Loved the house and the location. Only drawback was the narrow driveway with the steep climb. Just be prepared for the short drive, it is worth it. My families only complaint was the fees list, had never seen one before and it caused some anxiety among the troops. Would recommend this be removed.

The property was gorgeous! It was a little.tough getting in with bad winter weather, but we made it. The winter wonderland was breathtaking. The owner was easy to work with and responded to questions very quickly.

This was a beautiful home and location, we will definitely be back in the summer.

This property has been a blessing for our weeks getaway for the past two years! We have been welcomed with open and arms and the hosts have been amazing about accommodating and open to communication. We have come to feel at home here. We hope to be able to visit annually for many years to come!

The owners went above and beyond to make sure the drive was clear of snow for us everyday. The home is beautiful, and tucked back in a wooded area. Spacious enough to accommodate a larger group and very kid friendly. There is so much to do at the house that we actually preferred to stay at the house and visit with our family and didnt spend much time in town at all.

The house worked very well for our 5-day/4-night 9 AD/9 CH family reunion. Excellent location, clean & in good repair (for rental property), well-stocked above expectations incl. kitchen (gloriously sharp knives), board games, and consummables. WOULD STAY AGAIN. The Vrbo host, Lorrie, was very responsive but we think could have easily cut down on back-and-forth with some upfront information (below). 》through ranch gate entrance for driveway 》garage was locked, so unavailable for use -- there was also a locked (gun?) safe in the basement 》entry door locks/unlocks with code + turning the deadbolt 》5 bed (master K & 4 Q), 3-trundle bed bunkroom, a hide-a-bed (main room), a pack-in-play crib, 3.5 bath, laundry room (mudroom entrance) with utility sink 》2 regular-size fridge/freezer incl. cube/crushed ice & water dispenser in kitchen fridge door (we never ran out of ice) 》requires septic-safe toilet paper 》tankless water heater kept up even with everything going 》though house has enough towels for bathing, strongly recommend you bring extra towels if doing any of multiple water activities in town 》3 of 4 arcade machines (in basement) require quarters--and screen was dark on racing & one pinball flipper didn't work 》caution that porch steps and basement patio are slippery especially when wet 》2 of 3 outside water spigots are locked 》there is an outdoor firepit with seating

It was a nice big house with plenty of room for the family. The kids had lots to engage them-from the zipline to the arcades to the theater style movie room. It was secluded thus offering great privacy but also afforded a magnificent view of the valley. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back. The only thing I would say that I wish were different is that it is listed as a "luxury and high-end home" but it only had 1-ply toilet paper throughout-that's not really luxury. And it could use a good dusting. Many decorative plants had clumps of dust hanging off them that were displayed in the kitchen above the food prep area. In spite of those trivial points, it was an enjoyable vacation. Thank you!

Quiet, secluded area but very close to lava hot springs. Beautiful. Comfortable home.

What can I say. The property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and well kept. No issues. The view was my favorite. Lot's of things for the kids. Lorie and Richard were great to work with.

We loved coming again and had just as much fun the second stay here. We just wish we could own a place as nice as this one. We will be planning another trip for sure.

This property is so beautiful! The kitchen is stocked with every pot and pan you could need and the view is amazing. We loved the view out the dining room and watched the sunrise/sunset each day. We enjoyed watching the wild turkeys and deer that were passing by. Overall, we loved our stay and will be booking here again.

We love to stay here with our extended family. The view cannot be beat. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. And the owners have been very responsive to any needs we have.

I was Blown away by the stunning beauty of the house and the surrounding area. We arrived later in the evening so it was dark when we pulled up. We spent the first hour exploring the house and the very cute decorated rooms. The following morning we woke up and were stunned by the view out of the kitchen. We sat and drank coffee and chatted with each other. later that day we went into the town to enjoy the Hot Springs which were equally amazing. The communication with the owner was perfect and made it feel very homey as if I was a family member or dear friend staying at her house. I will be back and definitely recommend this property.

We needed a family outing somewhere peaceful but close to Lava main. This house was perfect! It had everything you needed besides your food. I loved the theater screen for movies and the house itself was great for all age stays. Thank you for sharing this perfect family trip house!
