Ce condo est situé sur le rez-de-chauss�����e et très facile d'accès et de sortie!
Le patio a une porte qui mène à la piscine. Regardez par la porte de derri��re et regardez les enfants jouer dans la piscine! Grand 3 chambres, 3 unités de bain. Maître h��te un lit king size avec sa propre salle de bain privée et porte priv��e �� la terrasse. 2ème chambre des maîtres accueillir un lit queen avec sa propre salle de bain priv��e. 3ème chambre hôtes lits superposés en taille r��elle w / porte à la salle de bain partagée avec salon. Le salon a 2 canapés dont l'un est un dormeur. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes avec des sièges supplémentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner. La cuisine est entièrement en stock avec à peu près tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour préparer vos repas! Laveuse et sécheuse en unité!

Les plages ne sont jamais aussi peupl��es que Destin au plus fort de la saison. Piscine du côté du golfe qui est chauff��e en hiver avec un bain à remous. Salle d'exercices et espace barbecue avec gazebos pour cuisiner.

Great Location, beach was not over crowded. Chandler is awesome, he takes great care of the visitors.

It was a nice place to stay. It is a large building, and there appeared to be a bunch of baseball teams staying there. They kept knocking on our door and running away most of the weekend. Otherwise nice stay. The beach and room were very nice.

This condo is perfect for a family. This is actually our fifth time staying at the island princess but our first time staying on the first floor. Though we missed the view, the convenience with a toddler of being right there by the pool was worth it. This condo was well stocked, they even provided hand soaps in the bathrooms, dish soap, and even beach towels. That was really nice. My only complaint is that the master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable. Its been two weeks and my back is still not right from that bed. Overall, we would stay here again.

We had a great time. The place was wonderful. Our condo was right by the pool and the walk out to the beach. This is one of the best places we have stayed. We will be back for sure.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The location of the condo on the ground floor was fantastic with kids, groceries, and luggage. The pool was right outside the back door and steps away from the beach. I loved that aspect! There was enough room for our party to be comfortable. Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Gulfarium were all very close. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the property. The floors and walls were disgusting. The bottoms of our feet kept becoming black when we walked barefoot on the floor. We took our shoes off at the door, maintained the floors with the provided cleaning supplies, and rinsed and dried off after visiting the beach. It seemed like the floors were not cleaned and mopped before our stay. The walls in some of the rooms were also dirty. Lots of scuff marks. They could use some TLC. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the condo.

Enjoyed my stay at Kim Langs property. We did not stay at the princess island due to major construction work near this condo at the time of our stay. Miss Kim team communicated with me about the construction issue and suggest we move properties. They are the best team ever. We moved down the road to the Bella Riva property. OMG the best move it’s a bit more expensive but totally worth it. Just a beautiful condo and beautiful views. Totally booking again.

We loved this condo. Perfect for a family with kids as you could walk right out to the HEATED pool. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and everything you need. I would love to go back!!

This condo was amazing for what we came to do, which was just hang out. Kids loved the bunk beds, rooms were very comfortable and the location was convenient to everything in Ft Walton Beach and Destin. Property manager was very communicative and accommodating. Will definitely be using Kimberly Lang again!!

The check in at 4:00 pm was rough, but we were given the access code to the pool and beach to use anytime on the day of check-in, so we took advantage of that, making great use of the day. The pool and beach were GORGEOUS. The kitchen of the condo had everything you could possibly need. Open the cabinets and drawers, I assure you, it's there. The bedrooms have the coziest mattresses. Everyone (all 6 of us) raved about how great they slept. The entire place is very well decorated, and obviously recently remodeled. I loved the access to the pool right from the patio. Definitely a selling point! I loved this place and will be staying here again for sure!!

This beautiful condo was everything we had hoped for and more. We literally could want for nothing. The check in at 4:00 pm was rough, but we were given the access code to the pool and beach to use anytime on the day of check-in, so we took advantage of that, making great use of the day. The pool and beach were GORGEOUS. The kitchen of the condo had everything you could possibly need. Open the cabinets and drawers, I assure you, it's there. The bedrooms have the coziest mattresses. Everyone (all 6 of us) raved about how great they slept. The entire place is very well decorated, and obviously recently remodeled. I loved the access to the pool right from the patio.
