Récemment rénové! J'ai pris toutes les «critiques constructives» de mes derniers invités et j'ai travaillé sur cette maison - à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur!
J'ai effectué des améliorations et des mises à niveau dans ma maison, notamment une rénovation de la salle de bain, de nouvelles améliorations / ajouts de décoration intérieure, des appareils de cuisine améliorés avec de nouveaux ustensiles et de la vaisselle, un nouveau revêtement extérieur, des fenêtres et des portes. Complétant tout ce travail à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur avec un nettoyage en profondeur - de haut en bas - donnant à la maison une expérience vraiment «toute neuve». Puis... J'ai baissé mes prix.

La maison de ville est entièrement meublée - tout ce que vous avez à faire est d'entrer et de déballer vos valises et vous serez à la maison.
La cuisine est entièrement meublée avec des ensembles de vaisselle, des casseroles et des poêles avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires pour préparer des repas complets à la maison. Les appareils sont modernes et fonctionnent magnifiquement. Lave-vaisselle, laveuse et sécheuse, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour être à la maison pendant toute la durée. Salle de bain pleine grandeur a une étape dans la combinaison douche / baignoire. Et puis, il y a la chambre king confortable et la chambre avec lits superposés avec deux lits doubles et deux lits simples.
Faites de votre séjour un séjour prolongé et vous n'aurez pas à vérifier le week-end.
La maison de ville est située sur l'autoroute TN 62. Voici à quel point les achats, les repas et le plaisir sont pratiques chez moi. Allez vers l'est et moins d'un mile sur Oak Ridge Highway, TN 62, et il y a un Walgreens et un tout nouveau super marché Ingle. A proximité se trouve l'autoroute TN 162 qui est une autoroute du côté ouest de Knoxville, où vous trouverez des boutiques haut de gamme, des restaurants et un supermarché Kroger ou Publix juste à côté de l'autoroute. Et enfin, si vous conduisez vers le nord-ouest jusqu'à la ville d'Oak Ridge, à environ 10 minutes de route, elle regorge également de bons restaurants et de boutiques. Le seul inconvénient de transport / logistique que nous connaissons est que l'autoroute Oak Ridge, TN 62, est très fréquentée pendant les heures de pointe du matin et du soir. Mais, avec un peu de planification de vos départs et arrivées, vous pouvez planifier tout inconvénient.
Les courriels et les appels téléphoniques sont rapidement traités pendant les heures d'ouverture de 9 h à 17 h H-F. Les urgences sont traitées à mesure qu'elles surviennent. Et, je vous recontacterai si nécessaire pour vous assurer que vous avez obtenu des informations satisfaisantes.

House was very comfortable. The pictures don’t show all the improvements to the home and furniture and we were pleasantly surprised at all the differences. All the beds, the king bed and the bunk beds have super comfortable mattresses. The bunk beds have 10 inch adult mattresses. And the home was spotless. Frig has a few rust spots on the sides, but it doesn’t affect how much space it has and how cold it is. The covered back porch is where we sat and had morning coffee. Not certain when Ill be back to Knoxville, but I will be checking to see if this house is available again when I do.

I rented this property for myself and family. It wasn’t for a vacation, it was for a family funeral. The water pressure wasn’t working properly on our arrival. I immediately notified the owner/manager, by leaving her a voicemail. The shower and sinks had BROWN water, and we had to buy water to brush our teeth. The response from owner came that she’d send someone over, and an apology. We couldn’t even shower before the funeral. Two of my guests had to stay elsewhere due to the water situation. I feel as if a partial refund was in order.

It was a comfortable place to stay, but the stairs are no joke. Stairs to get into the home. Stairs to go to bed or to the bathroom, and the stairs are STEEP. Very quiet neighborhood. Responsive owner as well.

The house worked well for us for our baseball tournament in Knoxville. Easy clear directions for arrival and departure. There were tons of pans, cooking utensils and silverware. Some of the cooking utensils were broken or coming apart and need to be replaced, but there were other options so it was fine. It was nice having a washer and dryer but the washer didn't seem to clean very well and the dryer is missing the handle so we had to put something in it to open it up each time. The patio out back is so nice to sit on in the mornings and evenings. Plenty of seating for meals inside and comfy living room furniture. Sleeping space was as described. The upstairs window AC unit was a lifesaver for me as I like it cooler than the house is able to be set at. Towels for the bathroom were of nice quality and the bed sheets were comfortable. Staying there as a female without my husband, I wish the doors had a way of locking in addition to the key code. Anyone with the code could just come in when they wanted. Just made me a little nervous. Overall I would definitely stay here again, especially at this price point!

The house met all of our needs, it was plenty big and was fully stocked. It has a fenced in backyard for children, and is in a quiet neighborhood.
The only "possible negative" is there are a lot of steep stairs. There are stairs to access the front door. All bedrooms and the bathroom are also on the second floor. The stairs are non-standard. This was NOT a negative for our family, as we are two healthy adults with 3 teen daughters. Without doubt, we give a 5 star review. If there are mobility issues in your group, this is not the house for you. If no issues, STAY HERE you will not be disappointed.

We arrived to an unclean house just before 9 PM. Beds were not made, sheets were on the floor, and kitchen was not clean. We tried to contact the property manager and could not get ahold of her, so we called VRBO. At first, they could not get ahold of her either. At about 10:15 PM I received a call from the property manager. She apologized about the property not being clean and had the house cleaner come in the next day. Since we were from out of state and unfamiliar with the area, we ended up staying the night at a hotel where it cost us over $200.00. When I asked the property manager if she would cover the cost of the hotel, she said she can only refund the cost of the night that we were not able to stay. I would think there might be a little more accommodation, but there was not. We came back the next afternoon, and the house had been cleaned and prepared for our stay as it should have been the previous night. There were a couple things that were not in the kitchen, like hot pad holders, or a cutting board, which I would think would be basic kitchen equipment. We tried to reach out to the owner but she never responded about those things. She was quick to tell us she would not be refunding more than the cost of one night. Communication with us seemed lacking after our arrival, and it had not been prior as she had responded to several questions we had in preparing for our stay. My over all rating of this property would be a "C." Over all once the property was cleaned, we were happy with the stay. As of this review, we have not received our refund.

This house was perfect for us. It was very nice and clean and couldn’t beat the price. The host was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make it possible for my large family to stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

I went to Home Depot bought what I needed and cleared the drain myself. Messaged the owner to let her know that I handled the issue and still never heard back.

We intended to stay five nights at this property. We arrived at 11pm the first night. We instantly noticed very damp odors, similar to that of a musty basement. The lateness of the hour and the fact that we had just drove eleven hours from NY, we decided to stay. There was rust on the vents and all up the side of the fridge, more indication of dampness. The bathroom did not have a fan and there were no screens on the windows for ventilation. First thing in the morning we packed up and booked a hotel. We called Sheila and told her our issue. We suggested she get a dehumidifier for each floor to help with the excess moisture. We also told her we were uncomfortable, health wise, staying the rest of our booked nights. We asked for a refund of the nights we didn't stay. We also informed her if she refused a refund and didn't take the suggestion of dehumidifiers, that we would have to review this property as is. Sheila said she would respond to our issue through email. She did not. If you have concerns with staying somewhere with musty, damp odor, you should book elsewhere. If you have concerns with a rental property owner that does not communicate with you regarding concerns, you should book elsewhere.
