Incredible Beachfront Home
Cette maison en bord de mer classique a été récemment rénovée - en conservant son atmosphère authentique de maison de plage. Vues incroyables en bord de mer, levers de soleil, observation des surfeurs depuis votre terrasse. Nous avons essayé de penser à tout - douche extérieure en cèdre avec vestiaire, terrasse spacieuse face à l'océan avec un énorme gril en acier inoxydable et beaucoup de sièges à l'extérieur. Machine à glaçons commerciale, machine à margarita, machine à café Keurig, machine à cappuccino, climatisation contrôlée séparément dans chaque chambre. 4 haut-parleurs sans fil que vous pouvez contrôler à partir de votre téléphone intelligent pour diffuser la radio XM ou Pandora, une télévision à écran LCD, un DVD, une connexion Wi-Fi, un aspirateur central, une buanderie, une planche à repasser. Mike and his home is everything we wanted. Mike was super attentive to each of our needs. the house is obviously in a perfect location but the amenities are just great. we have been renting for a few years and this house just checks every box. FRONT DECK, LOUNGING AREA. UPDATED KITCHEN, CLOSE TO BEACH. great neighbors. it was a well needed vacation. thanks again Mike. see you next year.

If you enjoy the beach, you will love this house. You walk straight through to a sun room which expands out to a deck. It continues to a front yard of beach chairs in the sand even before entering the Manasquan beach. It has all new appliances with a large BBQ to meet all your cooking needs. We enjoyed watching the surfers and hope to make it an annual trip.

The beach home was cozy and comfortable. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door and on vacation as soon as we stood in the porch and looked out at the sand and sea.

Mike was so helpful, warm and generous throughout our stay. What I loved most about his home is that it’s his home and not a dumpy rental property. The amenities are really nice and I loved being there. Thank you!

Our family grew up going to Whiting Beach specifically, so this was the perfect location for us. Love being closer to the inlet. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and an inside and outside table with lots of room. We had a great time on the sand by the water and the house. You want a beach time, you have it here!

This classic beach bungalow is an amazing place to stay -- with lovely surprises like being able to see the ocean from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Sitting on the front porch watching the waves is simply delightful. The house is well stocked and super clean, and even provided space for real privacy. Communications with the host were excellent, and they went above and beyond in service while we were there. In short, this fabulous house is a little magical.

A very quaint little beach property. Very well appointed, and with the most spectacular ocean views. This was truly a wonderful experience, as our hosts made the entire process easy and seamless.
A great little home in a great little town. My Wife and I had a wonderful stay, and are looking forward to our return visit.

Very charming property by the beach
The property is older but the amenities are all remodeled and it had enough beds for a large family like ours ! Lots of little thoughts that make you feel at home (coffee and tea and a couple wine bottles were already there). The property is very charming. The owner clearly put a lot of work into the technology. TV and cable and internet all effective and available.
The beach was beautiful and definitely you get a return on investment on the sunny days where it's not raining. The neighborhood has everything one needs. Would absolutely recommend.

Amazing Views- Beautiful Cottage!
Amazing ocean front cottage! Four bedrooms- queen room on first floor was perfect for my dad who has mobility issues (bedroom next to larger bathroom with walk in shower!), other three bedrooms upstairs- king, two twin and a double. Perfect for our family of 7. Beds comfortable, house very clean, kitchen so well stocked- bring bedding, bath towels and bathroom hand towels. Lots of dish detergent, trash bags dishwasher tabs, hand soap, etc supplied by owner. Great communication with owner -very kind! Highly recommend- we'll be back next March for sure!

Off season getaway
My family and I had a really nice weekend in this beautiful home. Even though we had snow on the beach we still got to enjoy the sea air and comforts of the house.

From check in to check out, this property was a fantastic!!! Loved everything about it! The property owner was wonderful…even dropped off a bottle of wine for us for the holidays. I would DEFINITELY stay at this property over and over and over again!!!

Steps from the beach
We enjoyed 3 days at this property right on the beach. Home was clean and in a prime location. Two little cafes are just down the street. People walk by between the home and the beach but that didn’t bother us at all. I did bring my own sheets but didn’t have blankets so had to run out to Walmart so make sure you bring them. The two bedroom TVs do not work, just the living room one when we were there. Owner was helpful and met us to check in and go over everything.

We loved our relaxing vacation at this charming beach house. The ocean views were amazing and the direct access to the beach was so convenient. We would love to come back and stay again.

Even better in person
We rented this place super last minute and we were beyond thrilled with it. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights with our 3 kids and never wanted to leave. Not only is the location amazing, but the inside of the house is adorable. It was spotless and so well maintained. The fireplace was the highlight of our winter stay. Updates bathrooms and kitchen were perfect. All new, high end, appliances. Mike was available immediately for any questions we had and helpful with getting us in last minute. We can’t wait go go back.

Perfect Thanksgiving
Great place to stay for a family. The location is ideal as you are steps away from the beach, not far from downtown and in view of the fishing charters heading out from the inlet. The property has beach house charm with the modern appliances. You have an ocean view from almost anywhere in the house. The sun room was a perfect place to read, use as an office or watch a game while still feeling as if you were outside. Kids will love watching the surfers out in the distance. My only regret is that I didn't bring my wet suit as the waves at this Shore spot are ideal. Owner is instantly responsive to any needs and is easy to contact. This spot must be amazing in the summer!

Fantastic house right on the beach. We had beautiful views of the ocean from inside the house. The house was clean, roomy, and organized. Our kids loved playing on the sand in front of the house, too. We cannot wait to come back again!

Lovely Beach House - Perfect Location!
The beach house is FANTASTIC and Mike &Tracey have thought of everything you'll need during your stay. You'll bring your own linens (or they can make arrangements to have them provided), but other than that you will want for nothing. All of the appliances are new and top-of-the-line. In fact, I was so impressed with the espresso maker, I just purchased the exact same one for myself when I got home! The living space is cozy and comfortable. We stayed off season, so we were able to enjoy the fireplace. And did I mention the location? The front yard is literally the beach! And everything is very clean, which is so important! I would definitely go back!

Fantastic winter beach property! Equipped with all the comforts of home!
This beach property is fantastic. Looking to stay in mid-December we didn’t know what to expect with a stay at the beach and we were so pleased! We had all of the comforts of home plus fully equipped electronics gave us the ability to use the time stayed as a business retreat! The owners make it so easy to check in and out and answered all of our questions promptly. And the location! Wow! We were looking for a beachfront location so that we could watch the sunrise from the porch and even got to experience the sunset just one block away over the inlet. The nearby stores and restaurants allowed us to do grocery shopping to cook in and also get a bite to eat out.
We highly recommend for others looking for a getaway in the off-season and we will definitely be returning here when our plans call for a second visit to the Jersey shore.

Yet another wonderful stay!
My longtime friends and I gather here at least once a year and the comments are always the same. This is such a great place, very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. You can sit on the beach or on the porch if the weather isn’t perfect and watch the ocean, the surfers and boats going in and out of the inlet . The kitchen is very well equipped and the gas fireplace and ice machine are pluses . The owners are very communicative and always available. I have stayed at several different VRBO rentals in various states and this is by far the best.
