Beautiful view, quiet, clean, friendly staff, good food
Only one thing, the butter at breakfast was always hard and difficult to spread on toast and pancakes, that’s it!

It was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and has enough options.
The TV service went out for 2 of our days. We had a sick kid who had to just hang out in the room without much entertainment. It went out right after we ordered in to watch the playoffs, we were told it would be out for 20 minutes, but it never turned back on the rest of the stay. We were there for a kids event, once the TV was out there were kids running around the hotel inside and out. Things happen, but the timing and length was terrible.

I like the bedroom.
I could hear doors slamming constantly. The metal doors were a nuisance. People coming in all during the night. Didn't sleep much.

It was clean, well stocked and had a friendly staff.
We stayed two nights and the breakfast was the same both mornings. I wish they would alternate and would have offered breakfast burritos or bacon. My grandchildren would have enjoyed fruit loops, marshmallow Matey’s or Cocoa Puffs cereal. Only blueberry muffins were offered and only wheat bread. Chocolate muffins and white bread would have been good options too. The choices offered were healthy but people like different things.

People at the front desk and kitchen were all very nice. Room was nicely decorated. Great view from the hotel and nice breakfast in the morning included. Kids enjoyed the pancake machine and pool.
It was a busy weekend at the hotel and throughout the night you could hear doors slamming shut and people stomping above the room and down the hall. Quiet time is after 10 so if you are on the first floor you may be stuck with loud people above you. Not being able to sleep well made the stay a bad experience. Ask for a 2nd floor room maybe it will be better.

We stay quite often and love it! It just looked like the inside needed a little extra love.
The property wasn’t as clean and tidy as it normally is and it looked like there were quite a few areas that need some updating.

Convenient to the hospital
Our shower was stained, carpet needs replaced, no maid service, had to ask for towels, washcloths and toilet paper.
