Great location, management company was helpful and communicative. Will definitely consider them next time.

The common areas of the unit were large and spacious. There was plenty of seating. The space was also clean upon arrival. The kitchen was large so multiple people could be in there at the same time. Lastly, it's always nice when the parking is right in front of the unit especially in Mammoth! A few comments that needed improvement: - The unit is designed for 10 people, but there were only 8 spoons and 8 drinking glasses. We had to go out and buy plasticware. - One of the bedrooms shows a queen + twin bunk bed set up. Unfortunately the top bunk bed doesn't have a railing and so we had to "shift sleeping arrangements" rendering the top bunk useless. - Lastly, the railings and stairs have large gaps. Definitely not ideal for a family with young kids. This is just a problem with all of the older units in Mammoth, but something to keep in mind for families looking to rent.

This multilevel townhouse was clean and spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. The reservation process, check in and check out were clear and easy. The management company was responsive.

To much extra furniture stuck in the condo. Christmas decor was a little much.

Property was great except for the dark yellow running water that was yellow for about 4 hours. The response was fair. We had to let all the water run about 30 minutes, before it cleared up. The repair man said it happens sometime. We took some pictures. of the water and showed it to him. We missed our restaurant reservation, so we went to Carls Jr. We used your site last year and that was great. We will use you again. The Gerarde Family

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and as advertised. We also enjoyed all of the extra room and layout of the property. Check in and out was seamless and very easy.

The rental was cute and very clean. We had a great time! It was just missing some basic things for cooking such as nonstick spray. There were only two individual packs of coffee even though we rented for 10 people.

The spot has a ton of space and is close to the mountain. The host was fantastic!

Decent property managed by a management company. Some items are old and need replaced, refrigerator and kitchen faucet other than that solid place and we had no issues at all.

My family really loved the place .Nice views out the windows. I'm the oldest of the group and the stairs were hard on my knees. Loved the window box in the dining room. I overheard my son-in-law say,"I really like this place". We had a lovely vacation! Hope to be back next summer.

The overall experience was nice. The property was maintained pretty well and as listed. The communication was excellent. There were couple of minor drawbacks though, including cobwebs around lamp shades, loss of WiFi for several hours on one day, and cookware that were scratched badly (we were reluctant to cook in them).

This is a nice unit is a great location. We got lucky and had no one staying near us so we had no noise aside from the aggressive sprinkler outside the master bedroom. Our overall rating of the unit is a 3 and that's because the sofa was kind of gross and the beds were not at all comfortable. It was also a huge pain to have to clean the entire unit and close all windows and blinds--couldn't figure out how to work the thermastat....but it worked for our purposes and we liked the different levels. The loft is way too hot and there's old carpet throughout so if you have allergies this place might give you some trouble. With some updating to mattresses and sofas this would be a solid 4.

This was a comfortable place for a hiking weekend. Wifi worked well. On communication -- there's a LOT of information, some sent by email, some in the unit. So much that it can be hard to find what you need. (And some of the information is contradictory -- the instructions in the unit for using the wood-burning stove are different than what was in the email.) That said, the local contact, Will, was very helpful and responsive by phone. The kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped, but they let us know in advance and we brought what we needed. Great location and lovely views!

Awesome place to stay. The floor plan is really unique. The property lends itself to everyone enjoying themselves together and also privacy when the family wants to unwind. There is only 1 thing that was slightly negative (but not enough to take away from 5 stars) that I think should be addressed. The requirement that we bring our own blankets. Traveling with a large group and needing to bring bedding for 4 - 5 beds took up a lot of space in our cars/luggage. Other properties I have stayed at recently have supplied all necessary bedding/sheets. Other than that, the home is perfect and was a wonderful place to stay. It is in an awesome neighborhood and very close to Eagle Lodge.

This home was perfect for our large family with plenty of space to spread out. During our stay at mammoth we had outdoor activities planned all day. We mainly used the home for a place to rest and sleep after our adventures and this place wasPerfect for our needs. Although a little dusty throughout the top side of the home, I would recommend this place if you need a place to spread out. Minor suggestion, this home advertised sleeps 10, I imagined it would also have 10 place settings for meals. It was surprising to find out we did not have enough bowls, spoons, etc...for all of us to eat at the same time. Eating a quick bowl of cereal in the morning before we headed was not posible unless we waited for each other. We corrected the situation by buying plastic ware the next day; none the less, a little disappointing. The plus side to this was the huge dining table. It allowed us to sit together and enjoy each other’s company.

Description definitely matches reality. Heaters only get to designated temperatures which means cold during the winter time. Microwave needs handle adjusted in order to shut fan off. Refrigerator beeps rather quickly when left open. Overall definitely a great place to stay and property managers were able to assist when/if needed. Had a great time.

Nice place could use some dusting and vacuuming under stairs other then that great

The cabin is more beautiful than I expected, unfortunately there was a lot of smoke the weekend we stayed, but overall it was still a great stay.

Condo was spacious and clean.

Location and condo are great. Covid rules are very strict, no blankets in the house. That was a bummer with people traveling from out of state. Plus description of kitchen items was inaccurate. We ended up buying $60 of wine glasses only to find out they did have wine glasses in the condo, I guess it was our fault for believing their list of items. Other than that great place

Read the confirmation email carefully if you rent this place as there are limited items in the kitchen. We were lucky enough to travel with some friends that came up in a Sprinter van conversion so all we had to do was run outside and grab whatever we were missing but we found ourselves doing this at every meal. We even had to go out and buy tongs for the BBQ. Besides that the condo space and layout was ideal for a big family/group. Multi-level let the 4 adults and 3 kids all use separate spaces making it really nice for the parents. Comfy beds and lots of windows (because it's an end unit) made the temps comfortable since it was unseasonably hot this weekend. Enjoy your stay, we did!

This end unit condo was immaculate when we checked in, tons of room with the bedrooms on 3 different levels. It easily accommodated 3 adults, 3 giant teenagers and a 10 year old. This unit has lots of stairs which was great for us as our families love stairs. 1st level/entrance: Master bedroom with bath 2nd level: Two bedrooms one queen, one double plus bunk beds bathroom with open sink area and doored toilet with shower/tub combo 3rd level: Living room 4th level: Kitchen, dining room, bathroom, laundry room 5th level: loft with 2 twins, open on both sides above the living room and dining room. We were very close to jacuzzi but unfortunately it was closed due to COVID. A few quick notes to help make your stay a little better: Bring a few things for the kitchen if you plan to cook. Measuring spoons and cups, cookie sheet, pot for spaghetti etc, colander and a griddle for pancakes. A few extra bath towels will make your stay even better. You get 1 each but with kids it is always better to have more. The location is great, super quiet and plenty of parking in front of the unit. We will definitely stay at this unit again.

Wonderful end unit in such a beautiful area of Snowcreek. We are a family and we enjoyed hiking and playing in the meadow and creek on the property. We even saw a deer while out and kept quiet while he searched for water. Condo was clean and had the basics mentioned in the email sent to me the day prior to our arrival. I only wished that I had been given more notice or told at the time of the booking that we wouldn’t have had blankets as we would have been better prepared. We were already half way through our trip and on the road when I received the email and wasn’t prepared. Luckily we were able to use the heat to warm the rooms a little at night to be able to sleep. We did have the thin flat sheet to use and I dressed in layers. We appreciated the washer and dryer and detergent tabs. The unit provided: plates, bowls, coffee mugs, stemless wine glasses, 2 sauce pans, 2 pans, a spatula, 2 plastic serving spoons, kitchen scissors, and knife set. This was also included in the email that I had received the day prior. Luckily, we had already planned to bring our own foil and tongs (we bought disposable cookie sheets) so we were at least prepared for the very basic kitchen tools that were provided. We understand that this is difficult time and we are sensitive to that but I just wished I had known earlier at the time of booking or given more than the 14 hours notice (I received the email of the Covid Cleaning and limited items that would be provided at 12:09am on the day of my booking) I had received because I could have packed accordingly as we were already at the end of our trip and wasn’t able to be fully prepared. Salt, pepper also provided. Grill on patio is on the smaller size. Loved the Christmas Tree but didn’t know how to plug in lights. Some of the screens popped off when windows were open bc of the wind. We were able to place them back in but screens didn’t fit tight to begin with so it kept getting loose so that was a nuisance bc bugs kept coming in. I was trying to air out condo when we cooked and it’s always good to circulate air and not run the A/C. Great summer rental.
