of the Village Gondola. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and everything was in working order. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would absolutely book it again.

Great location. Easy check in with Marc. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking/eating items. TV’s in main room and each bedroom with smart Tv options (Netflix etc.). Second time staying here, no issues!

This is one delightful property where it's obvious the owner, Marc, truly wants you to have a wonderful visit. Hence, you will find from the moment you arrive you feel as though you're at home. The remote check-in process is flawless and parking is readily available and safe from the elements. We entered a thoughtfully appointed property, with just the right amount of furniture and decor, and headed immediately to see the view from the deck. And WOW... the view is truly amazing, encompassing mountains, mountains and more mountains, distant lakes, the center Village shopping street, the main Village Stage and, of course, the gondola which is whisper quiet and only about 30 steps from the edge of the building. Ski lockers are conveniently available (bring your own lock). This property is pleasantly appointed and feels current. As a person who notices tiny details of cleanliness, I felt this unit was quite tidy. We enjoyed the wood trim, the amber lighting, the many thoughtful touches that make this property feel like a home as opposed to a dull, lifeless room in some behemoth, anonymous hotel. Great effort has been made so that items are easily and readily found... the kitchen is well equipped and small labels direct you to nearly everything. Alexa may also be used to enhance your visit. I wondered how well satellite might function and I'm thrilled to say it was nearly flawless, as was the Wi-Fi, and service interruptions were rare and very short, but expected due to the heavy snow we experienced. Our host made our visit perfect. Marc is a brilliant, truly enjoyable gentleman and communicator, and also an organizational genius, who coordinated every single detail of our stay, perfectly overseeing our reservation, our payment, our requested housekeeping dates, he monitored our safe arrival and did absolutely everything to ensure our comfort and make our stay not only memorable but outstanding !! Marc also assured us he was immediately available by phone for any questions and/or concerns we might have (we had none as Marc takes the time to consider each visit from the perspective of his guests). We love this property and will surely return. The pleasure of celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary there will never be forgotten. Nor will the immense kindness of our gracious host, Marc. Thank you, Marc... you are an accomplished, amazing, impressive, fascinating gentleman and a tremendous asset to the Mammoth Lakes community.

We stayed here for a few days and it’s a perfect spot for access to gondolas rental shops and food. We didn’t have to move our car for 3 days

What an amazing base for our 3 days at Mammoth. From the moment we walked in we absolutely loved this little gem of an apartment. Right in the center of all the action at Mammoth village we were within minutes to the shops, food and bars. The apartment was clean, cosy, had comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen!! Marc was a very attentive host who answered any queries I had extremely quickly. It was our first time at Mammoth but when we come back (and we most definitely will) we would love to stay at your home again! Highly recommended

Owner has everything well labeled. Does not feel like a rental. Very nice & clean. Big balcony that overlooks the village. Would definitely rent again!

Enjoyed our weekend at this lovely condo. Top floor views of main courtyard in Village provide excellent people watching and a great place to enjoy music from the festivals that happen there. Just sat back and relaxed each night.

Amazing view of The Village from the 4th floor! There was a convention going on, so there was a music stage in the circle with several bands playing Friday and Saturday night, but they were respectful and ending by 10pm. Great artists, so fun. Condo extremely clean and organized. We will 100% come back.

Great location, amazing condo! From the tech controls (Alexa) and amenities (bedding, well-stocked kitchen), this place was perfect for our long weekend of skiing. Marc was super responsive to questions we had. Check-in was super simple and automated. The condo unit is very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location!!

We just returned from the perfect skiing trip to Mammoth. This condo is located in a premier location overlooking the Village shops and only steps away from the gondola that takes you up to Canyon Lodge. The condo was well appointed and equipped with voice activated light switches in the main living area and master bedroom, which was very cool. They fire place was wonderful and the balcony was perfectly situated to see the gorgeous mountains and the happenings down below. The master bed was so comfy and I loved the oversized tub to soak in after a long day of skiing. Overall we had the perfect stay and will definitely be back!

This unit is in a great location (top floor overlooking the main square in the village), well-stocked, and immaculately clean. Communication with Marc was excellent.

The property manager forgot to send us the access code so the check in process took much longer than necessary. Once we got the code, we were able to access the property. The location is amazing and the pictures are accurate.

This property is amazing, it has everything a family needs including space! My family of 4 enjoyed the spaciousness and convenience of this village property. Marc contacted me via text for check in and stayed in touch to make sure everything was as expected. I would highly recommend this property.

This property was wonderfully located in the Village. We were able to listen to all the different venues from the balcony. Our host Marc was quick to respond and very informative with new info. Would definitely stay again!

LOVED this condo! The unit was very well appointed and had everything we needed for a great stay, including a kitchen with everything you need to make and serve great dinners. Best of all was the amazing and HUGE balcony that looked over the Village Gondola with beautiful views of the mountains. Just perfect and Marc was terrific to work with. We will definitely be back.
